Description

Method and device for sending and receiving instruction information
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of security authentication, in particular to a method and a device for sending and receiving instruction information.
Background
In the field of security authentication, a conventional access control system usually uses a smart Card, such as an Integrated Circuit IC Card (Integrated Circuit Card), as a unique personal identifier, to register in advance on a distribution platform, and the registered related data is saved in an access controller through a device network connected to the distribution platform. In the above scenario, when a user enters a door, the smart card can be placed in an effective identification range of a card reader connected to the access controller, for example, the smart card can be shaken in front of the card reader to perform feature identification, and then data of the smart card read by the card reader is transmitted to the access controller, and the access controller performs authentication on the user according to comparison between stored registration information and acquired data, wherein generally speaking, if the comparison is successful, the electric lock is driven to open the door according to normal conditions, otherwise, the door is kept closed, and event information can be transmitted to systems such as alarm and monitor, and processed by a third party.
On the basis of a traditional access control system, a system formed by applying a light control system to access control management can be called as a photon access control system. Compared with the traditional access control system, the photon access control system avoids the inconvenience brought by the intelligent card, such as the limitation that the intelligent card must be placed in the effective identification range of a card reader to be identified, higher risk of the data of the intelligent card being broken, and the like, so the photon access control system has the advantages of convenient use and high reliability.
In the prior art, a flash lamp of a mobile phone itself is usually used as the light-emitting device. However, since the flash of the mobile phone itself is not designed to transmit the light signal, and the frequency of the flash is usually configured by the manufacturer according to the application mode, an adaptive transmission method is customized for each type of mobile phone to transmit the light signal with the frequency and the light intensity that meet the specification of the receiving end, so that the receiving end can correctly recognize the light signal.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

According to still another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an instruction information receiving apparatus including: a first receiving unit, configured to receive a first transmission signal that is sent by a sending apparatus and carries first instruction information, where the sending apparatus is connected to an audio interface of a mobile terminal, and is configured to enable the sending apparatus to obtain a first audio signal that is output by the mobile terminal from the audio interface and carries the first instruction information and/or second instruction information, where the second instruction information is used to instruct the sending apparatus to send the first transmission signal, and the first transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal; and the processing unit is used for executing the operation corresponding to the first instruction information according to the received first transmission signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the instruction information may be considered to be output to the outside of the mobile terminal through an audio interface of the mobile terminal in the form of an audio signal, for example, the instruction information may be output to an optical signal generator connected to the mobile terminal through the audio interface, and then the audio signal carrying the instruction information may be converted into the first optical signal by the optical signal generator and transmitted. In the above scenario, since most mobile terminals are provided with audio interfaces with similar specifications and considerable information transmission rates, the signal transmission method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is not limited by compatibility and information transmission rates due to different flash frequency settings and overall low flash frequency when a flash lamp is used to transmit an optical signal, thereby solving the technical problem that the existing optical communication method is difficult to be compatible with mobile terminals of different models, achieving the effect of being compatible with mobile terminals of different models, and further achieving the effect of improving information transmission rates. Furthermore, since the information transmission rate is improved, on one hand, a more complex encryption and coding mode can be adopted for the instruction information carrying the authentication information, so that the safety and reliability of the authentication system can be improved, on the other hand, more user-related information can be carried, and the application range of the authentication system can be improved

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for sending instruction information, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s102: acquiring a first audio signal which is output from an audio interface of the mobile terminal and carries first instruction information and/or second instruction information, wherein the first instruction information is used for indicating a receiving device to execute an operation corresponding to the first instruction information, and the second instruction information is used for indicating the first instruction information to be sent to the receiving device;
s104: generating a first transmission signal carrying first instruction information according to the acquired first audio signal, and sending the first transmission signal to a receiving device, wherein the first transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal.
It should be clear that one of the problems to be solved by the technical solutions of the present invention is to provide a method for implementing a transmission of instruction information from a mobile terminal to a receiving apparatus, where the instruction information may be used to instruct the receiving apparatus to perform an operation corresponding to the instruction information, so that a user may notify the receiving apparatus to perform one or more corresponding operations through an operation on the mobile terminal at one end, specifically, there may be multiple operations performed by the receiving apparatus, which will be described in detail in the embodiments after the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. For convenience of description, the command information will be referred to as first command information hereinafter.
In order to solve the problem, various solutions exist in the prior art, for example, in the application of the conventional mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may be implemented by using a built-in wireless transmission module to carry and transmit the first instruction information by using electromagnetic waves, or in the case of a mobile terminal using an optical communication method, the mobile terminal may carry and transmit the first instruction information to a receiving device by using visible light through a flash lamp or the like, so as to overcome the problem caused by using the former method. However, in the latter method, since the specifications of the optical transmitter modules, such as flash lamps, built in the mobile terminals manufactured by different manufacturers are different, different optical communication schemes need to be designed for the mobile terminals with different specifications, in other words, it is difficult for a sending method of instruction information to be compatible with the mobile terminals with different models.
