本发明涉及一种创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单。本创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单包括抗菌层和防水层和药物接触层,其中所述抗菌层设置至少一种无机抗菌材料,所述防水层设置在所述垫单的下表面,所述药物接触层设置在所述垫单的上表面,无机抗菌材料具有极为突出的抗病抑菌的效果,其成本低廉、选择面广、抗菌效果好,将其以涂覆、嵌入或其他方式制备到材料层表面或内部或一体合成,使铺垫本垫单具有抗菌抑菌的效果。本发明具有极为突出的抗病抑菌的效果,为患者的恢复过程提供安全、无菌的体表接触环境,选择杀菌抑菌能力突出的无机抗菌物作为抗菌材料,使得产品的抗菌效果极为强大,适用各种原因造成的创伤需长期卧床者使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单。
背景技术
在医疗领域,现有针对需要长期处于卧床状态创伤病患,深度创伤住院患者、术中及术后恢复期患者及大小便失禁患者等,病房使用的床上护理垫单的材质,基本都是一些简单的无纺布、PE膜,或者直接使用卫生纸铺垫,这些材料结构简单、功能单一,不仅不具备抗菌和抑菌的效果,无法为患者的恢复过程提供安全、无菌的体表接触环境,而且容易滋生细菌、产生异味,另外这些材料对卧床病患体表产生的汗渍和污物吸收速度慢、吸量少、易反渗,给护理人员的护理工作带来了诸多麻烦,同时也增加了病患所承受的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单。
为解决上述技术问题,本创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单包括抗菌层和防水层和药物接触层,其中所述抗菌层设置至少一种无机抗菌材料,所述防水层设置在所述垫单的下表面,所述药物接触层设置在所述垫单的上表面。无机抗菌材料杀菌抑菌抗菌效果凸出,将其以涂覆、嵌入、一体合成或其他方式制备到材料层,使铺垫本垫单具有极强的抗菌抑菌的效果,隔离病患体表与床单,为患者的恢复过程提供安全、无菌的体表接触环境,同时防止滋生细菌、消除异味,垫单最下层的防水底层,由防水材料制成,有效避免了反渗床体、床垫及床单的水气或潮气反渗,皮肤接触层直接与病患肌肤接触,采用透气材料,保持了本垫单接触面的清洁和舒适。
作为优化,所述药物接触层包括至少一层纤维布或无纺布或者高分子膜,其上下表面散布麝香、木鳖子、甲珠按一定比例混合的细粉药物混合物。
作为优化,所述细粉药物混合物各组分的比例范围为,按重量份比例计,麝香15~20份、木鳖子10~15份、甲珠3~5份。
作为优化,所述细粉药物混合物各组分的比例为,按重量份比例计,麝香20份、木鳖子10份、甲珠5份。

麝香:味辛,性温;归心、脾经;开窍醒神,活血通经,消肿止痛。
木鳖子:味苦、微甘,性温;散结消肿,攻毒疗疮。
甲珠:味咸,性凉;归肝、胃经;消肿溃痈,搜风活络。
作为优化,所述无机抗菌材料为银离子、纳米银、铜、银、镍、碳等中的两种或者两种以上的混合物。抗菌谱广,抗菌效果稳定。
作为优化,所述抗菌层还布设有炭;所述抗菌层的上部或内部或下部还布设有纸、绒毛浆、吸水树脂或其组合;所述抗菌层还布设有远红外芯片、负离子芯片、磁芯片或其组合。
作为优化,所述抗菌层包括至少一层纤维布或者无纺布或者高分子材料膜,所述防水层为一层无纺布或者高分子材料膜或二者复合物。
本发明一种创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉、安全可靠,具有极为突出的抗病抑菌的效果,为患者的恢复过程提供安全、无菌的体表接触环境,选择杀菌抑菌能力突出的无机抗菌物作为抗菌材料,使得产品的抗菌效果极为强大,另外本垫单还可防止滋生细菌和消除异味,同时具备超强吸附能力,适用各种原因造成的创伤需长期卧床者使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单,其特征是:所述药物接触层(4)包括至少一层纤维布或无纺布或者高分子膜,其上下表面散布麝香、木鳖子、甲珠按一定比例混合的细粉药物混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的创伤用无机抗菌药物垫单,其特征是:所述细粉药物混合物各组分的比例范围为,按重量份比例计,麝香15~20份、木鳖子10~15份、甲珠3~5份。
