本发明公开了一种电池片焊接摆放盒,包括围板、电池片护垫和斜坡,所述围板固定连接在斜坡的下端,围板与水平面垂直,所述斜坡上表面覆盖有电池片护垫,电池片叠放于电池片护垫上。本发明解决了现有技术存在的问题,与现有技术相比,本发明所述的电池片焊接摆放盒结构简单、操作方便、可控制性强的特点,减少了对人员手工操作的苛刻要求,起到了不可替代的作用,有效提供了工作效率,适合相关行业的广泛运用。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏组件技术领域,具体涉及一种在光伏组件生产中手动焊接时,电池片存放的焊接摆放盒。
背景技术
随着光伏行业技术的革新,产品的利润空间不断被压缩,组件生产商不得不减少生产过程中的损耗,极力控制生产成本。就组件生产焊接工序而言,大多数生产商主要依靠的是人工操作,这就对人员操作熟练程度有很高的要求,但即使员工熟练程度不断提高了,缺少相应的辅助工装还是会出现一定瓶颈,比如:速度提高了,但生产质量打折扣,或者物料有更多损耗等问题。
发明内容
发明的目的:为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种能有效改善电池片焊接过程中拿取电池片不方便的电池片焊接摆放盒,可减少人工疏忽造成的碎片率。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电池片焊接摆放盒,包括围板、电池片护垫和斜坡,所述围板固定连接在斜坡的下端,围板与水平面垂直,所述斜坡上表面覆盖有电池片护垫,电池片叠放于电池片护垫上。
作为优化,所述斜坡的斜角为20°-30°,斜坡的材质可为纸质、木质或金属类材质等,表面光滑无毛刺。
作为优化,所述围板内侧粘贴有泡沫垫,围板的材质可为纸质、木质或金属类材质等,围板固定于斜坡下端,能够有效顶住电池片一侧,泡沫垫贴于围板内侧,起到减震、防磕碰作用。
电池片护垫的材质可为塑料、木质或金属类材质等,表面光滑无毛刺,与斜坡之间能有效滑动,尺寸相应于各类电池片本身尺寸。
本发明主体结构是一斜坡,可以将一叠电池片以一定角度倾斜放置,从人体工程学方面分析,此举改善了拿取电池片的角度,提高了人员手工取片的舒适度,也避免了人为因素造成电池片折断;另外,电池片斜放能够将一叠电池片前后错置,更为方便地拿取单片电池片。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所述的电池片焊接摆放盒结构简单、操作方便、可控制性强的特点,减少了对人员手工操作的苛刻要求,起到了不可替代的作用,有效提供了工作效率,适合相关行业的广泛运用。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示的一种电池片焊接摆放盒,包括围板1、电池片护垫2和斜坡3,围板1固定连接在斜坡3的下端,围板1与水平面垂直,斜坡3上表面覆盖有电池片护垫2,电池片4叠放于电池片护垫2上,斜坡3的斜角为20°-30°,围板1内侧粘贴有泡沫垫。                
工作过程:将分选好的一叠电池片4(一个组件的用量)用电池片护垫2垫好,之后置于斜坡3之上,并推至底部与围板1内侧的泡沫垫贴紧,电池片4便倾斜错置。使用时,将摆放盒置于焊台右前方,右手顺势拿取电池片4置于焊台上焊接,电池片4取用焊接完毕后,取出电池片护垫2垫于下一叠电池片,并重复以上流程。

1.一种电池片焊接摆放盒,其特征在于:包括围板(1)、电池片护垫(2)和斜坡(3),所述围板(1)固定连接在斜坡(3)的下端,围板(1)与水平面垂直,所述斜坡(3)上表面覆盖有电池片护垫(2),电池片(4)叠放于电池片护垫(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电池片焊接摆放盒,其特征在于:所述斜坡(3)的斜角为20°-30°。
