本发明提供一种防褥疮医疗护垫，它包括外罩（1），其特征在于：在外罩（1）内由下向上依次设有延流层（2）、吸水层（3）、第一垫层（4）、第二垫层（5）以及第三垫层（6）。本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、透气舒适，长时间的保持干爽、亲肤抑菌等优点。

一种防褥疮医疗护垫
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种床垫，具体地说就是一种防褥疮医疗护垫。
背景技术：
褥疮，即压力性溃疡、压疮， 是由于患者局部组织长期受压，影响血液循环，导致局部皮肤和皮下组织发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良而致组织溃烂坏死，皮肤压疮在康复治疗、护理中是一个普通性的问题。临床表现为受压局部的红斑，麻木，疼痛，破溃,坏死，溃疡。部分因局部感染出现全身症状，甚至败血症，对需要长时间卧床的病人或者潮湿、高热、肥胖者等均容易长褥疮，普通床垫很难防止这些人群生出褥疮， 需要经过人工非常细心的护理才能避免长褥疮， 例如，经常性的人工翻身、按摩、热敷、擦拭等，非常麻烦，费力、费神，对这些人群也带来很多不便的地方。
虽然现有技术中也出现了一些防褥疮的护垫，但多数采用气垫结构，这种气垫虽然能降低患者局部组织长期受压，影响血液循环的问题，但存着透气性差、透水性差、容易滋生细菌等问题。
发明内容：
本发明就是为了克服现有技术上的不足，提供一种防褥疮医疗护垫。
本申请提供一下技术方案：
一种防褥疮医疗护垫，它包括外罩，其特征在于：在外罩内由下向上依次设有延流层、吸水层、第一垫层、第二垫层以及第三垫层。
在上述技术方案的基础上，还可以有以下进一步的技术方案：
在第二垫层上设有与患者臀部对应配合的第一凹陷，第三垫层上设有与患者臀部对应配合的第二凹陷。
所述的延流层为膜状结构，在薄膜上均布有透气孔，所述的透气孔只能通过气体而不能通过液体。
所述的吸水层包括无纺布制成的吸水套，吸水套在内填充有高吸水树脂。
所述第一垫层为有一定厚度的无菌无纺布层垫。
所述的第二垫层包括由于聚乳酸纤维编成第二垫层套，在第二垫层套填充有聚乳酸短纤维的填充物。
所述的第三垫层是由聚乳酸编成的医用无纺布。
发明优点：
由于本发明采用了聚乳酸材料，此有机材料源自于动植物种子（国内基本从玉米中提取），其具有天然亲肤不亲水、天然抑菌等特性。
本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、透气舒适，长时间的保持干爽、亲肤抑菌等优点，能有效的降低褥疮产生的几率。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，一种防褥疮医疗护垫，它包括无纺布制成的外罩1，在外罩1的空腔内由下向上依次分布有延流层2、吸水层3、第一垫层4、第二垫层5以及第三垫层6。
所述的延流层2为塑料薄膜状的膜状结构，在薄膜上均布有直径较小的透气孔，所述的透气孔由于直径较小，因此只能通过气体而不通过液体。
在延流层2上设有吸水层3，所述的吸水层3包括由于无纺布制成的吸水套3a，吸水套3a的内部空腔内填充有高吸水树脂3b。通过高吸水树脂能有效的吸收进入吸水层3的液体。
在吸水层3上第一垫层4，所述的第一垫层4是由一定厚度的无菌无纺布制成的厚垫状的层垫结构。
第一垫层4上设有第二垫层5，所述的第二垫层5包括由于聚乳酸纤维编成第二垫层套5b，在第二垫层套5b上表面上设有与患者臀部对应配合的第一凹陷5a。
在第二垫层套5b的空腔内设有一组竖直分布的隔断5d，通过隔断5d将第二垫层套5b的空腔内空间分割成若干相互不连通的区域。所述隔断5d在第二垫层套5b的空腔内的中间部，即第一凹陷5a下方分较为密集，且向左右两侧逐渐稀疏。因此由隔断5d分割出的区域容积也从中间向左右两侧逐渐变大。
在第二垫层套5b的空腔内填充有聚乳酸短纤维的填充物5c。由于隔断5d的存在使得每个被隔断5d分割出的区域内的聚乳酸短纤维的填充物5c都不会因为使用者体重的挤压而向第二垫层套5b空腔内的两侧移动。
在第二垫层5上设有第三垫层6，所述的第三垫层6是由聚乳酸纤维编成的一定厚度的医用无纺布制成的厚垫状的层垫结构。在第三垫层6上设有与第一凹陷5a对应分布的第二凹陷6a。
在所述的外罩1上还设有一组依次穿透有延流层2、吸水层3、第一垫层4、第二垫层5以及第三垫层6的固定线7。通过这些固定线7可以将延流层2、吸水层3、第一垫层4、第二垫层5以及第三垫层6固定在外罩1内，避免由于患者挤压、翻身、造成的外罩1内的各部分发生位移。

1.一种防褥疮医疗护垫，它包括外罩（1），其特征在于：在外罩（1）内由下向上依次设有延流层（2）、吸水层（3）、第一垫层（4）、第二垫层（5）以及第三垫层（6）。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种防褥疮医疗护垫，其特征在于：在第二垫层（5）上设有与患者臀部对应配合的第一凹陷（5a）, 第三垫层（6）上设有与患者臀部对应配合的第二凹陷（6a）。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种防褥疮医疗护垫，其特征在于：所述的延流层（2）为膜状结构，在薄膜上均布有透气孔。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种防褥疮医疗护垫，其特征在于：所述的吸水层（3）包括无纺布制成的吸水套（3a），吸水套（3a）在内填充有高分子材料制成的高吸水树脂。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种防褥疮医疗护垫，其特征在于：所述第一垫层（4）为有一定厚度的无菌无纺布层垫。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种防褥疮医疗护垫，其特征在于：所述的第二垫层（5）包括由于聚乳酸纤维编成第二垫层套（5b），在第二垫层套（5a）填充有聚乳酸短纤维的填充物（5c）。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的一种防褥疮医疗护垫，其特征在于：所述的第三垫层（6）是由聚乳酸编成的医用无纺布。
