Abstract

本发明涉及一种脊柱内固定可调横连装置,具有固定螺母、压紧螺母、胀紧环和可调横连杆;所述固定螺母安装在椎弓根钉上;所述可调横连杆与胀紧环之间为球面配合接触;所述压紧螺母压紧胀紧环。本发明为一种低切迹横连装置,横连装置直接安装在椎弓根螺钉上方并可兼作顶丝用,横连杆的角度在横断面、冠状面、矢状面内可调节,可有效避让脊髓后弓,避免压迫脊髓;横连杆长度也可调节,以适应不同病人椎体解剖结构尺寸差异。

本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别涉及一种脊柱内固定可调横连装置。
背景技术
颈椎椎间盘向后方突出可压迫脊髓,临床治疗时可切开椎板并作内固定进行后路减压减轻或消除病症。由于椎板切开后脊髓后弓,常规内固定的横连装置常压迫脊髓,且横连装置切迹较高时,术后病人异物感明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,方向万向可调,长度可调,适用范围广的脊柱内固定可调横连装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种脊柱内固定可调横连装置,具有固定螺母、压紧螺母、胀紧环和可调横连杆;所述固定螺母安装在椎弓根钉上;所述可调横连杆与胀紧环之间为球面配合接触;所述压紧螺母压紧胀紧环;所述胀紧环胀开并与可调横连杆紧密贴合固定。
上述技术方案所述胀紧环为呈“C”形的开口结构。
上述技术方案所述可调横连杆两端的螺纹的螺旋方向相反。
上述技术方案所述可调横连杆的长度可调,可调横连杆的中部具有调节螺母。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
本发明为一种低切迹横连装置,横连装置直接安装在椎弓根螺钉上方并可兼作顶丝用,横连杆的角度在横断面、冠状面、矢状面内可调节,可有效避让脊髓后弓,避免压迫脊髓;横连杆长度也可调节,以适应不同病人椎体解剖结构尺寸差异。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1,本发明具有固定螺母1、压紧螺母2、胀紧环3和可调横连杆4;固定螺母1安装在椎弓根钉上;胀紧环3为呈“C”形的开口结构,可调横连杆4与胀紧环3之间为球面配合接触;压紧螺母2压紧胀紧环3,使胀紧环3胀开并与可调横连杆4紧密贴合以固定。可调横连杆4两端的螺纹的螺旋方向相反,可调横连杆4的长度可调,可调横连杆4的中部具有调节螺母5。
本发明的工作原理为:固定螺母1安装在椎弓根钉上,兼作顶丝用以压紧连接棒,方便医生操作减小切迹;可调横连杆4与胀紧环3之间采用球面配合,可调横连杆4可以绕球心转动一定角度以避让脊髓后弓;胀紧环3为开口设计,内部与固定螺母1采用锥面配合,当可调横连杆4角度调整完成后,拧入压紧螺母2,压紧胀紧环3使之膨胀与可调横连杆4端部内球面紧密接触、固定;可调横连杆4两端螺纹旋向相反,旋转中部可调节横连杆长度,以适应不同病人椎体解剖结构尺寸差异。

2.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱内固定可调横连装置,其特征在于:所述胀紧环(3)为呈“C”形的开口结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱内固定可调横连装置,其特征在于:所述可调横连杆(4)两端的螺纹的螺旋方向相反。
