本发明公开了一种密封效果好的浮动式球阀,包括:左阀体和右阀体,所述左阀体和右阀体的下端通过固定螺栓相连接,在所述左阀体内设置有进口通道,在所述右阀体内设置有出口通道,在所述左阀体和右阀体之间设置有球体,在所述球体内设置有通道,在所述球体与左阀体和右阀体之间设置有阀座和密封垫,所述球体的下端通过定位销固定在左阀体上,在所述定位销与球体之间设置有弹簧,所述球体的上端与阀杆相连接,所述阀杆的上端通过固定螺母设置有手柄,在所述左阀体的上端内部设置有压板,在所述压板与手柄之间设置有压簧,在所述压板的下端左阀体内设置有填料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种浮动式球阀。
背景技术
在石油、化工等行业的管道上都会使用到阀门,用于管道内液体、气体介质的切断,现有阀门在使用过程中,结构比较简单,密封性能差,容易导致液体发生泄漏,使用寿命短,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封效果好的浮动式球阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:浮动式球阀,包括:左阀体和右阀体,所述左阀体和右阀体的下端通过固定螺栓相连接,在所述左阀体内设置有进口通道,在所述右阀体内设置有出口通道,在所述左阀体和右阀体之间设置有球体,在所述球体内设置有通道,在所述球体与左阀体和右阀体之间设置有阀座和密封垫,所述球体的下端通过定位销固定在左阀体上,在所述定位销与球体之间设置有弹簧,所述球体的上端与阀杆相连接,所述阀杆的上端通过固定螺母设置有手柄,在所述左阀体的上端内部设置有压板,在所述压板与手柄之间设置有压簧,在所述压板的下端左阀体内设置有填料。
本发明的优点是:上述浮动式球阀安装在管道上,结构新颖,操作方便,密封效果好,使用寿命长,可以很好地满足使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,浮动式球阀,包括:左阀体1和右阀体2,所述左阀体l和右阀体2的下端通过固定螺栓3相连接,在所述左阀体l内设置有进口通道4,在所述右阀体2内设置有出口通道5,在所述左阀体1和右阀体2之间设置有球体6,在所述球体6内设置有通道7,在所述球体6与左阀体1和右阀体2之间设置有阀座8和密封垫9,所述球体6的下端通过定位销10固定在左阀体1上,在所述定位销10与球体6之间设置有弹簧11,所述球体6的上端与阀杆12相连接,所述阀杆12的上端通过固定螺母13设置有手柄14,在所述左阀体1的上端内部设置有压板15,在所述压板15与手柄14之间设置有压簧16,在所述压板15的下端左阀体1内设置有填料17。
上述浮动式球阀安装在管道上使用时,转动手柄14旋转阀杆12,阀杆12带动球体6在左阀体1和右阀体2之间旋转,使球体6内的通道7与同时和左阀体1内的进口通道4和右阀体2内的出口通道5连通或隔断,从而实现阀门的开启与关闭,密封垫9能够有效防止液体介质在球体6与左阀体1和右阀体2之间发生泄漏,手柄14、压簧16、压板15、填料17对左阀体1构成一个更加密封的机构,使左阀体1内的间隙得到补充。

1.浮动式球阀,其特征在于:包括:左阀体(1)和右阀体(2),所述左阀体(1)和右阀体(2)的下端通过固定螺栓(3)相连接,在所述左阀体(1)内设置有进口通道(4),在所述右阀体(2)内设置有出口通道(5),在所述左阀体(1)和右阀体(2)之间设置有球体(6),在所述球体(6)内设置有通道(7),在所述球体(6)与左阀体(1)和右阀体(2)之间设置有阀座(8)和密封垫(9),所述球体(6)的下端通过定位销(10)固定在左阀体(1)上,在所述定位销(10)与球体(6)之间设置有弹簧(11),所述球体(6)的上端与阀杆(12)相连接,所述阀杆(12)的上端通过固定螺母(13)设置有手柄(14),在所述左阀体(1)的上端内部设置有压板(15),在所述压板(15)与手柄(14)之间设置有压簧(16),在所述压板(15)的下端左阀体(1)内设置有填料(17)。
