本发明涉及一种烧花布的编制方法，包括布设于经编机上的三把不同走法的梳栉，其特征在于：其中第一把梳栉的垫纱数码为：1-0/1-11-0/1-21-1/1-2//；第二把梳栉的垫纱数码为：0-0/0-10-0/2-22-1/2-2//；第三把梳栉的垫纱数码为：5-5/0-0//。本发明下编织的烧花断纱易破洞，织造过程中容易发现，且结构组织结实，不脱圈，满足生产品质需求。

本发明涉及一种烧花布的编制方法，应用于烧花布编织。
背景技术
现有烧花布在编织过程采用如下垫纱数码编织，其中第一把梳栉的垫纱数码为：1-0/0-1 1-0/1-2 2-1/1-2//；第二把梳栉的垫纱数码为：0-0/1-1 0-0/2-2 1-1/2-2//；第三把梳栉的垫纱数码为：5-5/0-0// ，而采用上述垫纱数码编织的烧花布中断纱破洞不明显，织造中不易发现，而且衬纬组织易抽纱，这样极大影响了烧花布的编织质量，导致企业产品出现问题。因此，针对上述问题是本发明的研究目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种烧花布的编织方法，有助解决现有烧花布编织缺陷等问题。
本发明的特征在于：一种烧花布的编制方法，包括布设于经编机上的三把不同走法的梳栉，其特征在于：其中第一把梳栉的垫纱数码为：1-0/1-1 1-0/1-2 1-1/1-2//；第二把梳栉的垫纱数码为：0-0/0-1 0-0/2-2 2-1/2-2//；第三把梳栉的垫纱数码为：5-5/0-0//。
本发明的优点：
本发明下编织的烧花布断纱易破洞，织造过程中容易发现，且结构组织结实，不脱圈，满足生产品质需求。

参照图1，本发明涉及一种烧花布的编制方法，包括布设于经编机上的三把不同走法的梳栉，其中第一把梳栉的垫纱数码为：1-0/1-1 1-0/1-2 1-1/1-2//；第二把梳栉的垫纱数码为：0-0/0-1 0-0/2-2 2-1/2-2//；第三把梳栉的垫纱数码为：5-5/0-0//。
具体实施过程：本发明按照上述垫纱数码来进行编织，其中采用特利柯特经编机针间序号编织，而且导纱针梳栉横移机构在经编机的右面。在采用本发明下的编织方法，能有效在产品中发现断纱破洞，便于产品检验，而且编织出来的产品结构上更加牢固，不易脱圈，从而有效保障了产品生产质量。
