Abstract
本发明公开了一种蠲痹灸具，该灸具主要由木制的灸盒和灸盖构成，灸盒内的中下部设有网格精密的集灰网，灸盒壁的下部设有至少8个通风口，灸盒内设有位于集灰网上方的网兜以用于放置艾条，网兜的上方设有数根相互平行并可横向移动的不锈钢条，两根不锈钢条形成的灸槽可用于定位艾条，所述集灰网的网格比网兜的网格密集。本发明灸具具有恒温、操作简单、安全性好、解放劳动力、节能减排、增加人体的舒适感和治疗效果好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗保健用具，具体是一种可根据人体的体表、解剖部位、穴位及经络的特点设置并具有祛寒通络、扶正养生的大蠲痹灸具。
背景技术
现行的间接温灸方法有采用艾灸盒、插签固定艾条灸及手工操作等方法对准穴位或体表进行施灸。大量的临床研究证实艾条灸及大灸在治疗、养生保健及美容等方面确有很好的疗效，而且价廉，所以一直在医疗、保健及养生等领域广为应用。但在临床应用发现，以往的艾条及一般艾灸具均存在如下缺陷：1、艾灸盒及雷火灸盒温度不恒温或温度不够。2、艾条与艾灸盒未能做到规格化，艾条往往比固定艾条孔大，不易插入，或艾条比固定孔小，不易固定，且固定艾盒弹簧及盖子上的铁圈易坏。3、一般灸盒的操作繁琐，需要用大头针固定药条。4、安全性差，当艾条及雷火灸药条燃烧过程中，易烧衣物及烫伤人的皮肤。5、浪费资源及排烟量大，目前的温灸方法均存在艾条及雷火药条浪费及排烟量大的问题。6、人体的舒适感不强，因受艾条及雷火药条放置的距离及燃烧后距离改变不易调节的影响，其施灸的温度不能恒定。7、因寒冷难于施灸。8、雷火灸还存在因年老、腰背疼痛不能俯卧及不能固定的问题。9、艾盒固定艾条的弹簧铁圈易坏及雷火灸盒的盖子不易固定，存在一定的操作不便及安全隐患。10、艾灸盒及雷火灸盒面积过小或施灸时间短，疗效不佳。11、一般灸盒的功能分区不明确。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作简单、安全性好、增加人体的施灸面积、增长施灸时间及增强治疗效果的蠲痹灸具。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题：
本发明蠲痹灸具，包括由木板制成的灸盒与灸盖，灸盒内的中下部设有网格精密的集灰网，灸盒壁的下部设有至少8个通风口，所述灸盒内设有位于集灰网上方的网兜以用于放置艾条，网兜的上方设有数根相互平行并可横向移动的不锈钢条，两根不锈钢条形成的灸槽可用于定位艾条，所述集灰网的网格比网兜的网格密集。
所述网兜是通过螺丝与灸盒的内壁四面镶嵌固定连接。
所述灸盒为长方形或正方形灸盒。
所述不锈钢条安装在支撑架上，支撑架与灸盒固定连接。
本发明选用天然的木制的灸盒以及采用活动不锈钢钢条、网兜和精密的集灰网制成。本发明与现有技术相比，该灸具具有恒温、操作简单、安全性好、解放劳动力、增加人体的施灸面积、增长施灸时间、加强人体舒适感、节能减排及治疗效果佳的优点。既克服了传统灸疗在施灸的过程中出现的灸条的灰污染和烧伤皮肤等问题，而且天然木制的灸盒能始终保持盒外为温热感不烫伤皮肤及灸盒内药条温度更恒定和保温，其热量比等量的艾灸盒产生的热量大而舒服，同时木制的灸盒还可根据个人的情况设计放置6-10根艾条进行施灸，其热力可达5根雷火药条的温度，从而增强了治疗的效果。
具体优点有以下几点：
1、具有明显功能分区：根据中医理论分上、中、下三焦，结合经络、腧穴的分布决定艾灸位置，治疗更具针对性。
2、由于灸盒及灸网的活动及重力的关系，能达到恒温的效果。
3、艾条与艾灸盒能做到规格化，保证艾条始终固定在灸槽内，不易滑动。
