Abstract

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域，具体的说是一种金属中空螺钉，所述钉杆为圆柱形结构，钉杆一端设置有钉帽，钉杆内部为内孔，内孔另一端为刃口，刃口上设置有螺纹，本发明手术操作简便，骨折固定牢靠，创口愈合快，本发明将传统的单头螺纹改为双头或多头螺纹，多头螺纹导程长，旋转块，大大缩短了病人手术的时间，减轻了病人的手术痛苦，有非常好的效果。

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域，具体的说是一种金属中空螺钉。 
背景技术
　股骨颈骨折是髋部最常见的损伤，在全身骨折中其发病仅次于挠骨远端骨折。这种骨折多因走路不小心跌倒，臀部着地而引起，伤后髋部疼痛，不能站立和行走。年轻人的股骨颈骨折多因车祸或高处摔伤等强烈暴力引起。股骨颈骨折的大多数有比较明显的移位，且因为这个部位的杠杆作用较大，骨折不稳定，因此，多数需要手术治疗。金属中空螺钉是固定与人体骨骼髁部的医疗器械，其股骨颈骨折的病例较为常见。现有的金属中空螺钉采用单头螺纹设计，在临床使用过程中旋合速度慢，给医生和患者带来了手术时间长的风险。 
因此，为克服上述技术的不足而设计出一种双头螺纹的金属中空螺钉产品，该产品既能够满足与骨骼形态相符、复位准确的优点，又能节约手术的时间，减少病人的痛苦，这种金属中空螺钉，正是发明人所要解决的问题。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种金属中空螺钉，其结构简单，与骨骼形态相符，复位准确，有非常好的实用价值。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种金属中空螺钉，包含钉帽、内孔、钉杆、螺纹、刃口，其特征在于：所述钉杆为圆柱形结构，钉杆一端设置有钉帽，钉杆内部为内孔，内孔另一端为刃口，刃口上设置有螺纹。 
本发明的有益效果是： 
1、本发明手术操作简便，骨折固定牢靠，创口愈合快；
2、本发明将传统的单头螺纹改为双头或多头螺纹，多头螺纹导程长，旋转块，大大缩短了病人手术的时间，减轻了病人的手术痛苦，有非常好的效果；

图1为本发明一种金属股骨颈固定空心钉结构示意图，包含钉帽1、内孔2、钉杆3、螺纹4、刃口5，所述钉杆3为圆柱形结构，钉杆3一端设置有钉帽1，钉杆2内部为内孔2，内孔2另一端为刃口5，刃口5上设置有螺纹4，本发明与骨骼的形态相符，复位准确，具有良好的运动稳定性，本发明能很好满足股骨颈的复位，尤其接近关节的部位，软组织闭合，能很好满足长骨的复位，尤其接近关节的部位。

1.一种金属中空螺钉，包含钉帽、内孔、钉杆、螺纹、刃口，其特征在于：所述钉杆为圆柱形结构，钉杆一端设置有钉帽，钉杆内部为内孔，内孔另一端为刃口，刃口上设置有螺纹。
