背景技术
空间充气控制展开支撑臂在卷曲折叠过程中应尽量卷紧,以减小卷曲折叠后的体积,减小飞行器搭载空间,目前没有适合的卷曲空间充气控制展开支撑臂的模具,导致卷曲折叠后的支撑臂体积较大,浪费飞行器搭载空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决目前没有适合的卷曲空间充气控制展开支撑臂的模具的问题,提供了一种空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷曲折叠模具,其技术方案如下:
一种空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷曲折叠模具,它包含底座、加压辊和卷轴;所述底座的上表面设置有加压曲面和半圆形的卷曲曲面,所述加压辊设置在加压曲面上,所述卷轴设置在卷曲曲面上,卷轴包含中心轴和两个封盖,在中心轴上设置有与空间充气控制展开支撑臂端部形状相适应的凹槽,中心轴的两端通过两个封盖封堵,两个封盖与中心轴通过螺丝连接。
本发明的有益效果为:卷曲空间充气控制展开支撑臂前先将空间充气控制展开支撑臂利用加压辊压扁,很容易将空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷紧,使其卷曲后体积较现有技术明显减小并保持一致。

具体实施方式:
参照图1和图2,一种空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷曲折叠模具,它包含底座1、加压辊2和卷轴3;所述底座1的上表面设置有加压曲面1-1和半圆形的卷曲曲面1-2,所述加压辊2设置在加压曲面1-1上,所述卷轴3设置在卷曲曲面1-2上,卷轴3包含中心轴3-1和两个封盖3-2,在中心轴3-1上设置有与空间充气控制展开支撑臂端部形状相适应的凹槽3-1-1,中心轴3-1的两端通过两个封盖3-2封堵,两个封盖3-2与中心轴3-1通过螺丝连接。
优选的是,在加压辊2和卷轴3的两端均设置有把手4。
发明的使用方法及原理:将空间充气控制展开支撑臂置于底座上,空间充气控制展开支撑臂的端部卡在中心轴的凹槽内并装上封盖,一人持加压辊将空间充气控制展开支撑臂压扁,另一人将压扁后的空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷在卷轴上,由于空间充气控制展开支撑臂先被加压辊压扁,所以更容易在卷轴上卷紧,卷曲曲面为半圆形,卷曲操作时更方便,也有利于将空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷紧。

1.一种空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷曲折叠模具,其特征在于它包含底座(1)、加压辊(2)和卷轴(3);所述底座(1)的上表面设置有加压曲面(1-1)和半圆形的卷曲曲面(1-2),所述加压辊(2)设置在加压曲面(1-1)上,所述卷轴(3)设置在卷曲曲面(1-2)上,卷轴(3)包含中心轴(3-1)和两个封盖(3-2),在中心轴(3-1)上设置有与空间充气控制展开支撑臂端部形状相适应的凹槽(3-1-1),中心轴(3-1)的两端通过两个封盖(3-2)封堵,两个封盖(3-2)与中心轴(3-1)通过螺丝连接。
2.如权利要求1所述一种空间充气控制展开支撑臂卷曲折叠模具,其特征在于在加压辊(2)和卷轴(3)的两端均设置有把手(4)。
