本发明涉及建筑材料领域，具体为一种消音保温砌块。
背景技术
墙体作为住宅抵御外界噪音的一道重要防线，其隔声吸音性能的好坏是影响人们生活、工作、学习的主要因素之一。由于城市噪声变得日益严重，因而人们对墙体隔音效果的要求也越来越高，混凝土砌体采用两种方式提供优越的噪音管控作用，首先混凝土砌体能有效地阻断通过空气介质传递过来的、声频范围宽广的噪音传递；其次混凝土砌体能有效地吸收噪音，以降低穿透墙体的噪音强度。因此，它被广泛地应用在围墙、酒店建筑的分户隔断墙，甚至作为高速公路边的声屏障墙用。随着国家经济发展规划的大力推进，国民生活水平的不断提高，国家对降低建筑耗能的技术指标要求会越来越高，目前建筑能源消耗是我国各行业中能耗最大的行业之一，现有的建筑节能保温系统有内保温、外保温和自保温系统，内保温会占用较大的室内空间，使得有效室内空间减小。外保温采用的节能产品主要有EPS板、XPS板、保温砂浆等，EPS板、XPS板节能效果好，但板材防火性能差，且施工复杂工期长，无机保温砂浆能满足防火的要求，但导热系数偏大，要满足节能的要求需要加大抹灰层厚度。自保温系统如果不采取有针对性的消音设计，一般不能满足墙体消音的要求，给用户的生活和私密造成影响，同时，传统的消音墙体又不具备良好的保温性能，因此有必要找到一种既具有良好的消音性能，又拥有优良的保温性能的混凝土空心砌块。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自重轻、易于施工、消音保温性能优良的混凝土砌块。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种消音保温砌块，它由外壁、中壁、边肋和中肋组成，其特征在于：所述的外壁1、中壁2、边肋3和中肋4形成两个对称的竖向小通孔6，其中填有用于消音的纤维插入物9，另一侧的外壁1、中壁2和边肋3形成第二排的竖向大通孔5，其中填有保温隔热材料10，外壁1上开有两对称的小梯形槽口7，中壁2上开有两对称的大梯形槽口8，小梯形槽口7和大梯形槽口8形成喇叭形通道，纤维插入物9为玻璃纤维、消音棉或者聚酯纤维，保温隔热材料10为泡沫混凝土，纤维插入物9部分填充竖向小通孔6，保温隔热材料10部分填充竖向大通孔5，竖向大通孔5和竖向小通孔6为矩形或者圆形，采用错缝搭接的方式进行砌筑，并用砂浆11进行粘结。两排梯形槽口形成的喇叭形通道使声音易于进入砌块通孔，并被砌块小通孔内的纤维插入物初步吸收，余音在空腔内继续经过传播、发射和吸收逐渐减弱，并最后消失。该砌块砌筑的墙体能有效阻挡声音的传播，消音效果优良，同时砌块具有自重轻、易于施工、保温性能优良等优点，适合于砌筑有较高保温消音要求的填充墙。

以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明：
实施例1：
一种消音保温砌块，先按图1所示在制砖机中将砌块压制成型，为基本块型，将玻璃纤维与泡沫混凝土分别填充到砌块的竖向小通孔6与竖向大通孔5中，如图2所示。砌筑时，采用错缝搭接的方式，砌块之间通过砂浆11粘结，形成了如图3所示的砌块填充墙，该墙体具有优良的消音保温性能，并且施工快速简便。

1.一种消音保温砌块，它由外壁、中壁、边肋和中肋组成，其特征在于：所述的外壁（1）、中壁（2）、边肋（3）和中肋（4）形成两个对称的竖向小通孔（6），其中填有用于消音的纤维插入物，另一侧的外壁（1）、中壁（2）和边肋（3）形成了第二排的竖向大通孔（5），其中填有保温隔热材料；外壁（1）上开有两对称的小梯形槽口（7），中壁（2）上开有两对称的大梯形槽口（8）；小梯形槽口（7）和大梯形槽口（8）形成喇叭形通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消音保温砌块，其特征在于：竖向小通孔（6）中填有的纤维插入物（9）为玻璃纤维、消音棉或者聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消音保温砌块，其特征在于：竖向大通孔（5）中填有的保温隔热材料（10）为泡沫混凝土。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消音保温砌块，其特征在于：纤维插入物（9）部分填充竖向小通孔（6），保温隔热材料（10）部分填充竖向大通孔（5）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种消音保温砌块，其特征在于：竖向大通孔（5）和竖向小通孔（6）为矩形或者圆形。
