发明内容:目的是提供一种设计合理、结构简单、生产安全、制造成本低、不使用疏散剂、不加色、不冷冻、不晾晒、占地面积小、生产速度快,每小时可生产粉丝500公斤的粉丝自动疏散保味保形保色多层干燥箱。粉丝自动疏散保味保形保色多层干燥箱,其特征在于:梁架(1)装在干燥箱(12)内两侧,粉丝分离棒(2)装接在梁架(1)上,粉丝分离槽(3)设在粉丝分离棒(2)上,滚轴(4)装接于横梁(8)两端,拖带(6)套装在滚轴(4)上,发热棒(7)装在横梁(8)的内下侧,吸风机(5)装在干燥箱(12)外部一侧,温度表(9)、干湿度表(10)装在干燥箱(12)外面一侧上部,进气孔(11)分别装在干燥箱(12)上部外侧,传动轮(13)分别装在滚轴(4)的一端,电动机(14)装在梁架(1)下部外侧,轮子(15)装在干燥箱(12)下部外面。

具体实施方式:梁架(1)装在干燥箱(12)内两侧,粉丝分离棒(2)装接在梁架(1)上,粉丝分离槽(3)设在粉丝分离棒(2)上,滚轴(4)装接于横梁(8)两端,拖带(6)套装在滚轴(4)上,发热棒(7)装在横梁(8)的内下侧,吸风机(5)装在干燥箱(12)外部一侧,温度表(9)、干湿度表(10)装在干燥箱(12)外面一侧上部,进气孔(11)分别装在干燥箱(12)上部外侧,传动轮(13)分别装在滚轴(4)的一端,电动机(14)装在梁架(1)下部外侧,轮子(15)装在干燥箱(12)下部外面。将煮熟的粉丝捞入拖带(6)上,再向前滚动时,粉丝自动进入分离槽(3)内,粉丝自然不互相粘连,粉丝在电机带动的滚轴(4)、拖带(6)上被发热棒(7)烘干,同时被拉直成形,未经水洗和阳光暴晒保住了原有的颜色和味道。因多层,占地面小,因多层温度易生高,因此效率高。
