Abstract
The invention discloses an umbrella cloth roller-cutting die comprising a cutting die base, a cutter roller, an anvil roller, and a transmission mechanism. The cutter roller and the anvil roller are disposed on the cutting die base. The cutter roller comprises a mandrel, a roller body and a cutter; the cutter is arranged on the surface of the roller body; a cutting edge of the cutter and the surface of the anvil roller achieve roller cutting; the shape of the cutter unfolded matches with that of a piece of umbrella cloth to be processed; the roller body is provided with a plurality of blow holes communicated with an external gas source. Features in continuous automatic line production can be achieved by the application of the roller-cutting forming technology, and the umbrella cloth roller-cutting die is developed. When passing between the cutter roller and the anvil roller rotating relative to each other, raw material is processed by the cutter on the outer periphery of the cutter roller into the piece of umbrella cloth. The problems of cross layout and more compact layout which cannot be solved by the use of punching are solved, automatic line production is achieved while continuous cutting is performed, materials can be greatly saved, and labor is saved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of umbrella cloth processing, in particular to an umbrella cloth roller cutting forming die and an umbrella cloth die cutting machine.
Background
At present, the manufacturing process of the umbrella cloth piece mainly comprises three types: manual cutting, die blanking and laser cutting. The manual cutting efficiency is low, the similarity is poor, the manual cutting is gradually eliminated, and the manual cutting can be used only in small-scale production or new product development. Compared with manual cutting, the efficiency of the punching die blanking process is greatly improved, but the punching die blanking process is a discontinuous production process, the production efficiency is not very high, the utilization rate of raw materials is low, and most domestic small and medium umbrella processing enterprises adopt the processing process. The production efficiency of processing the umbrella cloth piece by the laser cutting process is higher than that of punching and cutting by a punching die, but the equipment price is high, and only a few large umbrella processing enterprises in China currently adopt the technology.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides an umbrella cloth roller cutting forming die and an umbrella cloth die cutting machine which are high in production speed, high in production efficiency and high in material utilization rate and can realize flow line production.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an umbrella cloth roller cutting forming die comprises a knife die frame, a knife roller and an anvil roller which are arranged on the knife die frame, and a transmission mechanism for driving the knife roller to rotate;
the cutter roll and the anvil roll are arranged side by side, the cutter roll is a driving roll, and the anvil roll is a driven roll;
the cutter roller comprises a mandrel, a roller body and a cutter, wherein the cutter is arranged on the surface of the roller body, a cutter cutting edge and an anvil roller surface form a roller cutter, the unfolding shape of the cutter is matched with the shape of an umbrella cloth sheet to be processed, a plurality of air blowing holes are formed in the roller body, and the air blowing holes are communicated with an external air source.
In order to make the blowing pressure of the blowing holes more uniform and powerful, the invention further optimizes the blowing holes, the blowing holes consist of large air holes penetrating through two end surfaces of the roller body and small air holes, one end of each air hole penetrates through the excircle of the roller body, the other end of each air hole is communicated with the large air holes penetrating through the two end surfaces of the roller body, and the large air holes are communicated with an external air source. When passing through the middle of the cutter roller and the anvil roller, the umbrella cloth is cut into the required umbrella cloth pieces and the corner waste materials by the cutter with the same shape as the umbrella cloth pieces required to be processed, and the umbrella cloth pieces are quickly separated from the cutter roller by the air blown out from the air blowing holes in the cutter roller and are conveyed to the subsequent processes by the conveying belt for processing.
In order to effectively protect the cutter, two ends of the roller body are further provided with protection rings, and the thickness of each protection ring is smaller than the radial height of the cutter.

