本发明是一种加热炉的炉板连接件,加热炉由两个炉板拼接而成,在两个炉板之间设置有炉板连接件,炉板连接件由左侧板、中间板和右侧板焊接而成,中间板的长度为左侧板的二分之一,左侧板与右侧板长度相同,中间板与左侧板和右侧板形成一固定炉板的凹槽。本发明将加热炉的炉板插入到连接件中间的凹槽内固定,简单方便,密封效果好,节约能源,炉板插入后与中间板接触,避免加热炉的炉板变形。本发明结构简单,密封好,节约能源且能保证炉板不变形。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种连接件,尤其是一种加热炉的炉板的连接件。
背景技术
     目前加热炉的炉板之间一般通过耐高温材料的螺钉连接,但是连接效果差,容易产生缝隙,浪费了原料,还增加了加热的时间,使得需加热的元件的质量得不到保证。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种密封效果好且简单方便的加热炉的炉板连接件。
    为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
    本发明是一种加热炉的炉板连接件,加热炉由两个炉板拼接而成,在两个炉板之间设置有炉板连接件。
本发明的进一步改进在于:炉板连接件由左侧板、中间板和右侧板焊接而成。
    本发明的进一步改进在于:中间板的长度为左侧板的二分之一,左侧板与右侧板长度相同,中间板与左侧板和右侧板形成一固定所述炉板的凹槽。
    本发明的有益效果是:本发明将加热炉的炉板插入到连接件中间的凹槽内固定,简单方便,密封效果好,节约能源,炉板插入后与中间板接触,避免加热炉的炉板变形。

如图1所示,本发明是一种加热炉的炉板连接件,所述加热炉由两个炉板1拼接而成,在所述两个炉板1之间设置有炉板连接件,所述炉板连接件由左侧板3、中间板4和右侧板5焊接而成,所述中间板4的长度为所述左侧板3的二分之一,所述左侧板3与所述右侧板5长度相同,所述中间板4与所述左侧板3和所述右侧板5形成一固定所述炉板的凹槽6,将两个炉板1插入到所述凹槽6内进行密封固定,使得炉板与所述凹槽6之间形成迷宫式密封效果,密封效果好,节约能源,本发明将加热炉的炉板插入到连接件中间的凹槽内固定,简单方便,密封效果好,节约能源,炉板插入后与中间板接触,避免加热炉的炉板变形。
    本发明结构简单,密封好,节约能源且能保证炉板不变形。

1.一种加热炉的炉板连接件,所述加热炉由两个炉板(1)拼接而成,其特征在于:在两个所述炉板(1)之间设置有炉板连接件,所述炉板连接件由左侧板(3)、中间板(4)和右侧板(5)焊接而成,所述中间板(4)的长度为所述左侧板(3)的二分之一,所述左侧板(3)与所述右侧板(5)长度相同,所述中间板(4)与所述左侧板(3)和所述右侧板(5)形成一固定炉板(1)的凹槽(6),将两个所述炉板(1)插入到所述凹槽(6)内进行密封固定,使得两个所述炉板(1)与所述凹槽(6)之间形成迷宫式密封,两个所述炉板(1)插入后与所述中间板(4)接触,避免加热炉的炉板变形。