To overcome this drawback, according to the sending method of instruction information provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in step S102, an audio signal carrying first instruction information, which is output from an audio interface of the mobile terminal, may be obtained, where the first instruction information is used to instruct a receiving apparatus to perform an operation corresponding to the first instruction information.
In contrast to the prior art, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first instruction information is no longer directly sent to the receiving device by a built-in module or device in the existing mobile terminal, but may be an electrical signal output through an audio interface of the mobile terminal, or audio signals are transmitted to a sending device connected to the audio interface, and then the audio signals are sent to a receiving device by the sending device in an optical communication mode, wherein, as the mobile terminals produced by various manufacturers have relatively consistent designs on the audio interface and the output mode for outputting the audio signal through the audio interface, the same or similar solutions can be applied to the transmitting device, both in terms of physical connection to the audio interface, and in terms of the acquisition and identification of the audio signal output via the audio interface, thereby overcoming the problem that the prior optical communication mode is difficult to be compatible with different models of mobile terminals at the end coupled with the mobile terminals. For convenience of description, the audio signal carrying the first instruction information output by the audio interface is referred to as a first audio signal hereinafter.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of transmitting the first audio signal through the audio interface may be self-defined according to the terminal of the audio interface. For the existing audio interface, it is usually provided with four connecting wires, which are respectively: left channel (left), right channel (right), microphone (mic) and Ground (GND), where ground is a common connection line. In the embodiment of the present invention, the four connection lines may be used to implement signal transmission and reception, for example, one of the left channel and the right channel may be connected to a power module to provide power for system operation, and one of the left channel and the right channel may be connected to an infrared emission unit to implement signal transmission, and meanwhile, the mic line may be used as an input line of a visible light receiving unit to input a received signal into an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone.
With respect to the above scenario, it should be noted that although the sending device is an external module for the existing mobile terminal, and is not a conventional design for the existing mobile terminal, it does not prevent the designer from implanting the sending device inside the mobile terminal in future mobile terminal design schemes, from this point of view, the audio interface is not limited to the known audio interface exposed outside the mobile terminal, such as the audio interface on the casing of the mobile phone, but it may also be an interface designed inside the mobile terminal and matched with the implanted sending device for outputting the first audio signal, and it should be further understood that the specific shape and material of the audio interface can be various whether the existing audio interface is designed outside the mobile terminal or the audio interface designed inside the mobile terminal may appear in the future, this does not affect the implementation of the technical solution and the achievement of the technical effect of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to this.
On the other hand, based on the same concept, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first audio signal obtained from the audio interface of the mobile terminal may also not carry the first instruction information, but carry another instruction information for instructing the sending apparatus to send the first instruction information to the receiving apparatus, so that the first audio signal carrying the another instruction information may also be obtained in step S102, and for convenience of description, the another instruction information is hereinafter referred to as a second instruction information.
For example, in an embodiment, the first audio signal may carry first instruction information 00001, where the 00001 may represent an instruction number, and the corresponding operation that indicates the receiving apparatus to perform may be an unlocking operation, or an unlocking signal is sent to the unlocking apparatus, and in another embodiment, the first audio signal may also carry not the first instruction information 00001, but a one-bit binary code, such as 0 or 1, that indicates the receiving apparatus to send the first instruction information, and in this scenario, the first instruction information 00001 to be sent may be pre-stored locally in the sending apparatus, so that the sending apparatus sends the first instruction information in response to the second instruction information that is obtained from the audio interface and carried.
Of course, the above is only an example to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, the first instruction information is not limited to the instruction code shown above, and may also be a one-bit binary code, where the binary code indicates that the receiving apparatus executes a certain operation when the first instruction information is 1, indicates that the receiving apparatus is in standby when the first instruction information is 0, and the like. In addition, for the situation that the first audio signal carries the second instruction information but does not carry the first instruction information, the first instruction information sent by the receiving device is temporarily received and written into a cache or a register for calling before the first audio signal is acquired, without adopting a mode of storing the first instruction information in a certain fixed storage area in the sending device, for example, in a scene related to the payment service, one end of optical communication or sound wave communication is a mobile terminal which is held by a paying user and is provided with the sending device on an audio interface, and the other end is a point of sale machine (POS) operated by a salesman as the receiving device, so that the salesman can inform the payment user of the required payment amount of the payment service at first, and simultaneously display the deduction amount corresponding to the deduction operation to be executed by the POS machine on the display screen facing the user, and controlling the POS machine to send a temporarily generated first instruction information corresponding to the deduction operation to a sending device on the mobile terminal, and the paying user can press a key on the mobile terminal for indicating payment confirmation on the premise of judging that the amount to be paid is reasonable and the amount to be paid is consistent with the amount to be paid, so that the mobile terminal can generate a first audio signal carrying second instruction information according to the input of the user and transmit the first audio signal to the sending device through an audio interface, and the sending device returns the first instruction information to the POS machine according to the second instruction information in the input first audio signal, and finally the POS machine completes the deduction operation according to the returned first instruction information, wherein in the scene, because the first instruction information is temporarily generated and is not easy to crack, malicious behaviors realized by cracking of the first instruction information corresponding to the deduction operation are limited, on the other hand, since the first instruction information does not enter the mobile terminal, the first instruction information is prevented from being stolen by malicious software installed on the mobile terminal, so that the safety of the payment service is further improved.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first instruction information and the second instruction information may also be used in combination, that is, the first audio signal carrying both the first instruction information and the second instruction information may also be acquired in step S102. In this scenario, the first instruction information and the second instruction information may be respectively from different confirmation mechanisms, for example, the first instruction information corresponding to the unlocking operation may be from confirmation of the user identity, for example, the mobile terminal may add the first instruction information to the first audio signal after determining that the fingerprint of the user obtained from its touch screen is matched with the record in the fingerprint library, and the second instruction information may be from confirmation of the user itself for the unlocking operation, for example, after the user enters the fingerprint, the mobile terminal may touch or press the same area on the touch screen again, and then the mobile terminal may recognize the signal as a confirmation signal of the unlocking operation input by the user, and further add the second instruction information to the first audio signal, and transmit the first audio signal carrying the first instruction information and the second instruction information to the sending device through the audio interface, therefore, the transmitting device can transmit the first instruction information for executing the unlocking operation to the receiving device according to the received first audio signal so as to enable the receiving device to complete the unlocking operation, wherein in the scene, the reliability of the optical communication or sound wave communication process is improved because the final unlocking operation is completed by adopting the cooperation of two sets of confirmation mechanisms.
