本发明涉及一种模块式集成房屋，属于建筑结构技术领域。
 
背景技术  
目前，模块式集成房屋多为集装箱改造，其拆装方便，具有较好的应用前景。但现有的模块式集成房屋在保温性能及舒适度上效果较差，需要用户使用采暖设备，且层间连接存在技术问题，空间平衡无法解决，难以建造较高的层数。现有的集成房屋为集装箱改造，外立面是铁皮，外立面效果比较单调，达不到永久性房屋的标准要求，即集成房屋仍存在较大的改进空间。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足，提供一种设计标准化、生产工厂化、施工装配化、管理信息化、自保温的模块式集成房屋。
本发明的一种模块式集成房屋，特殊之处在于包括具有独立功能的模块单元1，所述模块单元1通过墙体板2和钢结构框架3采用流水作业模式组合固定，墙体板2由无机材料面板和聚氨酯发泡而成；模块单元1底部设置有便于运输的钢梁8，模块单元1顶部为吊装设计结构，所述模块单元1端部设有连接点4，连接点4处设有凹槽5，凹槽5内设置有螺纹口6，连接点4固定有轴向为纵向方向的套口7。
所述模块单元1经流水作业生产线的装修、包装构成模块单元产品。
所述模块式集成房屋包括1个或多个模块单元1。
所述墙体板2和钢结构框架3通过螺接或焊接方式固定。
所述墙体板2包括无机材料面板9、聚氨酯层11和钢材10，无机材料面板9与钢材10包围于聚氨酯层11外侧。
本发明一种模块式集成房屋，模块单元及模块单元产品均采用流水线生产作业方式，极大提高生产效率，使用户能够在极短时间内入住。模块单元的墙体板采用聚氨酯复合墙板，能够实现极高的节能标准，并且冬暖夏凉。模块单元产品现场安装方便，节省劳动力，现场无施工建筑垃圾、无湿作业，能够保证施工安全及文明施工。模块式集成房屋建造速度快，房屋见效益早，缩短了项目投资回收期，具有较好的社会效益。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图，给出本发明的具体实施方式，用来对本发明的构成进行进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种模块式集成房屋包括具有独立功能的模块单元1，所述模块单元1通过墙体板2和钢结构框架3采用流水作业模式螺接或焊接组合而成，墙体板2是利用聚氨酯自粘结和流淌性能，采用高压恒温方法将无机材料面板和聚氨酯发泡而成，墙体板2包括氧化镁板、聚氨酯层和钢材，氧化镁板粘结于聚氨酯层外侧，钢材包裹于聚氨酯层端部。10cm厚墙体板的聚氨酯层厚度为82mm,能够实现80%的节能标准，具有极高的自保温效果；钢结构框架3是按照模块式设计规格，在工厂焊接制作完成。
模块单元1底部设置有便于运输的钢梁8，其设计根据运输车的受力位置；模块单元1顶部为六点吊装设计，便于吊高运输。
模块单元1端部设有连接点4，连接点4处的钢结构框架上设有凹槽5，凹槽5内设置有螺纹口6，通过螺栓固定实现模块单元1间横向及第一层模块单元1与基础间的固定连接，连接点4固定有轴向为纵向方向的套口7，延伸出的钢结构框架3插入套口实现竖向上的插接连接。既可固定组建模块式集成房屋，又便于拆卸，实现模块单元多次及异地使用。
根据设计需要，模块式集成房屋可包括1个或多个模块单元产品。
模块单元1按照设计要求经流水作业生产线的装修、包装形成模块单元产品，模块单元产品组建完成后，用户即可入住，无需装修等待，省时省力。
模块单元及模块单元产品因在流水生产线直接生产，其质量有保证，尺寸规格统一，十分有利于工厂、旅馆等集体建筑领域上的应用。
本发明一种模块式集成房屋，模块单元及模块单元产品均采用流水线生产作业方式，极大提高生产效率，使用户能够在极短时间内入住。模块单元的墙体板采用聚氨酯复合墙板，能够实现极高的节能标准，并且冬暖夏凉。模块单元产品现场安装方便，节省劳动力，现场无施工建筑垃圾、无湿作业，能够保证施工安全及文明施工。模块式集成房屋建造速度快，房屋见效益早，缩短了项目投资回收期，具有较好的社会效益。

Claims (5)

1.一种模块式集成房屋，其特征在于包括具有独立功能的模块单元（1），所述模块单元（1）通过墙体板（2）和钢结构框架（3）采用流水作业模式组合固定，墙体板（2）由无机材料面板和聚氨酯发泡而成；模块单元（1）底部设置有便于运输的钢梁（8），模块单元（1）顶部为吊装设计结构，所述模块单元（1）端部设有连接点（4），连接点（4）处设有凹槽（5），凹槽（5）内设置有螺纹口（6），连接点（4）固定有轴向为纵向方向的套口（7）。
2.如权利要求1所述的模块式集成房屋，其特征在于所述模块单元（1）经流水作业生产线的装修、包装构成模块单元产品。
3.如权利要求1所述的模块式集成房屋，其特征在于所述模块式集成房屋包括1个或多个模块单元（1）。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的模块式集成房屋，其特征在于所述墙体板（2）和钢结构框架（3）通过螺接或焊接方式固定。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的模块式集成房屋，其特征在于所述墙体板（2）包括无机材料面板（9）、聚氨酯层（11）和钢材（10），无机材料面板（9）与钢材（10）包围于聚氨酯层（11）外侧。
