背景技术
现有的振动开关一般采用振动传感器,振动传感器采集振动信号后送控制电路进行开关动作。这种电子式振动开关,成本较高,容易损坏。
发明内容
本技术的目的是提供一种机构简单、使用方便、耐用性好的机械式振动开关。
该一种机械式振动开关,在绝缘支座上设置有环形导体,在环形导体内部设置有导电支座,导电支座顶面是小于半个球面的凹球面,在球面上设置有导电球体,导电球体在凹球面上滚动时,导电球体能够与环形导体的内壁接触。
本技术的有益效果:正常情况下,导电球体不会与环形导体接触,它们之间是一个断路状态。当有振动时,导电球体会在凹球面上滚来滚去,当振动越大时,其滚动就越剧烈尖。导电球体就会与环形导体的内壁接触,这样,导电支座、导电球体、环形导体就形成了一个通路。