Based on the above description, according to the transmission method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the communication method used for transmitting the first instruction information to the receiving apparatus may be optical communication or sound wave communication, that is, after the first audio signal carrying the first instruction information and/or the second instruction information is acquired in step S102, in step S104, a transmission signal carrying the first instruction information may be generated according to the acquired first audio signal, and the transmission signal is transmitted to the receiving apparatus, where the transmission signal may be an optical signal or a sound wave signal, and for convenience of description, the transmission signal is hereinafter referred to as the first transmission signal.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present invention, the problem of compatibility of different types of mobile terminals is solved at the side where the transmitting device and the mobile terminal are coupled, and optical communication or acoustic communication is implemented between the transmitting device and the receiving device, so that advantages of both aspects are achieved, for example, the optical communication mode is not easily interfered and can implement a higher bandwidth, and the acoustic communication mode can ensure normal completion of communication in a scene unsuitable for optical communication, such as a scene with more pedestrians or obstacles, and the like. Moreover, the transmitting device can be relatively simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost because the logic of tasks required to be completed by the transmitting device is simple and intuitive, so that the transmitting device for implementing the transmitting method does not bring inconvenience to users in use.
In the above embodiments, the present invention has been described as the most basic embodiment, that is, an optical communication or acoustic communication method of transmitting first instruction information instructing a receiving apparatus to perform a corresponding operation from a transmitting apparatus to the receiving apparatus. In view of the higher security level requirements and richer functional design requirements, however, in embodiments of the present invention, a function of authenticating the user of the mobile terminal may also be implanted in the above-described transmission method of the instruction information, and, in particular, authentication information for authenticating the user of the mobile terminal or the mobile terminal may be further transmitted to the receiving device in addition to the first instruction information, the present invention is not limited thereto, however, no matter the sending logic of the first instruction information or the sending logic of the authentication information should correspond to the receiving and processing logic at one end of the receiving device, and some obvious and unreasonable extensions and extensions of the present invention should not be considered as limiting the present invention.
Specifically, as one possible implementation manner, before step S102, the sending method may include:
s202: acquiring a second audio signal which is output from the audio interface and carries authentication information, wherein the authentication information is used for enabling the receiving device to authenticate the mobile terminal;
s204: generating a second transmission signal carrying authentication information according to the acquired second audio signal, and sending the second transmission signal to a receiving device, wherein the receiving device returns third instruction information according to the authentication information, and the second transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal; wherein,
step S102 may be: s206: and if the third instruction information is received, acquiring the first audio signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before the operation of acquiring the first audio signal and starting the operation of sending the first transmission signal to the receiving apparatus in step S102 or step S206, the sending apparatus may first receive the second audio signal carrying the authentication information transmitted by the mobile terminal through the audio interface, and send the second transmission signal carrying the authentication information to the receiving apparatus, so that the receiving apparatus authenticates the mobile terminal, and then the sending apparatus may execute the operation of acquiring the first audio signal in step S206 after receiving the third instruction information returned by the receiving apparatus after the authentication is successful, where the second transmission signal may also be an optical signal or a sound wave signal.
In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second transmission signal may share the same signal generator with the first transmission signal, or may be generated by a different signal generator, for example, in one embodiment, the first transmission signal may be a visible light signal emitted by a visible light signal generator, and the second transmission signal may be an infrared light signal emitted by an infrared light signal generator. It should be noted that the optical signal referred to in the above or the following embodiments of the present invention may include at least one of the following: the present invention is not limited to this, and embodiments based on such applications should be considered within the scope of the present invention.
