Abstract

本发明提供了一种新型下插式锂电池,包括本体、提手和底座,所述本体上安装有外壁滑道,底座通过外壁滑道安装在本体的下端,外壁滑道的一端安装在本体上,另一端连接在底座上;所述本体的底部端面设置有电插座,与电动车上的插头一一对应;底座上设置有通孔,通孔与电插座的位置对应。通过底座连接锂电池和电动车,方便锂电池的拆卸,增设开关,控制锂电池的放电,方便操作者使用,并且设置电量显示屏,设计更加人性化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电动车的锂电池,尤其涉及一种下插式带底座的新型锂电池。
背景技术
锂电池是指电化学体系中含有锂(包括金属锂、锂合金和锂离子、锂聚合物)的电池。锂电池大致可分为两类:锂金属电池和锂离子电池。锂金属电池通常是不可充电的,且内含金属态的锂。锂离子电池不含有金属态的锂,并且是可以充电的。现在的锂电池通常是直接安装在电动车中,在拆卸时不是很方便,并且需要钥匙才能开始放电,使用不够简便。因此,解决电池盒连接不合理及启动不便的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种下插式带底座的新型锂电池,通过设置底座,方便电池盒插拔,并且增设开关,控制锂电池的放电通断,解决了电池盒连接不合理及启动不便的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型下插式锂电池,包括本体、提手和底座,所述本体上安装有外壁滑道,底座通过外壁滑道安装在本体的下端,外壁滑道的一端安装在本体上,另一端连接在底座上;所述本体的底部端面设置有电插座,与电动车上的插头一一对应;底座上设置有通孔,通孔与电插座的位置对应。
进一步改进在于:所述主体上方设置有充电插座,所述充电插座为三芯插座。
进一步改进在于:所述充电插座旁设置有开关,开关控制电池供电的通断,主体的顶端还设置有电量显示屏。
进一步改进在于:所述提手可旋转,可平放到本体上。
本发明的有益效果是:通过底座连接锂电池和电动车,方便锂电池的拆卸,增设开关,控制锂电池的放电,方便操作者使用,并且设置电量显示屏,设计更加人性化。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种新型下插式锂电池,包括本体1、提手2和底座3,所述本体1上安装有外壁滑道4,底座3通过外壁滑道4安装在本体1的下端,外壁滑道4的一端安装在本体1上,另一端连接在底座3上;所述本体1的底部端面设置有电插座5,与电动车上的插头一一对应;底座3上设置有通孔6,通孔6与电插座5的位置对应。通过底座3连接锂电池和电动车,方便锂电池的拆卸。
所述主体1上方设置有充电插座7,所述充电插座7为三芯插座。
所述充电插座7旁设置有开关8,主体1的顶端还设置有电量显示屏9。增设开关8,控制锂电池的放电,方便操作者使用,并且设置电量显示屏9,设计更加人性化。
所述提手2可旋转,可平放到本体1上。

1.一种新型下插式锂电池,包括本体(1)、提手(2)和底座(3),其特征在于:所述本体(1)上安装有外壁滑道(4),底座(3)通过外壁滑道(4)安装在本体(1)的下端,外壁滑道(4)的一端安装在本体(1)上,另一端连接在底座(3)上;所述本体(1)的底部端面设置有电插座(5),与电动车上的插头一一对应;底座(3)上设置有通孔(6),通孔(6)与电插座(5)的位置对应。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型下插式锂电池,其特征在于:所述主体(1)上方设置有充电插座(7),所述充电插座(7)为三芯插座。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的新型下插式锂电池,其特征在于:所述充电插座(7)旁设置有开关(8),开关(8)控制电池供电的通断,主体(1)的顶端还设置有电量显示屏(9)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的新型下插式锂电池,其特征在于:所述提手(2)可旋转,可平放到本体(1)上。
