本发明公开了一种新型电池盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒盖的前部设有锁扣,对应盒体的前端设有与锁扣匹配的锁环,所述盒盖与盒体之间的连接处设有两个铰链耳座,所述的盒盖中后部下端设有与铰链耳座配合的铰链芯轴,且铰链芯轴沿每一对铰链耳座的顶部相向契形斜面插入并穿入铰链耳座的耳座孔中,本发明的盒盖与盒体结合容易,牢固灵活,不会脱落,且实用寿命较长,适用于各行各业中电池的存放及安装,且本发明结构简单,制作方便,生产成本低,具有广泛的市场前景。

本发明涉及电池领域,特别涉及一种用于储存电池的新型电池盒。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,电池被广泛用于各行各业,因此,电池的存放也成为一重要的环节,现有的电池盒中,一般采用铰链的形式连接,其铰链芯轴与铰链耳座练成一体,位于盒体后面,铰链芯轴侧呈半开式固定在盒盖对应位置,该产品的特点是,盒盖易于安装到盒体上,同时,也存在易于脱落的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种易于安装,不容易脱落,实用寿命长的新型电池盒。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型电池盒,包括盒体和盒盖,所述盒盖的前部设有锁扣,对应盒体的前端设有与锁扣匹配的锁环,所述盒盖与盒体之间的连接处设有两个铰链耳座,所述的盒盖中后部下端设有与铰链耳座配合的铰链芯轴,且铰链芯轴沿每一对铰链耳座的项部相向契形斜面插入并穿入铰链耳座的耳座孔中。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述铰链芯轴穿入耳座孔中的部分,其径向截面呈椭圆水平状。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的盒盖与盒体结合容易,牢固灵活,不会脱落,且实用寿命较长,适用于各行各业中电池的存放及安装,且本发明结构简单,制作方便,生产成本低,具有广泛的市场前景。

图1出示了本发明一种新型电池盒的一种实施方式,包括盒体1和盒盖2,所述盒盖2的前部设有锁扣3,对应盒体1的前端设有与锁扣匹配的锁环4,所述盒盖2与盒体1之间的连接处设有两个铰链耳座5,所述的盒盖1中后部下端设有与铰链耳座5配合的铰链芯轴6,且铰链芯轴6沿每一对铰链耳座5的顶部相向契形斜面插入并穿入铰链耳座的耳座孔7中,所述铰链芯轴5穿入耳座孔7中的部分,其径向截面呈椭圆水平状,实现转动牢固,不会脱落,实用寿命长的目的。

1.一种新型电池盒,其特征在于:包括盒体(1)和盒盖(2),所述盒盖(2)的前部设有锁扣(3),对应盒体(1)的前端设有与锁扣匹配的锁环(4),所述盒盖(2)与盒体(1)之间的连接处设有两个铰链耳座(5),所述的盒盖(1)中后部下端设有与铰链耳座(5)配合的铰链芯轴(6),且铰链芯轴(6)沿每一对铰链耳座(5)的项部相向契形斜面插入并穿入铰链耳座的耳座孔(7)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电池盒,其特征在于:所述铰链芯轴(5)穿入耳座孔(7)中的部分,其径向截面呈椭圆水平状。