The air blowing hole is composed of an atmospheric hole penetrating through two end faces of the roller body and a small air hole, one end of the atmospheric hole penetrates through the excircle of the roller body, the other end of the atmospheric hole penetrates through the two end faces of the roller body, and the small air hole is communicated with the atmospheric hole, and the atmospheric hole is communicated with an external air source.
And the two ends of the roller body are further provided with protective rings, and the thickness of each protective ring is smaller than the radial height of the cutter.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the roller cutting forming die for the umbrella cloth pieces is developed by utilizing the characteristic that the roller cutting forming technology can realize continuous uninterrupted and production line automatic production. The umbrella cloth sheet is processed by the blade on the excircle of the cutter roller when the raw material passes through the middle of the cutter roller and the anvil roller which rotate mutually. The special structure of the umbrella cloth piece roller cutting forming die can solve the difficult problems of cross typesetting and tighter typesetting which cannot be solved by punching, and the invention can save a large amount of materials and liberate labor force while carrying out continuous and uninterrupted cutting and realizing the automatic production of a production line, and has epoch significance in the years of the shortage of labor force and the highest requirement for high efficiency at present.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, as shown in the figure, the umbrella cloth roll cutting forming mold of the present invention comprises a knife mold frame 1, a cutter roll 2 and an anvil roll 3 disposed on the knife mold frame 1, and a transmission mechanism 4 for driving the cutter roll 2 to rotate; the cutter roller 2 and the anvil roller 3 are arranged side by side, the cutter roller 2 is a driving roller, and the anvil roller 3 is a driven roller; the cutter roller 2 comprises a mandrel 21, a roller body 22 and a cutter 23, the cutter 23 is arranged on the surface of the roller body 22, a cutter cutting edge and the surface of the anvil roller 3 form a roller cutter, the unfolding shape of the cutter 23 is matched with the shape of an umbrella cloth sheet to be processed, a plurality of air blowing holes 24 are formed in the roller body 22, and the air blowing holes 24 are communicated with an external air source. The umbrella cloth roller cutting forming die is arranged on a rack of the umbrella cloth die cutting machine, thus the umbrella cloth die cutting machine is the umbrella cloth die cutting machine. The working mechanism of the umbrella cloth piece roller cutting forming die is as follows: the cutter 23 on the cutter roller 2 is always in contact with the outer circle surface of the anvil roller 3 in the rotating process, the umbrella cloth is cut into required umbrella cloth pieces and corner waste materials by the cutter 23 which is unfolded on the cutter roller 2 and has the same shape as the umbrella cloth pieces required to be processed when passing through the middle of the cutter roller 2 and the anvil roller 3, and the umbrella cloth pieces are quickly separated from the cutter roller 2 by air blown out from the air blowing holes 24 on the cutter roller 2 and are conveyed to the subsequent processes for processing by the conveying belt. The cutter roller 2 is usually used as a driving roller and driven to rotate by an external power source, the anvil roller 3 is usually used as a driven roller, the synchronous rotation is driven by the friction force between the cutter roller 2 and the anvil roller 3 or the auxiliary transmission mechanism 4, and the synchronous rotation of the cutter roller 2 and the anvil roller 3 is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the umbrella cloth piece roller cutting forming die. The anvil roll 3 may also be driven independently by an external power source and may rotate in synchronism with the cutter roll 2. In order to reduce the usage amount of die steel, reduce the manufacturing cost and solve the problems of long length, large deformation and the like of the umbrella cloth piece roller cutting forming die, the cutter roller 2 and the anvil roller 3 are designed into a split structure. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, in order to make the blowing pressure of the blowing holes 24 more uniform and powerful, the present invention further optimizes that the blowing holes 24 are composed of an atmospheric hole 241 penetrating through two end surfaces of the roller body 22 and a small air hole 242 having one end penetrating through the outer circle of the roller body 22 and the other end communicating with the atmospheric hole 241 penetrating through two end surfaces of the roller body 22, and the atmospheric hole 241 is communicated with an external air source. When the umbrella cloth passes through the middle of the cutter roller 2 and the anvil roller 3, the umbrella cloth is cut into required umbrella cloth pieces and leftover bits and pieces by the cutter 23 which is unfolded on the cutter roller 2 and has the same shape as the umbrella cloth pieces to be processed, and the umbrella cloth pieces are quickly separated from the cutter roller 2 by air blown out of the air blowing holes 24 on the cutter roller 2 and are conveyed to the subsequent processes for processing by the conveyer belt.
In this embodiment, in order to effectively protect the cutting blade 23, the two ends of the roller body are further provided with protection rings 25, and the thickness of the protection rings 25 is smaller than the radial height of the cutting blade 23.

The umbrella fabric roll cutting mold of claim 1, wherein the air blowing holes are composed of large air holes penetrating through both end surfaces of the roll body and small air holes having one end penetrating through the outer circumference of the roll body and the other end communicating with the large air holes penetrating through both end surfaces of the roll body, the large air holes communicating with an external air source.
3. The umbrella cloth roll cutting forming die of claim 1, wherein the roll body is further provided with a protection ring at both ends thereof, and the thickness of the protection ring is smaller than the radial height of the cutting blade.

The umbrella cloth die-cutting machine is characterized by comprising a rack and an umbrella cloth roller cutting forming die fixed on the rack, wherein the umbrella cloth roller cutting forming die comprises a knife die frame, a knife roller and an anvil roller which are arranged on the knife die frame, and a transmission mechanism for driving the knife roller to rotate;
the cutter roll and the anvil roll are arranged side by side, the cutter roll is a driving roll, and the anvil roll is a driven roll;
the cutter roller comprises a mandrel, a roller body and a cutter, wherein the cutter is arranged on the surface of the roller body, a cutter cutting edge and an anvil roller surface form a roller cutter, the unfolding shape of the cutter is matched with the shape of an umbrella cloth sheet to be processed, a plurality of air blowing holes are formed in the roller body, and the air blowing holes are communicated with an external air source.
