技术领域
本发明涉及一种枕芯。
背景技术
现有的枕芯从舒适性考虑较多，而对如何消除污染考虑较少，市场上的枕芯产品，一般不具有消除污染的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理，可有效消除污染的抗污染活性炭纤维枕芯。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种抗污染活性炭纤维枕芯，其特征是：包括枕芯套，枕芯套中装填充料层，枕芯填充料层与活性炭纤维材料层复合；在活性炭纤维材料层外设有无纺布外包层；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为21-33nm的中孔，且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的32.5%。
活性炭纤维材料层包覆在枕芯填充料层的外表或设置在枕芯填充料层中间；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为28.3nm的中孔。
活性炭纤维材料层由1~2层或多层活性炭纤维材料组成；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为32.2nm的中孔。
本发明结构合理，通过活性炭纤维的吸附作用，有效消除污染，保障使用者的身体健康。

具体实施方式
一种抗污染活性炭纤维枕芯，包括枕芯套，枕芯套中装填充料层，枕芯填充料层与活性炭纤维材料层复合；在活性炭纤维材料层外设有无纺布外包层；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为21-33nm的中孔，且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的32.5%。
活性炭纤维材料层包覆在枕芯填充料层的外表或设置在枕芯填充料层中间；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为28.3nm的中孔。
活性炭纤维材料层由1~2层或多层活性炭纤维材料组成；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为32.2nm的中孔。

1.一种抗污染活性炭纤维枕芯，其特征是：包括枕芯套，枕芯套中装填充料层，枕芯填充料层与活性炭纤维材料层复合；在活性炭纤维材料层外设有无纺布外包层；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为21-33nm的中孔，且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的32.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗污染活性炭纤维枕芯，其特征是：活性炭纤维材料层包覆在枕芯填充料层的外表或设置在枕芯填充料层中间；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为28.3nm的中孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗污染活性炭纤维枕芯，其特征是：活性炭纤维材料层由1~2层或多层活性炭纤维材料组成；活性炭纤维吸附孔中部分为孔径为32.2nm的中孔。
