Abstract

本发明提供一种清洁、高效燃烧的民用烟煤上点火蜂窝煤。这种型煤可用烟煤作主要原料,因加入点火剂、引火剂、清洁添加剂等,并采用合理的工艺、配比和成型压力,可以实现清洁、高效的燃烧,降低黑烟、烟尘、SO2、致癌物B(a)P和NOX的污染,达到显著减轻大气污染和节约煤炭的目的。

Description

清洁、高效的烟煤上点火蜂窝煤
本发明涉及清洁、高效燃烧的民用燃料--烟煤上点火蜂窝煤。
在我国能源构成中,煤炭构成占能源总耗量的76%。统计资料表明,我国煤炭的84%被直接燃用,每年排入大气的污染物中,有87%的SO2、有79%的烟尘及67%的NOx均来源于直接燃烧煤炭。煤烟污染已使我国大气环境日益恶化。所以一般都将煤炭看成是“肮脏、低效”的能源。因此,近二十年来,煤炭转化技术或称清洁煤技术得到广泛研究。
蜂窝煤(含上点火蜂窝煤)是一种主要的民用燃料,国内外均在发展,但在消烟清洁燃烧和提高燃烧效率等方面,尚无明显效果。国内外民用蜂窝煤及煤球都是用无烟煤或半焦做原料,才避免黑烟污染。据检索,近年的新进展(我国90105041.5专利)也只能用部分劣质烟煤或煤泥还要配入矸石去压制蜂窝煤,不能全部使用高挥发分烟煤,特别是粘结性烟煤作主要原料。日本JP58-185689专利的点火剂价格昂贵,每块合人民币1元左右,且只能以无烟煤作煤本体。而且,已有的专利和技术,都不能有效地全面减少煤烟中五种主要污染物的排放量。
本发明的目的,是提供一种能用占我国地质贮量92%的烟煤、褐煤做原料的,能用火柴或报纸点燃的,能够清洁、高效燃烧的烟煤上点火蜂窝煤,以适应国内外对环境保护的紧迫要求。其主要内容如下:
这种上点火蜂窝煤的组成包括有点火剂、引火剂、粘结剂及煤本体。
所用点火剂是:二氧化锰、氯酸盐、硝酸盐等氧化剂;煤炭、炭素等可燃物;加上少量稳定防潮剂(石蜡、松香、硬酯酸钙等)和粘结剂组成。
所用引火剂是:煤炭、炭材、植物或做工业原料用的植物残渣等可燃物;少量硝酸盐或蜡下油等助燃剂;和公知的粘结剂等组成。
点火剂可单独压成点火饼,嵌入煤本体顶部由引火剂压制的引火层中。点火剂也可与引火剂与煤本体一起(三合一)成型。
所用清洁添加剂为电石渣、铝厂赤泥(渣)、钙类氧化物、氢氧化物或碳酸盐等,也可以配入铝厂、纸厂、皮革厂、纺织厂的碱性废水。
煤本体可以全部由烟煤或褐煤构成;也可以采用无烟煤;或几种牌号煤炭配煤。根据来源易得、廉价的原则选用。
这种上点火蜂窝煤的点火剂在每块蜂窝煤用量为6~20g,引入剂用量为对100~160mm的蜂窝煤每块相应用80~200g清洁添加剂的用量:添加剂的克分子数/蜂窝煤中硫的克分子数=1.3~1.8;煤本体重量为每块约500~20000g。
烟煤中的挥发份,在燃烧到某一温度区间就分解集中析出,因此来不及燃烧净而形成黑烟、黄烟。
煤炭燃烧后的煤灰,和未燃尽的细粒煤,被从燃烧层流过的空气带到烟道,从而产生烟尘污染。
煤炭是不规则的碳环稠环混合物,带含氢侧链。层状燃烧时,一般只有70~80%的燃烧效率,故而都残留有多环芳香烃,造成煤烟中含强致癌物(以B(a)P为代表)的污染。
煤中都含硫和氮,燃烧时又造成煤烟中二氧化硫和氮氧化物(SO2、NOx)的污染。
本发明依靠控制成型物料的粒度及其级配,控制成型压力并加入电石渣、钙类物质清洁添加剂,使蜂窝煤燃烧时疏松,以提高型煤孔隙率,从而提高型煤的反应活性,控制加热速度及挥发份析出速度。本发明选用的成型物料粒度为0~6mm,其中0~3mm为80~89%,成型压力为250~850N/cm2,蜂窝煤的孔隙率为14~25%。
粘结性较强的肥煤作成型原料时,胶质层的析出膨胀会导致型煤胀裂。如加大型煤孔隙率,达到孔隙能完全容纳胶质物的总量,可解决任一种烟煤均可成型的问题。
与已有技术对比,本发明取得下列效果:
1由于本发明控制了挥发份的析出速度,加上提高反应活性0.3~4倍,导致燃烧火焰温度增高,使烟煤挥发分充份燃烧而消除黑烟和黄烟。煤烟黑度从原煤的>2林格曼级降低到上点火蜂窝煤的0.5级以下。
