背景技术
在专利号201110434008.5或201120538773.7的申请中,钢带轮是主要的传动部件之一,其公开资料显示“在钢带轮的外侧中心处均匀的设有一圈轮齿,轮齿的形状为方或圆形的锥状体,轮齿的顶部较为圆滑”。并且在附图中显示,钢带轮和轮齿是一体的。这种整体的钢带轮不仅加工难度大,而且对磨损的轮齿无法更换,因此,需要对钢带轮的结构重新设计,使其结构更加完善、简便实用。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种组装式钢带轮的制造和组装方法,结构由轮体和轮齿两部分组成。轮体采用上述专利中的钢带轮的无齿部分做轮体,在轮体的原轮齿处垂直钻孔,钻孔的直径等于原轮齿的底部直径。钻孔的深度大于轮齿的直径,在钻孔内攻有螺纹,螺纹供连接轮齿使用。轮齿的顶部形状为半圆球体,在轮齿的顶部设有内六角孔或一字、十字形起子(螺丝刀)孔,上述该孔供插入内六角扳手或所述的起子使用。轮齿的半圆球体的下部连接一段螺栓,螺栓的长度等于钻孔的深度,螺栓利用扳手或起子正好能够旋紧在钻孔内,以此使轮齿和轮体固定相连成一体。组装后的钢带轮,完全能够满足原专利中钢带轮的设计要求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,提供一种组装式钢带轮的制造和组装方法,结构由轮体1和轮齿2两部分组成。轮体1采用上述专利中的钢带轮的无齿部分做轮体,在轮体1的原轮齿3处垂直钻孔4,钻孔4的直径等于原轮齿3的底部直径。钻孔4的深度大于轮齿2的直径,在钻孔4内攻有螺纹,螺纹供连接轮齿2使用。轮齿2的顶部形状为半圆球体,在轮齿2的顶部设有内六角孔5或一字、十字形起子孔,上述该孔供插入内六角扳手或所述的起子使用。轮齿2的半圆球体的下部连接一段螺栓6,螺栓6的长度等于钻孔4的深度,螺栓6利用扳手或起子正好能够旋紧在钻孔4内,以此使轮齿2和轮体1固定相连成一体。组装后的钢带轮,完全能够满足原专利中钢带轮的设计要求。

1.一种组装式钢带轮的制造和组装方法,特征是:其结构由轮体(1)和轮齿(2)两部分组成;轮体(1)采用上述专利中的钢带轮的无齿部分做轮体,在轮体(1)的原轮齿(3)处垂直钻孔(4),钻孔(4)的直径等于原轮齿(3)的底部直径;钻孔(4)的深度大于轮齿(2)的直径,在钻孔(4)内攻有螺纹,螺纹供连接轮齿()2使用;轮齿(2)的顶部形状为半圆球体,在轮齿(2)的顶部设有内六角孔(5)或一字、十字形起子孔,上述该孔供插入内六角扳手或所述的起子使用;轮齿(2)的半圆球体的下部连接一段螺栓(6),螺栓(6)的长度等于钻孔(4)的深度,螺栓(6)利用扳手或起子正好能够旋紧在钻孔(4)内,以此使轮齿(2)和轮体(1)固定相连成一体;组装后的钢带轮,完全能够满足原专利中钢带轮的设计要求。