In the above scenario, the task of "the receiving device authenticates the mobile terminal" is completed before the task of "the mobile terminal sends the first instruction information to the receiving device through the sending device so that the receiving device performs the corresponding operation", so that the receiving device can perform the indicated operation after confirming the validity of the mobile terminal and the user thereof, thereby improving the security of the optical communication or acoustic communication scheme. The mode adopted by the receiving device to return the third instruction information to the sending device may be a radio, visible light or invisible light communication mode, for example, infrared light may be selected to carry the third instruction information, so that on one hand, the advantages of compact structure and low power consumption of the infrared receiving module can be utilized, and on the other hand, visual interference to a user of the mobile terminal when the visible light is adopted to return the third instruction information is avoided.
In view of the requirement of a higher security level, as another possible way, in the embodiment of the present invention, before step S102, the sending method may also include:
s202: acquiring a second audio signal which is output from the audio interface and carries authentication information, wherein the authentication information is used for enabling the receiving device to authenticate the mobile terminal;
s204: generating a second transmission signal carrying authentication information according to the acquired second audio signal, and sending the second transmission signal to a receiving device, wherein the receiving device returns third instruction information according to the authentication information, and the second transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal; wherein,
step S102 may be: s302: and receiving and verifying the third instruction information, and if the verification is successful, acquiring the first audio signal.
Compared with the previous embodiment, the difference of this embodiment is that step S302 is adopted to replace step S206, in other words, in this embodiment, after receiving the third instruction information indicating that the receiving apparatus successfully authenticates the mobile terminal, the sending apparatus does not directly acquire the first audio signal and start the subsequent operations of generating and sending the first transmission signal, but first verifies the returned third instruction information, and starts to acquire the first audio signal after the verification is successful. In the above scenario, on the one hand, the reliability of optical communication or acoustic communication is improved by means of secondary confirmation, and on the other hand, a more complex authentication logic may be further incorporated in this embodiment, for example, in an example of the present invention, the authorization information pre-assigned to the mobile terminal is not the authentication information itself, but is an encryption algorithm, the authentication information may include a random code generated by the mobile terminal and a first code value obtained by the mobile terminal processing the random code according to the encryption algorithm, after the receiving apparatus receives the random code carried in the second transmission signal sent by the sending apparatus, the receiving apparatus may process the random code according to the same encryption algorithm to obtain a second code value and return the second code value to the sending apparatus as a third instruction information, and then, if the returned second code value is consistent with the first code value in the authentication information, the verification is regarded as successful, and then the operation of acquiring the first audio signal is performed in step S302, otherwise, the verification is regarded as failed, in other words, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of receiving and verifying the third instruction information in step S302 may include:
s402: and receiving third instruction information, judging whether the received third instruction information is matched with the authentication information, and if so, judging that the verification is successful.
Under the scene, the authentication information is not fixed, so that the authentication information is not easy to crack, and the safety of the optical communication or sound wave communication scheme is further improved. Of course, the above is only an example, in some other embodiments of the present invention, there may be multiple matching manners of the third instruction information and the authentication information, the verification manner may be other, the verification processing on the returned third instruction information may also be completed on the mobile terminal instead of the sending apparatus, and the like, and the present invention is not described herein repeatedly.
In addition to the foregoing embodiments, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first instruction information itself may also be authentication information, where after receiving the first instruction information or the authentication information, the receiving device may authenticate the mobile terminal or a user thereof according to the authentication information, and execute a corresponding operation after the authentication is successful, for example, the operation may be a preset operation corresponding to the type of authentication information.
In addition, the authentication information used for authenticating the mobile terminal may also be carried in the first audio signal together with the first instruction information and transmitted to the sending device, and the sending device sends the first transmission signal carrying the first instruction information and the authentication information to the receiving device, and in addition, parameter information related to an operation that the receiving device needs to execute may be further loaded in the first audio signal and the first transmission signal, for example, optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step of generating the first transmission signal carrying the first instruction information according to the acquired first audio signal in step S104 may include:
s502: generating a first transmission signal carrying first instruction information and authentication information according to the first audio signal; or,
s504: generating a first transmission signal carrying first instruction information and parameter information according to the first audio signal; or,
s506: generating a first transmission signal carrying first instruction information, authentication information and parameter information according to the first audio signal; wherein,
the first audio signal also carries authentication information and/or parameter information, the authentication information is used for enabling the receiving device to authenticate the mobile terminal, and enabling the receiving device to execute the operation corresponding to the first instruction information after the authentication is successful, and the parameter information comprises one or more operation parameters which are required to be acquired by the receiving device and correspond to the operation.
