泡沫型洗面奶,这是市场上流行的选用具有良好发泡性和低刺激性,具有良好发泡能力的洗面奶。温和表明活性剂型洗面奶的配方中含有表明活性剂起到洁肤起泡的作用。凝胶型洗面奶,俗称为啫喱型洁面乳,主要含有黏胶质或类胶黏质,呈透明或半透明的产品。实际上,凝胶型产品包括无水凝胶、水凝胶或水-醇凝胶等类型,这种凝胶型洗面奶一般含有天然或合成的聚合物基质和表面活性剂基质。低熔点的酯类,精制天然油脂及其混合物,及添加防治粉刺的活性物质和消炎杀菌剂可复配成具有洁肤、防治多种皮肤病的多种特殊治疗效的洗面奶。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养护肤洁肤效果好的营养元素中药酵素洗面奶。
本发明技术解决的方案是:
一种营养元素中药酵素洗面奶,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
(1)其中营养元素由微量元素群、维生素族,其特征是:按下列质量份配比组成%
①微量元素,按下列单质形态质量份配比组成%
上述各组分之和为100%;
②维生素100%=水溶性维生素90%+脂溶性维生素10%,是由下列质量成份配比组成%
维生素族是由水溶性维生素、脂溶性维生素组成;
水溶性维生素
脂溶性维生素
水溶性维生素95%+脂溶性维生素5%=维生素族100%;
(2)营养元素人参木瓜酵素皂基洗面奶,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
制作工艺:
在油相罐中加入硬脂酸、棕榈酸、羊毛脂、椰子油、甘油及防腐剂加热搅拌至80℃,经过滤抽至乳化罐中并保持其温度在80℃,将预先在水相罐中溶解了氢氧化钾、营养元素、人参、木瓜等中药提取物纳米粉的去离子纯化水中,经过滤抽至乳化罐并保持温度至80℃,进行中和反应,待搅拌中和反应的温度降至45℃时加酵素纳米粉、香精及其他原料。因为酵素的温度不能超过48℃,否则失去其活性成分,香精香味则失去香气。混合搅拌,脱泡、冷却,根据所要求的硬度,选择冷却条件以下各实施例基本类同。
功效:本品具有洁肤、美白、保湿、嫩肤、护肤、防粉刺的作用,用本品适量于面部,轻轻按摩几分钟后,用水冲净。
(3)营养元素灵芝西洋参酵素混合式洗面奶,其特征是:以下列质量份配比组成%
功效:营养肌肤,防止皱纹,软化皮肤,去污洁肤;
(4)营养元素螺旋藻茯苓酵素泡沫洗面奶,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
(5)营养元素芦荟天冬酵素洗面奶,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
(6)营养元素红花益母草酵素高泡沫洁肤凝胶洗面奶,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
(7)酵素纳米粉,其特征是:由下列相同质量份配比组成%
黄瓜、丝瓜、南瓜、香瓜、苹果、香蕉、黄花菜、苦菜、葛根、费菜、松针系列提取物等各相同量的瓜果蔬菜松针洗净切碎,浸泡在相同量的红糖或甘蔗糖液中充分搅拌溶化腌制,即同腌制咸菜的方法一样腌制,所不同的,这里指的用红糖来腌制,而不是盐。腌制时装在瓷器或不漏水有避光的器皿中,器皿口用垫纸覆盖,置于20℃以上无光线直射的地方,3天后便生出白霉浮在表面,这时要捞出白霉,继续放置一段时间直至完全腌透时,榨取汁高速离心沉淀取上清液,即酵素原液,酵素稀释水是用原液与纯化水按5-25%稀释其原液。酵素纳米是再超低温冷冻、真空、干燥,制成的粉末,与以上各组分配比的物料包括中药提取物均需要纳米技术处理的,即用纳米粒径超细微化通用装置将物质的大分子进行破碎、乳化均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级小分子,即酵素纳米粉,或中药提取物纳米粉,所说的小分子,就是要过1800-2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1-2μm,因为药物的吸收通常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,减少粒径,可增大暴露在介质中的表面积,促进药物溶解,进而提高了药物的吸收度和利用率,增加了药效和利用治疗效果。
制作方法:将甲组和乙组分别用乳化罐加热至80℃,充分搅拌使其浴解,保持温度不变,在搅拌的情况下,将乙组加入甲组中再继续搅拌充分混匀,当温度降至45℃,加入香精、酵素纳米粉,最后用5-25%酵素稀释水继续搅拌混匀放消毒间至室温即可,装罐。
上述①-⑤营养元素中药酵素洗面奶其各组分中药其功效是:
①人参含有40多种微量元素,如铁、锌、铜、锰、铬、钙、硒、锗诸多元素,被皮肤缓慢吸收后,能营养皮肤细胞,调节皮肤水分平衡,具有防止面部皮肤脱水干燥,保持皮肤滋润,嫩软光滑有弹性,防止皮肤松弛,减少皱纹和皮肤衰老,并降低紫外线,对皮肤的伤害。人参提取物纳米粉渗入洗面奶,对促进人体皮肤营养,生长发育,平衡体内元素,新陈代谢,内分泌免疫等过程,有着极重的生理保健作用,它所含有的硒、锗、锌等元素尤为硒是地球上动植物食物中很稀少奇缺的元素。新近研究发现,它对人体各个系统器官组织80多种疾病均有很好治疗或辅助治疗和预防效果。人参中硒锗结合能刺激造血机能、抗癌、防癌、抗皱,保年轻、抗衰老,增强机体免疫,强效抗氧化,清除人体自由基,抗病,防病,保健康有很独特的作用,木瓜提取液用于洗面奶具有抗菌、抗炎,对多种细菌如大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、结核杆菌等有抑制作用,具有护肤、祛斑、抗皱、防衰老的作用。
②灵芝具有调节免疫功能,抑制过敏反应,抗菌,其提取物具有清除体内自由基的生物活性,对皮肤具有保湿、美白、防皱、抗衰老的作用。西洋参又名花旗参、美国人参,主要含有多种皂苷,如人参皂苷Rb1、Rb3、Rc、Rd、Re、Rg1、Rg2以及假人参皂苷F11等总皂苷含量达7%左右,此外还含有少量的挥发油、单糖、双糖及多种氨基酸,由于西洋参洗面奶含有这些多种营养物质,可增加面部皮肤的营养供给,促进面部皮肤中毛细血管的血液循环,从而起到滋润营养肌肤,保持皮肤的柔嫩、湿润、光滑、饱满,防止皱纹和皮肤衰老,永葆青春魅力。

⑤红花具有活血化瘀,制成的洗面奶对面部多种斑疵,效果显著,使用洗面奶轻轻按摩面部皮肤,使面部皮肤细嫩和滋润,改善面部皮肤血管微循环,增强细胞活力,皮肤张力,防皱、抗衰、软化皮肤,防止皮肤干燥、粗糙,并可防治雀斑、老人斑等。
