背景技术
现有的砂浆原料提升机料斗长时间使用后，由于砂浆含有一定的水分且砂浆有一定的粘性，会结块粘在料斗中，使得供砂量偏少，难以控制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种提升机料斗除砂装置，及时清除料斗中的积砂。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种提砂浆升机料斗除砂装置，其特征在于：包括设于料斗上方的扣盖，所述料斗为漏斗形，所述扣盖为倒漏斗形，扣盖口端直径小于料斗口端直径，所述扣盖上端设有一鼓风机，所述鼓风机连接滑轮升降装置。
优选的，所述扣盖口端外缘设有一圈橡胶圈。
优选的，所述滑轮升降装置包括固定于料斗上方的滑轮，一根升降绳通过滑轮且一端固定于鼓风机上，升降绳的另一端连接在一绞盘上，所述绞盘由电机驱动。
本发明中鼓风机通过扣盖向料斗吹强力风，由于料斗为漏斗形而扣盖为倒漏斗形，扣盖扣在料斗上后，鼓风机吹出的风力得以加强，可以达到强力清除料斗中积砂的效果，至于扣盖，可以通过滑轮升降装置提升，不影响料斗的正常使用。

下面结合图1具体说明一种提升机料斗除砂装置的实施例，其包括设于料斗2上方的扣盖1，所述料斗为漏斗形，所述扣盖为倒漏斗形，扣盖口端直径小于料斗口端直径，可以使扣盖扣合在料斗口端，所述扣盖上端设有一鼓风机10，所述鼓风机连接滑轮升降装置。所述扣盖口端外缘设有一圈橡胶圈12，实现扣盖口端与料斗之间的密封，防止漏风。所述滑轮升降装置包括固定于料斗上方的滑轮11，一根升降绳通过滑轮且一端固定于鼓风机上，升降绳的另一端连接在一绞盘上，所述绞盘由电机驱动。

1.一种砂浆提升机料斗除砂装置，其特征在于：包括设于料斗(2)上方的扣盖(1)，所述料斗为漏斗形，所述扣盖为倒漏斗形，扣盖口端直径小于料斗口端直径，所述扣盖上端设有一鼓风机(10)，所述鼓风机连接滑轮升降装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提升机料斗除砂装置，其特征在于：所述扣盖口端外缘设有一圈橡胶圈(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提升机料斗除砂装置，其特征在于：所述滑轮升降装置包括固定于料斗上方的滑轮(11)，一根升降绳通过滑轮且一端固定于鼓风机上，升降绳的另一端连接在一绞盘上，所述绞盘由电机驱动。