For example, for a certain payment service scenario, the authentication information may be a payment password of an account currently used by the payment user, the parameter information may be an account ID of the account, such as an account number of the account or a card number of a bank card corresponding to the account, after the payment user confirms payment, the mobile terminal may output, from the audio interface, a first audio signal carrying the payment password, the account ID, and first instruction information for instructing a POS machine serving as a receiving device to perform a deduction operation, or a first audio signal carrying the payment password, the account ID, and second instruction information for instructing a transmitting device connected to the audio interface to transmit the first instruction information, and after acquiring any one of the first audio signals, the transmitting device may generate and transmit, to the POS machine, a first audio signal carrying the payment password according to the acquired first audio signal, The account ID and the first transmission signal of the first instruction information, and then the POS may analyze the payment password, the account ID, and the first instruction information according to the received first transmission signal, and complete the deduction operation indicated by the first instruction information using the payment password and the account ID, and specifically, the POS may send a payment request carrying these parameters to the payment service platform.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention related to the authentication information or the parameter information, the first transmission signal should carry the first instruction information which plays a role in indication, however, as for the authentication information and the parameter information, as described above, the first transmission signal may carry either the authentication information or the parameter information, or may carry either the authentication information or the parameter information separately, correspondingly, in the first audio signal, both the first instruction information and the second instruction information may be carried, and both the authentication information and the parameter information may be carried, or either one of the authentication information and the parameter information may be carried separately, which is not limited in this invention. Further, one or more of the first audio signal and the first transmission signal may be encrypted and/or encoded, either simultaneously or separately, to facilitate transmission of the signals and to increase the security level of the optical or acoustic communication scheme.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the encryption and/or encoding performed on the first transmission signal may be performed in at least one of the following manners:
1) if the first audio signal carries the first instruction information but does not carry the authentication information and the parameter information, the step S104 of generating the first transmission signal carrying the first instruction information according to the acquired first audio signal may include:
s602: acquiring first instruction information from a first audio signal;
s604: generating a first transmission signal according to the acquired first instruction information, or encrypting and/or encoding the acquired first instruction information, and generating a first transmission signal according to the encrypted and/or encoded first instruction information;
2) if the first audio signal carries the second instruction information but does not carry the first instruction information, the authentication information, and the parameter information, the step of generating the first transmission signal carrying the first instruction information according to the acquired first audio signal in step S104 may include:
s606: acquiring first instruction information which is received in advance and/or pre-stored in local;
s608: generating a first transmission signal according to the acquired first instruction information, or encrypting and/or encoding the acquired first instruction information, and generating a first transmission signal according to the encrypted and/or encoded first instruction information;
3) if the first audio signal carries the first instruction information and the authentication information, but does not carry the parameter information, step S502 may include:

s632: acquiring first instruction information, authentication information and parameter information from the first audio signal;
s634: generating a first transmission signal according to the acquired first instruction information, the authentication information and the parameter information, or encrypting and/or encoding any one or more of the acquired first instruction information, the authentication information and the parameter information, and generating the first transmission signal according to the following information: authentication information or encrypted and/or encoded authentication information, parameter information or encrypted and/or encoded parameter information, and first instruction information or encrypted and/or encoded first instruction information;

s636: acquiring first instruction information which is received in advance and/or pre-stored in local, and acquiring authentication information and parameter information from the first audio signal;
s638: generating a first transmission signal according to the acquired first instruction information, the authentication information and the parameter information, or encrypting and/or encoding any one or more of the acquired first instruction information, the authentication information and the parameter information, and generating the first transmission signal according to the following information: authentication information or encrypted and/or encoded authentication information, parameter information or encrypted and/or encoded parameter information, and first instruction information or encrypted and/or encoded first instruction information.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the mobile terminal may also encrypt the first/second instruction information, and/or the authentication information, and/or the parameter information in the first audio signal output from the audio interface and the first audio signal in advance, wherein, as an optional manner, the first instruction information includes one or more encrypted instruction codes, and/or the authentication information includes one or more encrypted authentication codes, and/or the parameter information includes one or more encrypted value codes.
In the above embodiments, the possible encryption and encoding methods may be various, for example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the Encryption mode may use advanced Encryption standard aes (advanced Encryption standard) algorithm, the coding mode may use nrz (no Return zero) code, and the coding is grouped, wherein for the first transmission signal, 0 in each group may represent that the lamp is off, 1 may represent that the lamp is on, wherein the interval between 0 and 1 is the inter-group time interval, the interval between each group is the inter-group time interval, further, during transmission, the inter-group time interval may be set to be greater than the intra-group time interval, the valid signal and the invalid interval can thus be distinguished, which on the one hand facilitates the elimination of misreadings caused by possible signal inversions between the grouped signals and on the other hand also facilitates the reception and decoding of the first transmission signal by the authentication device at the opposite end.
Of course, this is merely an example, and in the embodiments of the present invention, different combinations of encryption and encoding may be adopted, for example, in some embodiments of the present invention, an encoding method of a non-Return-to-Zero inverse nrzi (no Return Zero inverse) code or an encoding method of a manchester code may also be adopted, which is not limited in this respect.
On the basis of the above description, some specific applications of the above-described instruction information transmission method will be described below with reference to the embodiments.
