本发明公开了一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,包括如下重量百分比的配料:聚丙烯1100N40~60%,聚丙烯K792610~15%,聚丙烯K800310~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量,所述聚丙烯1100N,聚丙烯K7926,聚丙烯K8003,树脂,色粉混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟。上述母粒混合后进入挤出机挤出。本发明具有良好的机械性能和耐热性能,不仅可广泛用于建材、家具、汽车、电器、电子电气等行业,且可制备各种型材、管材、薄膜、片材、板材以及注塑部件等。加之其制备方法简单,可缩短成型加工时间,降低能耗和生产成本,具有较强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒生产配方,具体涉及一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方。
背景技术
聚丙烯母粒应用于建材、家具、汽车、电器、电子电气等行业,但现有技术中的聚丙烯母粒普遍存在机械性能、耐热性能不足的问题,后期需要反复加工,从而降低了工作效率。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对不足,提出一种具有良好的机械性能和耐热性能的填充型聚丙烯母粒配方。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,包括如下重量百分比的配料:聚丙烯1100N 40~60%,聚丙烯K7926 10~15%,聚丙烯K8003 10~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量。
作为优化,所述聚丙烯1100N 40~60%,聚丙烯K7926 10~15%,聚丙烯K8003 10~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟。
作为优化,所述母粒经挤出机挤出,所述挤出机温度设定为:1段185~195℃,2段190~200℃,3段195~205℃,4段200~210℃,5段200~210℃,6段195~205℃,7段195~205℃,8段195~205℃,9段195~205℃,机头200~210℃。
作为优化,所述挤出机的滤网为100目,分两层。
作为优化,所述挤出机的熔体温度小于250℃。
作为优化,所述母粒的拉伸强度大于26.5Mpa,断裂伸长率大于40%,简支梁缺口大于7KJ/m2,悬臂梁缺口大于5KJ/m2,熔融指数大于13.5g/10min
    有益效果:本发明具有良好的机械性能和耐热性能,不仅可广泛用于建材、家具、汽车、电器、电子电气等行业,且可制备各种型材、管材、薄膜、片材、板材以及注塑部件等。加之其制备方法简单,可缩短成型加工时间,降低能耗和生产成本,具有较强的实用性。

实施例1
一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,包括如下重量百分比的配料:聚丙烯1100N 40~60%,聚丙烯K7926 10~15%,聚丙烯K8003 10~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量,其中将聚丙烯1100N 40~60%,聚丙烯K7926 10~15%,聚丙烯K8003 10~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟,混合后经挤出机挤出,所述挤出机温度设定为:1段185~195℃,2段190~200℃,3段195~205℃,4段200~210℃,5段200~210℃,6段195~205℃,7段195~205℃,8段195~205℃,9段195~205℃,机头200~210℃。挤出机的滤网为100目,分两层,挤出机的熔体温度小于250℃。
本发明的聚丙烯母粒的拉伸强度大于26.5Mpa,断裂伸长率大于40%,简支梁缺口大于7KJ/m2,悬臂梁缺口大于5KJ/m2,熔融指数大于13.5g/10min,且颜色均匀一致,无异样粒子。

1.一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的配料:聚丙烯1100N 40~60%,聚丙烯K7926 10~15%,聚丙烯K8003 10~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%,聚丙烯小样适量,助剂适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯1100N 40~60%,聚丙烯K7926 10~15%,聚丙烯K8003 10~15%,树脂2~6%,色粉0.3~0.8%混合1分钟后再与所述聚丙烯小样和助剂混合3分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述母粒经挤出机挤出,所述挤出机温度设定为:1段185~195℃,2段190~200℃,3段195~205℃,4段200~210℃,5段200~210℃,6段195~205℃,7段195~205℃,8段195~205℃,9段195~205℃,机头200~210℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述挤出机的滤网为100目,分两层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种填充型聚丙烯母粒配方,其特征在于:所述挤出机的熔体温度小于250℃。
