Abstract
本发明涉及一装有一个或几个具有逆热电效应的热电模块的电冰箱。模块的冷端面耦合到一个直接朝向冷冻室的散耗器上,其热端面则朝向一通风的散发元件以散发由逆热电效应所产生的热量。冷端面和热端面之间有适当的绝热装置使冷冻单元能发挥最佳的作用。热电模块由一低压直流电源供电。电流只能单方向流入,使在冷端面产生冷冻室所需要的冷冻功能。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有逆热电效应的热电模块。这种效应以本发明人的姓氏命名为Peltier效应。上述模块接在适当的电子电路中,可构成携带式的或固定式的电冰箱,后者适宜于家庭或旅馆之用。携带式电冰箱所需的电力可直接由一汽车或水力机的发电机供应,而固定式电冰箱所需的电力则由家庭或旅馆中的电源供应。
本发明的装置与目前使用的电冰箱的差别在于它不需要任何液体冷冻剂,而且储冷器也不需要采用外部装置来冷却。在所有可能的具体功能方面,本装置完全是自给的。
根据本发明,装有逆热电效应的热电模块的电冰箱主要包括下列元件:
一个具有高度绝热的容器;
在容器外部设有能使手够及容器内部空间的装置;
发生Peltier效应的模块;
供应模块所需的直流电源装置;
将容器内所产生的冷冻单元进行分配的装置;
向外部散发热量的装置;
上述分配装置和散发装置之间的绝热装置;
冷却装置;以及
可资选用的用以控制Peltier效应模块的电子装置。
容器内的有效空间,通过一顶盖或侧门可用手够及。
冷却装置既可用气体也可用液体。
如果对Peltier效应的发生模块加以控制,则用户能使电流与需要相适应,并使它受装在冷冻箱体内部的温度传感器所控制,并对温度条件进行编程控制。
本发明的电冰箱可制成携带式或固定式。前者可由汽车或水力机的蓄电池(或发电机)供电,后者由家庭或旅馆的电源供电。
本发明的电冰箱可提供一系列优点,包括无噪声运行(因为它不需要压缩机)、制造成本低、结构极其简单、运行可靠性高、维护工作量小、以及由于不需要冷冻剂,因而能防止毒气和污染环境。另外,携带式的结构由于它具有较高的保冷容量,能装在车辆上移到较远的距离使用相当长的时间。
以上是本发明的一般情况,为了更好地说明它的目的、特性、运行和优点,下面将参照附图作一更具体的阐述。
图1表示本发明携带式结构的纵向剖视图,它装有一个顶盖。图2表示本发明固定式结构的纵向剖视图,它装有一个侧门。
从图可见这两种结构的电冰箱包括一由低热导率的材料所制成的容器8,它通过一顶盖或侧门11使冷冻室9密闭。
冷冻发生器以水平方向或垂直方向朝向冷冻室的一侧,它包括一个或几个Peltier效应热电模块1、一个朝向冷冻室内部的冷冻器散耗板2、和一个散耗元件3用来散发由Peltier效应所产生的热量,并通过风扇4进行适当的通风,使外部空气通过百叶窗5吹向散耗器。
热电模块系由一特殊的电子电路6所控制。该电子电路在携带式结构中是直接连接在汽车用电源的输出端上,而在固定式结构中是通过一特殊整流电路10而连接到家庭或旅馆的电源系统上。
在散耗板2和散耗元件3之间设有一层绝热材料12将装置的热区和冷区隔离开。
Claims (9)
1、装有具有逆热电效应的热电模块的电冰箱,主要包括下列元件:
一个具有高度绝热的容器,
在容器外部设有装置能使手够及内部的空间,
Peltier效应发生模块,
供发生模块用的直流电源装置,将容器内产生的冷冻单元进行分配的装置,
向外部散发热量的装置,
上述分配装置和散发装置之间的绝热装置,
冷却装置,以及
可资选用的用以控制Peltier效应发生模块的电子装置。
2、根据权利要求1的电冰箱,其特征在于容器内的空间能通过顶盖用手够及。
3、根据权利要求1的电冰箱,其特征在于容器内的空间能通过侧门用手够及。
4、根据上述权利要求的电冰箱,其特征在于冷却介质为气体或液体。
5、根据上述权利要求的电冰箱,其特征在于用以控制Peltier效应发生模块的电子装置是受装在冷冻室内的温度传感器所控制。
6、根据上述权利要求的电冰箱,其特征在于能制成携带式结构。
7、根据权利要求1-5的电冰箱,其特征在于能制成固定式结构。
8、根据前5项权利要求的电冰箱,其特征在于使用蓄电池供电。
9、根据上述权利要求的电冰箱,其特征在于使用家庭或旅馆的电源系统。