First, considering the problem of possible attenuation and interference of transmission signals in practical application scenarios, both the transmitting apparatus and the receiving apparatus may be configured to enable the corresponding functional design when approaching to each other within a certain distance range, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, step S102 may include, for the transmitting apparatus:
s702: if an identification signal indicating that the distance between the mobile terminal and the receiving device is smaller than a preset distance threshold value is received, acquiring a first audio signal; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
s704: and if the trigger signal sent by the receiving device is received, acquiring the first audio signal.
Wherein the sending device may start acquiring the first audio signal after receiving the identification signal, which may be a signal sent by the receiving device and indicating that the distance between the mobile terminal or the sending device and the receiving device is less than a preset distance threshold, wherein, similar to the way in which the receiving device returns the third instruction information, the identification signal sent by the receiving device may also be a radio, visible light or invisible light, such as infrared light, wherein, the receiving device may simply send an infrared signal with a certain power and capable of being identified by the sending device as the identification signal, as the infrared signal propagates, the signal strength of the infrared signal decreases with the distance from the sending device, and when the strength of the infrared signal decreases below a certain strength threshold, the probability that the sending device connected to the mobile terminal at the distance can identify the identification signal will be very limited, therefore, the sending device beyond the distance usually will not start the acquisition of the first audio signal and the subsequent sending of the first transmission signal, so as to achieve the effect of reasonably reducing the power consumption of the sending device. Further, after the sending device recognizes the identification signal sent by the receiving device, the sending device may also notify the mobile terminal of the status message through the audio interface, so that the mobile terminal can prompt the status to the user, for example, an "available" mark may be displayed on a screen of the mobile terminal, or a certain indicator light may be turned on, so that the user may start a subsequent operation according to the prompt. On the other hand, the sending device may further receive a trigger signal sent by the receiving device, where the trigger signal may carry a certain trigger instruction, so that the sending device transmits an instruction that the sending device is in a "transmittable state" to the mobile terminal after recognizing the trigger instruction, and the mobile terminal may display the state to the user.
On the other hand, in some embodiments of the present invention, the receiving apparatus may further send description information of an operation that the receiving apparatus waits to perform and corresponds to the first instruction information to the sending apparatus in advance, and then the sending apparatus may notify the mobile terminal and a user of the mobile terminal of the operation description information, so that the user may know specific contents of the operation that the receiving apparatus waits to perform, such as a payment amount in a payment service, a name of a payer corresponding to a payment request, and the like, according to the operation description information, which on one hand facilitates confirmation of the relevant service by the user, and on the other hand may simplify an operation on the user side to a selection or selections similar to "yes" or "no", thereby bringing a better use experience to the user. In other words, in this embodiment of the present invention, before step S102, the sending method may further include:
s802: receiving first instruction information and/or operation description information of an operation corresponding to the first instruction information;
s804: if the first instruction information is received, temporarily storing the received first instruction information to the local; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
s806: and if the operation description information is received, transmitting the operation description information to the mobile terminal, wherein the operation description information is used for prompting the mobile terminal to a user, and the mobile terminal generates first instruction information and/or second instruction information according to the user input information and/or the operation description information.
In a specific application scenario of the present invention, the operation description information may include at least one of the following: code information, time information, address information, user information, account information, commodity information and payment information. Wherein the payment information may include at least one of: sending a payment request to a payment service platform; the operation description information may include at least one of: the serial number of the payment request, the time information of the payment request, the site information corresponding to the payment request, the payment amount corresponding to the payment request, the account ID corresponding to the payment request, the account balance information corresponding to the payment request, the name of the payer corresponding to the payment request, the purchase information corresponding to the payment request, the magnetic track information and the card number information. Further in the foregoing scenario, the operation corresponding to the first instruction information may include: sending an operation instruction corresponding to the operation description information to a local or third-party platform, wherein the third-party platform comprises at least one of the following: payment management platform, point management platform, commodity circulation management platform.
In still another aspect, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first instruction information and/or the second instruction information may also include voice information input by the first user to the mobile terminal, for example, the user may dictate an instruction, and the dictated instruction may be recognized by the mobile terminal as corresponding first instruction information and/or second instruction information and added to the first audio signal to be transmitted to the sending apparatus. In particular, in some embodiments of the present invention, for the voice message as the first instruction message, the operation indicated by the voice message may be the recovery of the voice message by the receiving device, so as to form a mechanism for delivering the voice message, for example, in one embodiment, the sending device may also send the instruction dictated by the user of the mobile terminal, or the dictated instruction, together with the authentication information and the parameter information, to the receiving device through the first transmission signal, and the receiving device may recover the dictated instruction to the person at the end of the receiving device. In addition, in other embodiments, the mechanism for transferring voice information may also be used for voice conversation using the above optical communication or acoustic communication, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As can be seen from the above description, in the embodiment of the present invention, the operation corresponding to the first instruction information in the sending method of the instruction information may include at least one of the following: 1) an operation of outputting an unlocking signal to the unlocking means; 2) sending a payment request to a payment service platform; 3) and outputting the voice information restored from the first transmission signal to a second user, wherein the first instruction information and/or the second instruction information comprise the voice information input to the mobile terminal by the first user. It should be understood, however, that other modifications and equivalents of the inventive concepts are also contemplated as falling within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving device may also be formed by another mobile terminal, so that the communication method may also be implemented between two mobile terminals, where one mobile terminal may be connected with the transmitting device of the instruction information, and the other mobile terminal may respond to the instruction information as the receiving device. Furthermore, both of them may be provided with a function of transmitting and receiving, so that the communication between them is not limited to one-way transmission or reception, but appears as two symmetrical communication terminals, wherein the role of one of them can be set and adjusted by setting the communication mode.
