本发明公开了一种硬度高、耐磨性和耐热性好的包括刀架的碳化硼超硬车刀的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:将刀架材料放入石墨模具中;将刀具原料放入置有刀架材料的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;将刀具原料和刀架加压13~13.5Gpa,加温1700~1800℃,时间130~140秒。

一种包括刀架的碳化硼超硬车刀的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超硬车刀的制造方法。
背景技术
在现代加工技术不断发展的大潮下,加工材料的硬度和强度也在不断的提高。采用硬质合金和陶瓷工具在加工高硬度材料时就会出现硬度不足、耐磨性差等缺陷,从而影响使用寿命,并且难以达到加工要求。立方碳化硼具有硬度和导热性接近金刚石并具有与黑色金属的反应能力较金刚石低的优异性能,因此,在加工硬度高的黑色金属时,希望采用含有这种材料的刀具进行加工。采用这种材料能大大提高刀具的硬度、耐热性和耐磨性。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种硬度高、耐磨性和耐热性好的碳化硼超硬车刀的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将刀架材料放入入石墨模具中;
b.将刀具原料放入置有刀架材料的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;
c.将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;
d.将刀具原料和刀架加压13~13.5Gpa,加温1700~1800℃,时间130~140秒;
所述刀具原料由75%重量、粒度为1~10μm的立方碳化硼微粉,3%重量、纯度为99.5%以上的微晶粉末状的硼,10%重量、纯度为99.5%以上的微晶粉末状的二氧化硅,12%重量、具有金刚石结构的碳组成。
所述刀架的材料为陶瓷、镍基合金其中的一种。
本发明由于采用立方碳化硼为主要原料,并且加入了高纯度微晶粉末状的二氧化硅和硼,以及具有金刚石结构的碳,在超高压和高温条件下制备而成,硬度强,耐磨性和耐热性有显著提高,用于车削HRC为48~53之间的高硬度合金材料,尤其对镍铬合金材料效果更佳。
具体实施方式:
以下通过具体实施例详细描述本发明,但应当理解,下述实施例仅为了进一步说明本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1:
该车刀包括刀具和刀架,刀架材料为镍基合金,刀具由85%重量、粒度为6μm的立方碳化硼微粉,0.5%重量、纯度为99.6%的微晶粉末状的硼,5%重量、纯度为99.8%的微晶粉末状的二氧化硅,9.5%重量、具有金刚石结构的碳组成。
采用以下的制作方法:
a.将镍基合金刀架放入石墨模具中;
b.将刀具原料放入置有刀架的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;
c.将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;
d.将刀具原料加压13Gpa,加温1800℃,时间140秒。
实施例2:
该车刀包括刀具和刀架,刀架材料为陶瓷,刀具由80%重量、粒度为5μm的立方碳化硼微粉,2%重量、纯度为99.9%的微晶粉末状的硼,8%重量、纯度为99.9%的微晶粉末状的二氧化硅,10%重量、具有金刚石结构的碳组成。
采用以下的制作方法:
a.将陶瓷刀架放入石墨模具中;
b.将刀具原料放入置有刀架的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;
c.将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;
d.将刀具原料加压13.5Gpa,加温1900℃,时间130秒。
实施例3:
该车刀包括刀具和刀架,刀架材料为镍基合金,刀具由85%重量、粒度为6μm的立方碳化硼微粉,0.5%重量、纯度为99.6%的微晶粉末状的硼,5%重量、纯度为99.8%的微晶粉末状的二氧化硅,9.5%重量、具有金刚石结构的碳组成。
采用以下的制作方法:
a.将镍基合金刀架放入石墨模具中;
b.将刀具原料放入置有刀架的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;
c.将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;
d.将刀具原料加压12Gpa,加温1700℃,时间140秒。
实施例4:
该车刀包括刀具和刀架,刀架材料为陶瓷,刀具由80%重量、粒度为5μm的立方碳化硼微粉,2%重量、纯度为99.9%的微晶粉末状的硼,8%重量、纯度为99.9%的微晶粉末状的二氧化硅,10%重量、具有金刚石结构的碳组成。
采用以下的制作方法:
a.将陶瓷刀架放入石墨模具中;
b.将刀具原料放入置有刀架的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;
c.将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;
d.将刀具原料加压11.5Gpa,加温1600℃,时间150秒。
本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种包括刀架的碳化硼超硬车刀的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将刀架材料放入入石墨模具中;
b.将刀具原料放入置有刀架材料的石墨模具中,石墨模具由石墨密封;
c.将模具放入超高压合成腔体中,形成超高压组装块;
d.将刀具原料和刀架加压13~13.5Gpa,加温1700~1800℃,时间130~140秒;
所述刀具原料由75%重量、粒度为1~10μm的立方碳化硼微粉,3%重量、纯度为99.5%以上的微晶粉末状的硼,10%重量、纯度为99.5%以上的微晶粉末状的二氧化硅,12%重量、具有金刚石结构的碳组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的立方碳化硼车刀,其特征在于,所述刀架的材料为陶瓷、镍基合金其中的一种。