2由于本发明蜂窝煤的反应活性好,增大了孔隙率,加上清洁添加剂的吸附作用,充分吸收住烟煤分解的胶质层和焦油重组份,而不迅速挥发跑掉,使烟煤能高效率、充份燃烧,使煤烟残留的强致癌物(B(a)P等)的排放量比烧原煤减少约62%。
3由于本发明的蜂窝煤加热速度得到控制,蜂窝煤燃烧过程的内、外温差较大,而孔隙率大,又加快了氧气向蜂窝煤内部扩散,形成蜂窝煤内部有一层低温燃烧层,从而可以减少氧化物40%的排放量。
4本发明加入的清洁添加剂,都是带金属阳离子的碱性物。在燃烧中它们先催化SO2氧化为SO3,然后与之反应生成无害的石膏(CaSO4)固定在炉渣中,从而减少SO2排放量约60%。
5由于本发明清洁添加剂为碱性,使煤质熔点稍有降低,而在表面高温燃烧层中,轻度熔融,配以适当的成型压力,使烟尘原始排放量减少70~80%。
本发明的实施例如下:
用挥发份41%,灰份25%,发热量20.1MJ/kg,硫份2.3%的烟煤为原料,按本发明加工上点火蜂窝煤:
配比如下:
点火剂:二氧化锰           24%,    硝酸钾    6%
        过氯酸钾           5%,     蜡下油    1.5%
        烟煤               43%      炭素      19%
        粘结剂             1.5%。
引火剂:硝酸钠(或销酸钾)   5%       炭素       30%
        烟煤               60%      粘结剂     2%
        清洁添加剂         3%
本体煤:烟煤               93%      清洁添加剂 5.5%
        粘结剂             1.5%
炊事燃烧试验结果如下:
        点火难易           18分钟
        上火时间           31分钟
        火力强度           32克/分
        燃烧效率           90.5%
        烟气黑度           0.25林格曼级
        烟气含尘量         56mg/Nm3(减少76%)
        SO2浓度           28.8mg当量/Nm3
        B(a)P              比燃烧原煤时减少71%
        NOx               比燃烧原煤时减少42%

Claims (3)

1、一种由点火剂、引火剂和煤本体所组成的上点火蜂窝煤,其特征在于:
(1)点火剂:
          二氧化锰24%         硝酸钾6%
          过氯酸钾5%          蜡下油1.5%
          烟煤    43%         炭素  19%
          粘结剂  1.5%
(2)引火剂:
          硝酸钠(或硝酸钾)5%  炭素  30%
          烟煤           60% 粘结剂 2%
          清洁添加剂      3%
(3)煤本体:
          烟煤93%  清洁添加剂5.5%  粘结剂1.5%
(4)清洁添加剂是金属阳离子的碱性物。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的上点火蜂窝煤,其特征是点火剂在每块蜂窝煤用量为6-20g;引火剂用量为对直径100-160mm的蜂窝煤每块相应用80-200g;清洁添加剂的用量为:添加剂的克分子数/蜂窝煤中硫的克分子数=1.3-1.8;煤本体重量为每块约500-2000g。
3、一种如权利要求1所述的上点火蜂窝煤,其特征是煤本体的烟煤粒度为0-6mm,其中0-3mm粒级为80-89%,成型压力为2.5-8.5MP.,成型产品-上点火蜂窝煤的孔隙率为14-25%。