It should be noted that the technical solution of the present invention may also be used in combination with other existing or future feasible technical solutions, for example, in the embodiment of the present invention, data transmission between the sending device and the mobile terminal may also be used in combination with other processing logic loaded on the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal may also be internally or installed with other functions such as an identification mechanism and a dialogue mechanism for a user to implement, so that the flows involved in implementing these functions may be inserted according to design requirements between any steps in the communication manner, for example, in an embodiment, the mobile terminal may first request the user to provide identification information, such as an authentication code, a voice password, a fingerprint, a pupil distance, a facial image, and the like, and after the mobile terminal identifies the user as a legitimate user through the identification information, the audio interface may be opened or the audio signal may be started to be pushed to the audio interface, that is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the transmitting apparatus may also be combined with a mobile terminal to implement other functions or meet design requirements of higher security level.
In summary, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can at least achieve the following effects for the implementation environments formed by different types of mobile terminals and receiving apparatuses thereof:
1) the invention can be widely applied to intelligent terminals with audio interfaces, such as tablet computers, notebook computers, personal computers and the like;

Example 3
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a transmission apparatus of instruction information for implementing the transmission method as described in embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the transmission apparatus including:
1) a first obtaining unit 1202, configured to obtain a first audio signal which is output from an audio interface of a mobile terminal and carries first instruction information and/or second instruction information, where the first instruction information is used to instruct a receiving apparatus to execute an operation corresponding to the first instruction information, and the second instruction information is used to instruct the receiving apparatus to send the first instruction information;
2) the first transmission unit 1204 generates a first transmission signal carrying the first instruction information according to the acquired first audio signal, and sends the first transmission signal to the receiving apparatus, where the first transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal.
It should be clear that one of the problems to be solved by the technical solutions of the present invention is to provide a device to implement the transmission of instruction information from a mobile terminal to a receiving device, where the instruction information may be used to instruct the receiving device to perform an operation corresponding to the instruction information, so that a user may notify the receiving device to perform one or more corresponding operations through an operation on the mobile terminal at one end, specifically, there may be multiple operations performed by the receiving device, which will be described in detail in the embodiments after the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
However, in the latter method, since the specifications of the optical transmitting modules, such as flash lamps, built in the mobile terminals manufactured by different manufacturers are different, different optical communication schemes need to be designed for the mobile terminals with different specifications, in other words, it is difficult for a transmitting apparatus of instruction information to be compatible with the mobile terminals with different models.
To overcome this drawback, according to the apparatus for sending instruction information provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in the first obtaining unit 1202, an audio signal carrying first instruction information that is output from an audio interface of the mobile terminal may be obtained, where the first instruction information is used to instruct a receiving apparatus to perform an operation corresponding to the first instruction information.
In contrast to the prior art, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first instruction information is no longer directly sent to the receiving device by a built-in module or device in the existing mobile terminal, but may be an electrical signal output through an audio interface of the mobile terminal, or the audio signal is transmitted to a sending device connected to the audio interface, and then the audio signal is sent to a receiving device by the sending device in an optical communication or sound wave communication mode, wherein, as the mobile terminals produced by various manufacturers have relatively consistent designs on the audio interface and the output mode for outputting the audio signal through the audio interface, the same or similar solutions can be applied to the transmitting device, both in terms of physical connection to the audio interface, and in terms of the acquisition and identification of the audio signal output via the audio interface, thereby overcoming the problem that the prior optical communication mode is difficult to be compatible with different models of mobile terminals at the end coupled with the mobile terminals.
On the other hand, based on the same concept, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first audio signal obtained from the audio interface of the mobile terminal may also not carry the first instruction information, but carry another instruction information for instructing the sending apparatus to send the first instruction information to the receiving apparatus, so that the first audio signal carrying the another instruction information may also be obtained in the first obtaining unit 1202, and for convenience of description, the another instruction information is hereinafter referred to as the second instruction information.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first instruction information and the second instruction information may also be used in combination, that is, the first obtaining unit 1202 may also obtain a first audio signal carrying both the first instruction information and the second instruction information.
On the basis of the above description, according to the transmitting apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the communication method used for transmitting the first instruction information to the receiving apparatus described above or below may be an optical communication method or a sound wave communication method, that is, after the first audio signal carrying the first instruction information and/or the second instruction information is acquired by the first acquiring unit 1202, in the first transmitting unit 1204, a transmission signal carrying the first instruction information may be generated according to the acquired first audio signal, and the transmission signal is transmitted to the receiving apparatus, where the transmission signal may be an optical signal or a sound wave signal, and for convenience of expression, the transmission signal is hereinafter referred to as the first transmission signal.
