现有技术中,电液数字阀结构复杂,不能进行精确的控制数字信息,不能达到工艺上的要求。

本发明的目的是提供一种数字流量阀。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种数字流量阀,包括连杆、零位移传感器、步进电机、滚珠丝杠和阀心,所述连杆与阀心连接,所述滚珠丝杠安装在连杆上,所述零位移传感器安装在阀体上,所述步进电机与阀体连接。
所述阀心上设有阀套。
本发明一种数字流量阀,结构简单,由于阀体安装有零位移传感器,可以使阀在使用过程中能够准确的进行数字信息的控制,能够满足使用要求。

如图1所示,数字流量阀,包括连杆2、零位移传感器3、步进电机4、滚珠丝杠5和阀心6,连杆2与阀心6连接,滚珠丝杠5安装在连杆2上,零位移传感器3安装在阀体7上,步进电机4与阀体7连接,阀心6上设有阀套1,零位传感器3起到让计算机识别数字流量阀特定位置的作用,本发明一种数字流量阀,结构简单,由于阀体安装有零位移传感器,可以使阀在使用过程中能够准确的进行数字信息的控制,能够满足使用要求。

1.一种数字流量阀,其特征在于:包括连杆、零位移传感器、步进电机、滚珠丝杠和阀心,所述连杆与阀心连接,所述滚珠丝杠安装在连杆上,所述零位移传感器安装在阀体上,所述步进电机与阀体连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种数字流量阀,其特征在于:所述阀心上设有阀套。
