Abstract
本发明公开了一种光伏组件层叠模板,包括模板本体,合金挡块和刻度线,所述模板本体表面设有等间距排列的合金挡块,所述模板本体边缘还设有刻度线,其中合金挡块是专为定位电池片设计的,凸出的挡块可以避免员工在生产过程中偷工减料,视刻度线如无物,合金挡块下方的刻度线,是给汇流带定位使用的。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、可控制性强的特点,使层叠工段变的简单,同时也降低裂片,串距小,整体偏移等不良的产生。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏组件生产技术领域,具体涉及一种用于光伏组件生产中层叠工段使用的光伏组件层叠模板。
背景技术
随着光伏行业技术的不断发展,产品的利润空间不断被压缩,组件生产商不得不减少生产过程中的损耗,控制生产成本成为首要任务;就组件生产层叠工序而言,该工序都是人为操作,所以人的因素很重要,现有得模板是在环氧树脂上激光划线,但员工有时不按照要求对准刻度线。所以,按照这种模板生产,还是存在很多串距小、整体偏移的情况。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种能有效改善层叠过程中速度慢,极易产生整体偏移,串距小等问题的光伏组件层叠模板。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种光伏组件层叠模板,包括模板本体,所述模板本体表面设有等间距排列的合金挡块,所述模板本体边缘还设有刻度线。
作为优选,所述模板本体为塑料模板或铝质模板,表面光滑无毛刺。
有益效果:本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、可控制性强的特点,使层叠工段变的简单,同时也降低裂片,串距小,整体偏移等不良的产生。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的一种光伏组件层叠模板,包括模板本体,模板本体表面设有等间距排列的合金挡块,合金挡块分为两行六列,模板本体边缘还设有刻度线,其中模板本体为塑料模板或铝质模板,表面光滑无毛刺。
本发明使用时,先将串焊焊接好的电池串按要求摆放在合金挡块里,待将6串电池串摆放整齐后,粘上定位胶带;最后将汇流带焊接在模板刻度线位置,焊接完成后将模板由前向后抽出。

1.一种光伏组件层叠模板,包括模板本体(1),其特征在于:所述模板本体(1)表面设有等间距排列的合金挡块(2),所述模板本体(1)边缘还设有刻度线(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件层叠模板,其特征在于:所述模板本体(1)为塑料模板或铝质模板。