And the structure of the sending device can be relatively simple and the manufacturing cost is low because the logic of the task to be completed by the sending device is simple and intuitive, so the sending device for implementing the sending device does not bring inconvenience to the user in use.
In the above embodiments, the present invention has been described as the most basic embodiment, that is, an optical communication or acoustic communication method of transmitting first instruction information instructing a receiving apparatus to perform a corresponding operation from a transmitting apparatus to the receiving apparatus. In view of the higher security level requirements and richer functional design requirements, however, in embodiments of the present invention, it is also possible to implant a function of authenticating the user of the mobile terminal in the transmitting means of the above-mentioned instruction information, specifically, authentication information for authenticating the user of the mobile terminal or the mobile terminal may be further transmitted to the receiving device in addition to the first instruction information, the present invention is not limited thereto, however, no matter the sending logic of the first instruction information or the sending logic of the authentication information should correspond to the receiving and processing logic at one end of the receiving device, and some obvious and unreasonable extensions and extensions of the present invention should not be considered as limiting the present invention.
Specifically, as one possible implementation manner, before the first obtaining unit 1202, the sending apparatus may include:
1) the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring a second audio signal which is output from the audio interface and carries authentication information, wherein the authentication information is used for authenticating the mobile terminal;
2) the second transmission unit is used for generating a second transmission signal carrying authentication information according to the acquired second audio signal and sending the second transmission signal to the receiving device, wherein the receiving device returns third instruction information according to the authentication information, and the second transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal; wherein,
the first acquisition unit 1202 may include: and the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the first audio signal when the third instruction information is received.
In this embodiment of the present invention, before the first obtaining unit 1202 or the first obtaining module obtains the first audio signal and starts the operation of sending the first transmission signal to the receiving device, the sending device may first receive the second audio signal carrying the authentication information and transmitted by the mobile terminal through the audio interface, and send the second transmission signal carrying the authentication information to the receiving device, so that the receiving device authenticates the mobile terminal, and then the sending device may execute the obtaining operation of the first audio signal in the first obtaining module after receiving the third instruction information returned by the receiving device after the authentication is successful, where the second transmission signal may also be an optical signal or a sound wave signal.
In view of the requirement of higher security level, as another possible way, in the embodiment of the present invention, before the first obtaining unit 1202, the sending apparatus may also include:
1) a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second audio signal carrying authentication information and output from the audio interface, where the authentication information is used to authenticate the mobile terminal, and enable the receiving device to return third instruction information according to the authentication information;
2) the second transmission unit is used for generating a second transmission signal carrying authentication information according to the acquired second audio signal and sending the second transmission signal to the receiving device, wherein the receiving device returns third instruction information according to the authentication information, and the second transmission signal is an optical signal or a sound wave signal; wherein,
the first acquisition unit 1202 includes: the verification module is used for receiving and verifying the third instruction information; and the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the first audio signal after the verification is successful.
Compared with the previous embodiment, the difference of this embodiment is that the verification module and the second acquisition module are used to replace the first acquisition module, in other words, in this embodiment, after receiving the third instruction information indicating that the receiving apparatus successfully authenticates the mobile terminal, the sending apparatus does not directly acquire the first audio signal and start the subsequent operations of generating and sending the first transmission signal, but first verifies the returned third instruction information, and starts to acquire the first audio signal after the verification is successful. In the above scenario, on the one hand, the reliability of optical communication or acoustic communication is improved by means of secondary confirmation, and on the other hand, a more complex authentication logic may be further incorporated in this embodiment, for example, in an example of the present invention, the authorization information pre-assigned to the mobile terminal is not the authentication information itself, but is an encryption algorithm, the authentication information may include a random code generated by the mobile terminal and a first code value obtained by the mobile terminal processing the random code according to the encryption algorithm, after the receiving apparatus receives the random code carried in the second transmission signal sent by the sending apparatus, the receiving apparatus may process the random code according to the same encryption algorithm to obtain a second code value and return the second code value to the sending apparatus as a third instruction information, and then, if the returned second code value is consistent with the first code value in the authentication information, the verification is regarded as successful, and the second obtaining module further performs the operation of obtaining the first audio signal, otherwise, the verification is regarded as failed, in other words, in an embodiment of the present invention, the verifying module may include:
1) and the judging submodule is used for receiving the third instruction information, judging whether the received third instruction information is matched with the authentication information or not, and judging that the verification is successful when the received third instruction information is matched with the authentication information.
In addition, the authentication information used for authenticating the mobile terminal may also be carried in the first audio signal together with the first instruction information and transmitted to the sending apparatus, and the sending apparatus sends the first transmission signal carrying the first instruction information and the authentication information to the receiving apparatus, and in addition, parameter information related to an operation that the receiving apparatus needs to perform may be further loaded in the first audio signal and the first transmission signal, for example, optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first transmission unit 1204 may include:
