本发明公开了一种T型连接件，本发明包括基体、传动轴和盖，传动轴的一端螺纹连接在基体的中部的螺纹孔中，传动轴的另一端从平台向内伸出，盖设置在盖槽内。本发明只有三个件构成，安装时先将基体从型材顶部插入型材的滑槽中，使平台与滑槽的两侧的槽边相扣合，然后使基体滑到轴孔中把手拨叉所在的位置，再安装传动轴和盖板，整个安装过程只需拧一次螺钉，工序少，工作量小，并且由于设置有盖，从而能防止传动轴和基体的连接部位进入灰尘。

本发明涉及一种T型连接件。
背景技术
目前国内标准槽的铝合金外开窗需要通过T型连接件连接把手和锁销连接杆，现有的T型连接件大多都是采取直接用两个螺丝将T型连接件固定的作法，此结构存在两个缺点：1）安装较麻烦，需安装两个螺丝；2）安装后外露两个螺丝端面，很大程度上影响窗的整体效果和档次。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种安装方便的T型连接件。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明包括基体、传动轴和盖，基体与传动轴连接成T型，基体的内侧中部向内凸出形成一个平台，平台的左右两侧伸出基体其它部分之外，基体的内侧的上下两端各设有一个向内伸的挂钩，挂钩的内端不越过平台，基体的中部设有螺纹孔，螺纹孔的内端贯穿平台，基体上位于螺纹孔的外端外设有盖槽，传动轴的一端螺纹连接在基体的中部的螺纹孔中，传动轴的另一端从平台向内伸出，盖设置在盖槽内。
为了使盖在盖槽中固定牢靠，所述的盖包括盖板和固定在盖板内侧两个固定卡，基体的盖槽内设有两个与盖板上的固定卡对应的卡槽。 
本发明的有益效果是：本发明只有三个件构成，安装时先将基体从型材顶部插入型材的滑槽中，使平台与滑槽的两侧的槽边相扣合，然后使基体滑到轴孔中把手拨叉所在的位置，再安装传动轴和盖板，整个安装过程只需拧一次螺钉，工序少，工作量小，并且由于设置有盖，从而能防止传动轴和基体的连接部位进入灰尘。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种T型连接件，包括基体1、传动轴2和盖3，基体1与传动轴2连接成T型。基体1的内侧中部向内凸出形成一个平台1-1，平台1-1的左右两侧伸出基体其它部分之外。基体1的内侧的上下两端各设有一个向内伸的挂钩1-4，挂钩1-4的内端不越过平台1-1，是指平台1-1的内侧面位于挂钩1-4的内端面之内。从而使得挂钩1-4不防碍平台1-1与型材接触。基体1的中部设有螺纹孔1-2，螺纹孔1-2的内端贯穿平台1-1，基体1上位于螺纹孔1-2的外端外设有盖槽1-3，传动轴2的一端螺纹连接在基体1的中部的螺纹孔1-2中，传动轴2的另一端从平台1-1向内伸出，盖3设置在盖槽1-3内。
如图1所示，盖3包括盖板3-1和固定在盖板3-1内侧两个固定卡3-2，基体1的盖槽1-3内设有两个与盖板3-1上的固定卡3-2对应的卡槽1-5。盖3也可以采用其它结构，比如只有盖板。
本T型连接件用于连接把手和锁销连接杆，使用时，本T型连接件安装在图2所示的窗扇的型材4上，两个挂钩1-4上各挂一个锁销连接杆，每个锁销连接杆连接一个设置在型材4上的锁销，平台1-1卡在型材4的滑槽4-1中，传动轴2的内端插在轴孔4-2中，轴孔4-2是长条形，可满足传动轴2的行程需求。型材4的一侧开孔连通型材4的中空腔，把手上的拨叉从型材4上的开孔伸入型材4的中空腔并卡在传动轴2上，把手的转动能带动传动轴2在轴孔4-2中上下移动，从而驱动锁销运动。

Claims (2)

1.一种T型连接件，包括基体、传动轴和盖，基体与传动轴连接成T型，基体的内侧中部向内凸出形成一个平台，平台的左右两侧伸出基体其它部分之外，基体的内侧的上下两端各设有一个向内伸的挂钩，挂钩的内端不越过平台，基体的中部设有螺纹孔，螺纹孔的内端贯穿平台，基体上位于螺纹孔的外端外设有盖槽，传动轴的一端螺纹连接在基体的中部的螺纹孔中，传动轴的另一端从平台向内伸出，盖设置在盖槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的T型连接件，其特征在于：所述的盖包括盖板和固定在盖板内侧两个固定卡，基体的盖槽内设有两个与盖板上的固定卡对应的卡槽。
