本发明是航天功率总线,其特征是包括铝合金导体、航天专用胶、聚酰亚胺胶带,其中铝合金导体分内导体1、外导体2,内导体1与外导体2间是胶体3,内导体1的表面粘贴的是A聚酰亚胺胶带4,外导体2的表面粘贴的是B聚酰亚胺胶带5。优点:增加了产品在特殊环境下相关性能:①真空释气小;②大电流;③耐辐照;④U型结构;⑤重量轻;满足航天真空环境下高低温循环等特殊使用环境要求,经过实物样品试验验证了设计的合理性和可靠性。产品能够适用航天真空、空间狭小等特殊环境,具有优异的机械性能和电性能。适用航天真空条件下高低温循环、传输大电流、耐热真空释气、耐辐照、耐原子氧等特殊环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种航天功率总线,能够适应航天真空、高低温循环、空间狭小特殊环境,具有优异的机械性能和电性能,在-50~+200℃范围内长期使用。
背景技术
现有产品,无法适应在特殊环境下使用,因为它真空释气大;小电流;不耐辐照;重量重。
发明内容
本发明提出的是一种航天功率总线用其生产制造方法,其目的旨在克服现有产品无法适应在特殊环境下使用的缺陷,可满足用户多种使用环境的特殊要求,在特殊环境下安全、可靠使用。
本发明的技术解决方案:航天功率总线,其结构包括铝合金导体、航天专用胶、聚酰亚胺胶带,其中铝合金导体分内导体、外导体,内导体与外导体间是胶体,内导体的表面粘贴的是A聚酰亚胺胶带,外导体的表面粘贴的是B聚酰亚胺胶带;
其生产制造方法包括如下工艺步骤,
1)采用车床加工铝合金导体;该导体分内、外导体;
2)用电镀方式对铝合金导体镀镍和镀金,外型呈U型结构;
3)采用聚四氟乙烯材料加工成U型支架,放入外导体内;
4)将胶注入内、外导体间的缝隙,所述的胶是采用航天专用低粘度通用环氧密封胶,按环氧密封胶:催化剂=100:8.5调配;
5)采用抽真空设备抽掉胶中的气体;
6)采用聚四氟乙烯垫片在内、外导体间支撑;
7)在内、外导体的表面上分别粘贴聚酰亚胺胶带。。
本发明的优点:以GJB773A-2000和客户提供的相关资料为参照依据,并增加了产品在特殊环境下相关性能:①真空释气小;②大电流;③耐辐照;④U型结构;⑤重量轻;充分考虑了航天真空环境下高低温循环等特殊要求,满足其使用环境要求,经过实物样品试验验证了设计的合理性和可靠性。能够适用航天真空、空间狭小等特殊环境下安全、可靠使用。具有优异的机械性能和电性能。具体性能表现为
(1)真空释气小:采用进口航天专用胶,稳定性好,(TML≤0.38%,CVCN≤0.00%);
(2)大电流:采用高强度铝合金,在温升40℃情况下传输200A;
(3)耐辐照:采用进口聚酰亚胺胶带,耐辐照效果高;
(4)U型结构:该结构稳定性高、装配性高、体积小、散热效果优良;
(5)重量轻:长度800mm,重量仅600g,完全满足用户。

具体实施方式
对照附图1,航天功率总线,其结构包括铝合金导体、航天专用胶、聚酰亚胺胶带,其中铝合金导体分内导体1、外导体4,内导体1与外导体4间是胶体3,内导体1的表面粘贴的是A聚酰亚胺胶带2,外导体4的表面粘贴的是B聚酰亚胺胶带5。
对照附图2,航天功率总线的生产制造方法,包括如下工艺步骤,
1)采用车床加工铝合金导体;该导体分内、外导体;
2)用电镀方式对铝合金导体镀镍和镀金,外型呈U型结构;
3)采用聚四氟乙烯材料加工成U型支架,放入外导体内;
4)将胶注入内、外导体间的缝隙,所述的胶是采用航天专用低粘度通用环氧密封胶,按环氧密封胶:催化剂(型号11)=100:8.5调配;
5)采用抽真空设备抽掉胶中的气体,经100度/1.5小时加热固化
6)采用聚四氟乙烯垫片在内、外导体间支撑;
7)在内、外导体的表面上分别粘贴聚酰亚胺胶带。

1.航天功率总线,其特征是包括铝合金导体、航天专用胶、聚酰亚胺胶带,其中铝合金导体分内导体、外导体,内导体与外导体间是胶体,内导体的表面粘贴的是A聚酰亚胺胶带,外导体的表面粘贴的是B聚酰亚胺胶带;
其生产制造方法包括如下工艺步骤,
1)采用车床加工铝合金导体;该导体分内、外导体;
2)用电镀方式对铝合金导体镀镍和镀金,外型呈U型结构;
3)采用聚四氟乙烯材料加工成U型支架,放入外导体内;
4)将胶注入内、外导体间的缝隙,所述的胶是采用航天专用低粘度通用环氧密封胶,按环氧密封胶:催化剂=100:8.5调配;
5)采用抽真空设备抽掉胶中的气体;
6)采用聚四氟乙烯垫片在内、外导体间支撑;
7)在内、外导体的表面上分别粘贴聚酰亚胺胶带。
