本发明公开了一种太阳能沼气池结构及其保温工艺,包括沼气池,及依次在沼气池底部自下而上铺设的钢筋混凝土层、70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板与沙石混凝土垫层;高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板保温隔热性能特好,导热系数可达到0.017-0.022w/m.k,每公分厚度保温效果,相当于37cm砖墙的保温效果,因而7公分厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板可相当于260cm砖墙的保温效果,可有效解决沼气池自身散热快的问题,其保温效果佳。

一种太阳能沼气池结构及其保温工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能沼气池结构及其保温工艺。 
背景技术
温度对沼气的发酵影响很大,以沼气中温发酵为例,低于17℃和高于35℃产气率会急剧下降。目前就全国而言,沼气生产方式大都使用传统的自然发酵,每立方米沼气池日均产气量在冬春季节不足0.18立方米,在极端低温条件下产气量甚至为零。所以在我国冬春季节气温条件下沼气池无法正常产气,大部分农民和养殖场所建的沼气池几乎在近半年时间因无法产气或者产气偏低而呈闲置和半闲置状态。既使在有天然温室之称的海南岛,以海口地区为例,沼气原料大都以人粪尿及禽畜粪便为主,适宜中温发酵,即发酵温度在17-35℃左右为最佳。但处于琼北气候条件下的海口地区在冬季近三个月的时间里采用自然发酵的沼气池其发酵温度往往也低于17℃。而造成沼气池产气量低的主要原因就是:1、环境温度低。2、沼气池自身散热快(冬春季尤为明显)。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能沼气池结构及其保温工艺,利用一种太阳能沼气池的保温技术来解决冬春季沼气池自身散热快的问题,从而使沼气池在冬春季达到有效保温的效果。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种太阳能沼气池结构,包括沼气池,及依次在沼气池底部自下而上铺设的钢筋混凝土层、高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板与沙石混凝土垫层。 
一种太阳能沼气池结构的保温工艺,该保温工艺步骤如下: 
(a)在沼气池底部先铺设100mm厚度的钢筋混凝土层; 
(b)在钢筋混凝土层上再铺设一层70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板,且高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板其表观密度要达到80kg/m3; 
(c)在高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板上再铺设一层60mm厚度的沙石混凝土垫 层。 
作为优选,所述70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板同等于260cm砖墙的保温效果。 
本发明的有益效果是:高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板保温隔热性能特好,导热系数可达到0.017-0.022w/m.k,每公分厚度保温效果,相当于37cm砖墙的保温效果,因而7公分厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板可相当于260cm砖墙的保温效果,可有效解决沼气池自身散热快的问题,其保温效果佳。 
具体实施方式
一种太阳能沼气池结构,包括沼气池,及依次在沼气池底部自下而上铺设的钢筋混凝土层、高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板与沙石混凝土垫层。 
一种太阳能沼气池结构的保温工艺,该保温工艺步骤如下: 
(a)在沼气池底部先铺设100mm厚度的钢筋混凝土层; 
(b)在钢筋混凝土层上再铺设一层70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板,且高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板其表观密度要达到80kg/m3; 
(c)在高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板上再铺设一层60mm厚度的沙石混凝土垫层。 
其中,所述70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板同等于260cm砖墙的保温效果。 
本发明的有益效果是:高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板保温隔热性能特好,导热系数可达到0.017-0.022w/m.k,每公分厚度保温效果,相当于37cm砖墙的保温效果,因而7公分厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板可相当于260cm砖墙的保温效果,可有效解决沼气池自身散热快的问题,其保温效果佳。

1.一种太阳能沼气池结构,其特征在于:包括沼气池,及依次在沼气池底部自下而上铺设的钢筋混凝土层、高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板与沙石混凝土垫层。
2.一种如权利要求1所述太阳能沼气池结构的保温工艺,其特征在于,该保温工艺步骤如下:
(a)在沼气池底部先铺设100mm厚度的钢筋混凝土层;
(b)在钢筋混凝土层上再铺设一层70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板,且高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板其表观密度要达到80kg/m3
(c)在高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板上再铺设一层60mm厚度的沙石混凝土垫层。
3.根据权利要求2所述太阳能沼气池结构的保温工艺,其特征在于:所述70mm厚度的高密度聚胺酯硬泡保温板同等于260cm砖墙的保温效果。
