Abstract

本发明涉及一种线扣。
背景技术
现有技术中，机箱中的部分线缆需要从主板上走线。而现有的固定这些线缆的线扣通常是固定于机箱壁，无法移动，在需要改变主板上的线缆走线方向时需要重新装设线扣，不仅麻烦，而且增加了成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一种方便转动的线扣。
一种线扣，包括一收容线缆的束线部和一螺丝，该束线部开设有一固定孔，该固定孔的内壁设有一环形的第一齿轮部，该螺丝穿过该固定孔可将该束线部固定于一主板，该螺丝设有与该第一齿轮部啮合的第二齿轮部。
相较现有技术，该线扣的束线部和螺丝均设有齿轮部，齿轮部相互啮合方便转动该线扣。

具体实施方式
请参照图1，本发明线扣的较佳实施方式包括一束线部10和一螺丝20。
该束线部10包括一底板12、分别垂直设于该底板12的两侧的两相对的侧板14、自其中一侧板14的顶端向另一侧板14垂直延伸的一挡片16。该挡片16与该另一侧板14之间形成一开口102。该底板12开设有一固定孔120。该固定孔120的内壁凸设一环形的第一齿轮部122。该挡片16正对该固定孔120开设有一穿孔160。穿孔160的直径大于固定孔120的直径。
请参照图2，该螺丝20包括一头部22、一挡止部24、连接于该头部22与该挡止部24之间的一第二齿轮部26和自该挡止部24背向头部22的一侧向外延伸的一螺杆28。
请参照图3和图4，组装时，该螺杆28穿过该穿孔160、该固定孔120后锁入一主板30的一装配孔31，直至该挡止部24挡止于主板30的顶面，该第二齿轮部26卡合于该第一齿轮部122，该头部22挡止于该底板12的顶面。
该主板30上的线缆32可穿过该开口102收容于该束线部10内。由于第一齿轮部122与和第二齿轮部26相互啮合，转动该束线部10，可改变该开口102的方向，以适应不同的走线方向。

Claims (5)

1.一种线扣，包括一收容线缆的束线部和一螺丝，该束线部开设有一固定孔，该固定孔的内壁设有一环形的第一齿轮部，该螺丝穿过该固定孔可将该束线部固定于一主板，该螺丝设有与该第一齿轮部啮合的第二齿轮部。
2.如权利要求1所述的线扣，其特征在于：该束线部包括一底板、分别设于该底板的两侧的两相对的侧板和自其中一侧板向另一侧板延伸的一挡片，该固定孔开设于该底板，该挡片正对该固定孔开设有一穿孔，该穿孔的直径大于该固定孔的直径。
3.如权利要求2所述的线扣，其特征在于：该螺丝包括一头部和一螺杆，该第二齿轮部邻近该头部设置于该螺杆。
4.如权利要求3所述的线扣，其特征在于：该螺杆还设有一挡止于主板的顶面的挡止部，该第二齿轮部位于该头部与该挡止部之间。
5.如权利要求2所述的线扣，其特征在于：该挡片与该另一侧板之间形成供线缆穿过的一开口。
