Abstract

本发明提供一种植绒强化粘合装置包括构成上下极板的金属网框和金属平板托架,所述金属网框和金属平板托架分别接入一静电发生器的正负极,所述金属网框的上方设置有喷出绒毛的料斗,所述金属平板托架的上表面平行通过基布,所述基布的移动方向上顺序设置有胶粘剂挤出装置和带喷口的胶粘剂雾化装置,本发明所述的胶粘剂雾化装置使所述基布上形成雾化胶粘剂,当绒毛的根部接触并与所述雾化胶粘剂结合后,绒毛降落至基布的胶粘剂层上,由于绒毛根部沾染雾化胶粘剂,因此绒毛与胶粘剂层结合更容易且结合更牢固。

一种植绒强化粘合装置
所属技术领域
本发明涉及植绒设备领域,特别地,是一种强化静电植绒粘合性能的装置。
背景技术
静电植绒是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性,其一般的结构为:上极板是一块板型金属网框,下极板是一块金属平板托架,上面铺有网印有胶粘剂的待植绒基布,上、下两块极板分别用导线连接在高压静电发生器上的正、负输出端。料斗中的绒毛,由于供毛轴的旋转,落到金属网负极上。当绒毛与负极接触时,由于电极的电导率比绒毛高,会在纤维中产生导电电流,绒毛会产生负静电荷,使绒毛在电场中具有很大的伸直度和飞翔性,以较高的速度垂直下落到网印有胶粘剂图案的基布上,形成精美的绒面。
基布上的胶粘剂在植绒时平行的通过下坠的绒毛下方,由于绒毛和胶粘剂的成分不同因此,绒毛下落后进入胶粘剂必须克服来自胶粘剂的张力,绒毛克服此种张力的力来自自身的重量以及收到的静电力,而绒毛的重量和收到的静电力较弱,因此,绒毛与胶粘剂的结合效果较差。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种植绒强化粘合装置,该植绒强化粘合装置能够强化绒毛与基布上胶粘剂的结合强度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该植绒强化粘合装置包括构成上下极板的金属网框和金属平板托架,所述金属网框和金属平板托架分别接入一静电发生器的正负极,所述金属网框的上方设置有喷出绒毛的料斗,所述金属平板托架的上表面平行通过基布,所述基布的移动方向上顺序设置有胶粘剂挤出装置和带喷口的胶粘剂雾化装置。
作为优选,所述胶粘剂挤出装置的喷口的角度与水平线的夹角大于45度。
作为优选,所述胶粘剂雾化装置的喷口与胶粘剂挤出装置喷出的胶粘剂层的垂直距离小于绒毛平均高度的四分之一。
作为优选,所述胶粘剂雾化装置的喷口内设置有金属网,所述金属网连接所述静电发生器的负极。
本发明的优点在于:
所述胶粘剂雾化装置使所述基布上形成雾化胶粘剂,当绒毛的根部接触并与所述雾化胶粘剂结合后,绒毛降落至基布的胶粘剂层上,由于绒毛根部沾染雾化胶粘剂,因此绒毛与胶粘剂层结合更容易且结合更牢固。

在本实施例中,参阅图1,该植绒强化粘合装置包括构成上下极板的金属网框510和金属平板托架520,所述金属网框510和金属平板托架520分别接入一静电发生器的正负极,所述金属网框510的上方设置有喷出绒毛的料斗400,所述金属平板托架520的上表面平行通过基布100,所述基布100的移动方向上顺序设置有胶粘剂挤出装置200和带喷口的胶粘剂雾化装置300。
所述胶粘剂挤出装置200由一般的挤出料斗和刮刀构成,胶粘剂挤出后由刮刀刮平在基布100上形成胶粘剂层110。
上述植绒强化粘合装置,所述胶粘剂挤出装置300的喷口的轴线与水平线的夹角大于45度,使所述喷口喷出的雾化胶粘剂120降低与基布100上胶粘剂层110的结合率,使更多的雾化胶粘剂120与绒毛结合。
上述植绒强化粘合装置,所述胶粘剂雾化装置300的喷口与胶粘剂挤出装置200喷出的胶粘剂层110的垂直距离小于绒毛平均高度的四分之一,防止雾化胶粘剂120沾染整个绒毛。
上述植绒强化粘合装置,所述胶粘剂雾化装置300的喷口内设置有金属网,所述金属网连接所述静电发生器的负极,使雾化胶粘剂120带负电后降低重力的吸引抵消重力或者减缓下降的过程,使绒毛的根部与雾化胶粘剂120充分结合。
上述植绒强化粘合装置的工作方式:
所述绒毛在自身重力和静电力的配合下垂直下降至所述基布100,所述胶粘剂雾化装置300使所述基布100上形成雾化胶粘剂120,当绒毛的根部接触并与所述雾化胶粘剂120结合后,绒毛降落至基布100的胶粘剂层110上,由于绒毛根部沾染雾化胶粘剂,因此绒毛与胶粘剂层110结合更容易且结合更牢固。

所述金属网框(510)和金属平板托架(520)分别接入一静电发生器的正负极,所述金属网框(510)的上方设置有喷出绒毛的料斗(400),所述金属平板托架(520)的上表面平行通过基布(100),所述基布(100)的移动方向上顺序设置有胶粘剂挤出装置(200)和带喷口的胶粘剂雾化装置(300);
所述胶粘剂挤出装置 ( 200 )的喷口的轴线与水平线的夹角大于45度;
所述胶粘剂雾化装置(300)的喷口与胶粘剂挤出装置(200)喷出的胶粘剂层(110)的垂直距离小于绒毛平均高度的四分之一。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植绒强化粘合装置,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂雾化装置(300)的喷口内设置有金属网,所述金属网连接所述静电发生器的负极。
