一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种携带式水动力切割器,属灾区现场急救救生器悈领域。
二、背景技术
目前国内相继出现了一种以水为动力的切割工具,但都存在着体积大,不易移动的不足,质量也很重,这决定了它无法快速移动,更无法保证在不同的环境下轻松使用。
三、发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提出了一种携带式水动力切割器,它可以像普通气割设备一样轻便携带,方便使用。特别适用高速急救,灾区抢险,人员救助等救生领域。携带式水动力切割器是利用超高压技术把普通的自来水加压到250<400兆帕的压力,然后再通过直径0.15<0.35毫米的喷嘴喷射而出,形成每秒800<1000米的高速射流,它可以轻松地切割软基形材料,在水中加入适量的塑料颗粒,它可以切割硬质材料,包括钢板,因为喷射的直径比较小,它可以按照任意曲线进行一次性切割,而且切割时不会产生热量和有害物质,更不会使切割处产生碎茬。并可根据需要调成单束,多束,多角度,多强度的旋转水射流。尤其是在抢救被重物挤压,金属材料环包的遇难人员时,这种不发热的切割工具,具有独到之处。