4、操作简单，改进了一般灸盒的繁琐操作，需要用大头针固定药条的情况。
5、由于安全性高，可以使用大浴巾的包裹或加盖被子，克服因天气冷难于施灸。
6、采用固定带能解决雷火灸存在因年老、腰背疼痛不能俯卧及不能固定的问题。
7、蠲痹灸具还根据人体的解剖、经络、穴位采用了可活动的不锈钢条进行改良，提高治疗准确性和针对性，提高临床疗效。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本发明蠲痹灸具主要由木制的灸盒8和灸盖2构成，灸盖2上设有手柄1，灸盒为长方形或正方形灸盒。灸盒8内的中下部设有网格精密的集灰网5，灸盒8四周壁上设有多个通风口6，灸盒8内设有位于集灰网5上方的网兜4以用于支撑艾条，网兜4是通过螺丝与灸盒8的内壁四面镶嵌固定连接。网兜4的上方设有数根相互平行并可横向移动的不锈钢条3，不锈钢条4安装在支撑架7上，支撑架7与灸盒8形成固定连接。两根不锈钢条3形成的灸槽可用于放置6-10段2-3cm艾条，集灰网5的网格比网兜4的网格密集。
使用本发明蠲痹灸具时，先将灸盒8通过绑带固定在施灸者的施灸部位上，然后将点燃的艾条或雷火药条放入由两根不锈钢条3形成的灸槽内，使其平放于网兜4上，然后再盖上灸盖2即可。根据需要，灸盒还可以利用大浴巾包裹后固定灸盒，使其固定更稳固。根据施灸部位的不同，可取50×40cm、60×45cm、70×45cm或80×45cm大小的棉纱放在施灸部位，敷上药酒，预防烫伤，增加疗效。
由于艾条或雷火药条被不锈钢条3及网兜4固定，并由于自身重力的作用，使灸条或雷火药条始终固定在同一个水平位置上施灸，能使艾条及雷火药条全部燃烧，灰的热能也可充分利用，同时因灸盒内有多个通烟孔，有烟通的作用，艾灸也可采用雷火灸的温灸方法使用大毛巾包裹，以达到恒温燃烧及减少烟雾的排放的作用，符合环保的要求。采用天然木制材料的热力更强而灸盒的外部能保持在温热而不烫的效果。
本发明蠲痹灸具可根据人体的体表、解剖、穴位及经络的特点设计为：
1、长方形或正方形的木制灸盒，对解剖、穴位、经络进行温灸，对所有施灸部位进行温灸时，注意掌握好温度及在施灸之前先垫上一张双层纱布，以隔离艾灰及雷火药灰。对腹部的灸盒纱网距底部的距离设计为3.5cm、吸取中医“脾胃为后天之本”“任脉为十二经之海”、西医“腹部为人的第二心脏”的理念，这对消化道、妇科、内科病具有明显疗效，同时还能起到延年益寿的作用。
2、长方形或正方形的木制灸盒，用于体表、解剖、穴位及经络等的温灸。为考虑艾条与雷火药条能共用的功能可设计为长方形蠲痹灸具。如用于体表背部膀胱经、督脉等；多经同灸，可达温阳意气、疏经通络的作用，对风湿性疾病、脑血管疾病具有良好功效。
3.根据人体大小，高矮、胖瘦，可通过前后水平移动不锈钢条3，使艾条或雷火药条被固定在所需温灸的部位，调节方便。

1.蠲痹灸具，包括由木板制成的灸盒与灸盖，灸盒内的中下部设有网格精密的集灰网，灸盒壁的下部设有至少8个通风口，其特征在于：所述灸盒内设有位于集灰网上方的网兜以用于放置艾条，网兜的上方设有数根相互平行并可横向移动的不锈钢条，两根不锈钢条形成的灸槽可用于定位艾条，所述集灰网的网格比网兜的网格密集。
2.根据权利要求1所述蠲痹灸具，其特征在于：所述网兜是通过螺丝与灸盒的内壁四面镶嵌固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述蠲痹灸具，其特征在于：所述灸盒为长方形或正方形灸盒。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述蠲痹灸具，其特征在于：所述不锈钢条安装在支撑架上，支撑架与灸盒形成固定连接。
