一种轨道式全方位旋转式搅拌浇注一体机，包括四个行走路轮的底盘，在搅拌缸底部设旋转齿环，齿环与电机齿轮相咬合；在搅拌缸中心设搅拌轴与主动力电机相连；在搅拌缸上部设配料器与配料电机皮带相连；在四轮行走底盘上设电机与主轴链轮链条相连；在搅拌缸一侧设布料管与搅拌缸相通相连。该机于搅拌浇注为一体，可顺轨道前后移动又可以全方位旋转，可有效利用场地空间，节省人力提高生产效率，使用方便灵活，特别适合砌块生产企业选用。

本发明涉及建材生产领域，具体说是一种轨道式全方位旋转搅拌浇注一体机。
背景技术
目前，国内建筑材料生产行业内，生产加砌块所使用的搅拌机基本上是固定式的，在搅拌浇注过程中还需要其他机械进行转运浆料，工作效率不高，生产成本增加，也不利于节省利用生产场地空间。
发明内容
鉴于上述，本发明在于提供一种可360旋转全方位浇注的浇注搅拌一体机，实现搅拌浇注一体化。
本发明是通过以下技术方案具体实现的：
一种轨道式全方位可旋转的搅拌浇注一体机，包括四个行走轮的底盘、搅拌罐、搅拌轴、旋转齿环、动力电机、发泡加料器、布料管，四轮行走底盘上设搅拌罐，搅拌罐中心设搅拌轴与主动力减速电机相连；搅拌罐体下设旋转齿环与减速电机齿轮相齿合；搅拌罐顶端设发泡剂加料器，拨料轴与减速电机皮带轮皮带相连；在搅拌罐体侧设布料管与搅拌罐相通。
本发明的优点和有益效果；
1、本发明是在四轮行走的底盘上设了旋转齿环，使搅拌罐实现了360全方位旋转，使布料管可在搅拌罐体任何方位进行浇注布料。
2、本发明所述的全方位旋转搅拌浇注一体机，可在轨道上前移后动，罐体又可以全方位旋转，有利于充分利用厂区空间。
3、本发明为搅拌浇注一体机，不用其它机械运送浆料，节省人工，降低了生产成本。
4、本发明结构简单，造价低廉，使用方便灵活，减少用工，提高工效，适合砌块生产企业选用。

如图1所示，一种旋转式全方位搅拌浇注一体机，包括四个行走轮的底盘1上设搅拌缸5，在搅拌缸5的底部设旋转齿环2与电机3上的动力输出牙轮4相咬合；在搅拌底部中心设主动力电机4与搅拌轴7相连；在四轮行走底盘上设电机8，动力输出链轮与轨道轮9上的主轴链轮链条相连；在搅拌缸的顶部设配料电机11，动力输出轮与配料器12上的拨料轴轮皮带相连；在搅拌缸的一侧设布料管13，管口与搅拌缸5相通相连；在搅拌缸5的底部外侧设数个滑轮14与底盘1上的滑轨交。

1.一种轨道式全方位旋转搅拌浇注一体机，包括四个行走路轮的底盘（1）、旋转齿环（2）、齿环电机（3）、牙轮（4）、搅拌缸（5）、主动力电机(6)、搅拌轴（7）、行走电机（8）、轨道轮（9）、链轮（10）、配料电机（11）、配料器（12）、布料管（13）、滑轮（14），其特征在于：包括四个行走轮的底盘（1）上设搅拌缸（5）在搅拌缸5的底部设旋转齿环（2）与电机（3）上的动力输出牙轮（4）相咬合；在搅拌底部中心设主动力电机（4）与搅拌轴（7）相连：在四轮行走底盘上设电机（8）动力输出链轮与轨道轮（9）上的主轴链轮链条相连：在搅拌缸的顶部设配料电机（11）动力输出轮与配料器（12）上的拨料轴轮皮带相连；在搅拌缸的一侧设布料管（13）管口与搅拌缸（5）相通相连：在搅拌缸（5）的底部外侧设数个滑轮（14）与底盘（1）上的滑轨相交。
2.如权利要求1中所述浇注搅拌缸的底部设旋转齿环，搅拌缸可360全方位旋转。
3.如权利要求1中所述，搅拌缸下设四轮行走底盘，搅拌缸可沿轨道前后行走。
