一种货道固定装置，包括一定位基座和安装于所述定位基座上的至少一第一货道和一第二货道，所述定位基座上开设至少两第一开槽，每一第一开槽包括一第一开口和与所述第一开口相连通的一第二开口，所述第一货道和第二货道上开设一第三开口和一第四开口，所述第三开口和第四开口内分别设有一第一卡钩和一第二卡钩，所述第二货道上开设一第二开槽，所述第二开槽包括一第五开口和与所述第五开口相连通的一第六开口，所述第一卡钩经由第一开口进入相应的第二开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道在所述定位基座上无法上下移动，所述第二卡钩经由第五开口进入相应的第六开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道无法左右移动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种货道固定装置，尤指一种拆装方便快捷的货道固定装置。
背景技术
现有的货道固定方式多是在货道和定位基座上直接开设孔或螺孔，利用拉钉、铆合或螺锁等方式将货道直接固定在定位基座上。但是采用上述固定方式，在组装过程中需要重复地进行拉钉、铆合或螺锁等操作，既费时又耗力。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种拆装方便快捷的货道固定装置。
一种货道固定装置，包括一定位基座和安装于所述定位基座上的至少一第一货道和一第二货道，所述定位基座上开设至少两第一开槽，每一第一开槽包括一第一开口和与所述第一开口相连通的一第二开口，所述第一货道和第二货道上开设一第三开口和一第四开口，所述第三开口和第四开口内分别设有一第一卡钩和一第二卡钩，所述第二货道上开设一第二开槽，所述第二开槽包括一第五开口和与所述第五开口相连通的一第六开口，所述第一卡钩经由第一开口进入相应的第二开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道在所述定位基座上无法上下移动，所述第二卡钩经由第五开口进入相应的第六开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道无法左右移动。
相较于现有技术，所述货道固定装置通过所述第一卡钩经由第一开口进入相应的第二开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道在所述定位基座上无法上下移动，所述第二卡钩经由第五开口进入相应的第六开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道无法左右移动，拆装方便快捷。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明货道固定装置一较佳实施方式包括一定位基座10和安装于所述定位基座10上的若干货道20。
请参阅图2和图3，所述定位基座10上开设若干长形的第一开槽11，每一第一开槽11包括一长形的第一开口111和与所述第一开口111相连通的一长形的第二开口112。所述定位基座10的一端邻近所述第一开口111向上弯折形成一卷曲状的第一折弯113。所述定位基座10上邻近两端的第二开口112向下凸设一圆形的凸起114。所述定位基座10的另一端向下弯折形成一第二折弯115。其中，所述第一开口111的宽度大于所述第二开口112的宽度。所述第一折弯113和第二折弯115可增强所述定位基座10的强度。
所述货道20是一体成形的框架体，每一货道20包括两平行设置的侧板21和一连接两侧板21的连接板22。每一侧板21的顶端垂直向内弯折形成一折边23。每一折边23上开设一方形的第三开口24，所述第三开口24内设有一第一卡钩241。所述第一卡钩241包括自第三开口24内相对的两侧边缘分别弯折延伸出的一第一折片2411和一第二折片2412，所述第一折片2411和第二折片2412的末端相连。其中，所述第一折片2411的宽度大于第二折片2412的宽度，所述第一折片2411的宽度小于第一开口111的宽度，所述第一折片2411的宽度大于第二开口112的宽度。所述第二折片2412的宽度与所述第二开口112的宽度相当。每一折边23上邻近所述第三开口24开设一圆形的通孔25。其中，所述凸起114的尺寸略大于所述通孔25的孔径。
所述货道20的其中一侧板21上开设一第四开口26，所述第四开口26内设有一第二卡钩261。所述第二卡钩261包括自第四开口26内相对的两侧边缘分别弯折延伸出的一第三折片2611和一第四折片2612，所述第三折片2611和第四折片2612的末端相连。其中，所述第三折片2611的宽度大于第四折片2612的宽度。所述货道20的另一侧板21上开设一长形的第二开槽211，所述第二开槽211包括一长形的第五开口2111和与所述第五开口2111相连通的一长形的第六开口2112。其中，所述第五开口2111的宽度大于所述第六开口2112的宽度。所述第三折片2611的宽度小于第五开口2111的宽度，所述第三折片2611的宽度大于第六开口2112的宽度。所述第四折片2612的宽度与所述第六开口2112的宽度相当。
请参阅图1至图5，组装时，先将所述货道20上的第二卡钩261与另一相邻的货道20上的第二开槽211相对齐。同时所述第三折片2611穿过相应的第五开口2111并经由所述第五开口2111进入相应的第六开口2112，使得相邻的两货道20无法左右移动，从而将若干货道20固定在一起。然后将所述定位基座10向若干货道20的顶部移动，使得所述第一折片2411穿过相应的第一开口111并经由所述第一开口111进入相应的第二开口112。同时所述凸起114穿过相应的通孔25，使得若干货道20在所述定位基座10上无法上下移动，从而将若干货道20固定在所述定位基座10上。
拆卸时，只需抬起所述定位基座10的下端使得所述凸起114和相应的通孔25相脱离。同时向外拉动所述定位基座10，使得所述第一折片2411由第二开口112进入相应的第一开口111。此时向上提起所述定位基座10即可将其从若干货道20上拆卸下来。然后将所述货道20相对于其相邻的另一货道20移动，使得所述第三折片2611由第六开口2112进入相应的第五开口2111。此时提起所述货道20即可将其从相邻的另一货道20上拆卸下来。按照此方法可依次将其它的货道20拆卸开来。
本发明货道固定装置通过所述第一卡钩241经由第一开口111进入相应的第二开口112，使得若干货道20在所述定位基座10上无法上下移动，所述第二卡钩261经由第五开口2111进入相应的第六开口2112，使得若干货道20无法左右移动，拆装方便快捷，使组装或拆卸货道20变得方便、快捷，并且还减少了零件数量，降低了生产、组装的成本。

Claims (3)

1.一种货道固定装置，包括一定位基座和安装于所述定位基座上的至少一第一货道和一第二货道，其特征在于：所述定位基座上开设至少两第一开槽，每一第一开槽包括一第一开口和与所述第一开口相连通的一第二开口，所述第一货道和第二货道上开设一第三开口和一第四开口，所述第三开口和第四开口内分别设有一第一卡钩和一第二卡钩，所述第二货道上开设一第二开槽，所述第二开槽包括一第五开口和与所述第五开口相连通的一第六开口，所述第一卡钩穿过相应的第一开口并经由所述第一开口进入相应的第二开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道在所述定位基座上无法上下移动，所述第二卡钩穿过相应的第五开口并经由所述第五开口进入相应的第六开口，使得所述第一货道和第二货道无法左右移动，所述定位基座上邻近每一第二开口向下凸设一凸起，所述第一货道和第二货道上邻近相应的第三开口分别开设一通孔，所述凸起穿过相应的通孔从而将所述第一货道和第二货道固定在所述定位基座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的货道固定装置，其特征在于：每一第一卡钩包括自第三开口内相对的两侧边缘分别弯折延伸出的一第一折片和一第二折片，所述第一折片和第二折片的末端相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的货道固定装置，其特征在于：所述第一折片的宽度大于第二折片的宽度。
