本发明涉及一种油管接头,属于接头技术领域。包括左连接管和右连接管,所述左连接管一端设置有左连接头,同时所述左连接头上设置有F型左榫头;所述右连接管一端设置有右连接头,同时所述右连接头上设置有与F型左榫头相互配合的右榫头;所述左连接管、右连接管通过螺栓组件穿过左连接孔和右连接孔相连接,且所述左榫头与右榫头之间设置有防漏垫圈。本发明不仅防漏油效果好,而且刚性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油管接头,属于接头技术领域。
背景技术
目前,现有的油管接头通过螺栓组件将左、右连接管给连接起来,这种油管接头存在有以下缺点:1.油管的连接部位刚性较低,易折断。2.油管接头由于是组合而成,因此在结合部其密封效果差,易漏油。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题的不足,提出一种防漏油、刚性高的油管接头。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种油管接头,包括左连接管和右连接管,所述左连接管一端设置有左连接头,且所述左连接头的外径大于左连接管的外径,同时所述左连接头与左连接管相背离的侧面上设置有F型左榫头;所述右连接管一端设置有右连接头,且所述右连接头的外径大于右连接管的外径,同时所述右连接头与右连接管相背离的侧面上设置有与F型左榫头相互配合的右榫头;所述左连接头、右连接头分别沿周向均匀开设有左连接孔和右连接孔,且所述左连接孔和右连接孔相对应;所述左连接管、右连接管通过螺栓组件穿过左连接孔和右连接孔相连接,且所述左榫头与右榫头之间设置有防漏垫圈。
优选的:所述左连接孔和右连接孔的个数均为8个。
优选的:所述防漏垫圈为铜垫圈。
本发明的一种油管接头,相比现有技术,具有以下有益效果:1.由于所述左连接头与左连接管相背离的侧面上设置有F型左榫头,所述右连接头与右连接管相背离的侧面上设置有与F型左榫头相互配合的右榫头,因此左、右连接管连接时,由于F型榫头的作用,因而其连接部位的刚性高。2.由于所述左榫头与右榫头之间设置有防漏垫圈,因此在左右榫头间的防漏垫圈就有四个,因此其防漏油效果好。

本实施例的一种油管接头,如图1-3所示,包括左连接管和右连接管,所述左连接管一端设置有左连接头,且所述左连接头的外径大于左连接管的外径,同时所述左连接头与左连接管相背离的侧面上设置有F型左榫头;所述右连接管一端设置有右连接头,且所述右连接头的外径大于右连接管的外径,同时所述右连接头与右连接管相背离的侧面上设置有与F型左榫头相互配合的右榫头;所述左连接头、右连接头分别沿周向均匀开设有左连接孔和右连接孔,且所述左连接孔和右连接孔相对应;所述左连接管、右连接管通过螺栓组件穿过左连接孔和右连接孔相连接,且所述左榫头与右榫头之间设置有防漏垫圈。
所述左连接孔和右连接孔的个数均为8个。
所述防漏垫圈为铜垫圈。

1.一种油管接头,其特征在于:包括左连接管和右连接管,所述左连接管一端设置有左连接头,且所述左连接头的外径大于左连接管的外径,同时所述左连接头与左连接管相背离的侧面上设置有F型左榫头;所述右连接管一端设置有右连接头,且所述右连接头的外径大于右连接管的外径,同时所述右连接头与右连接管相背离的侧面上设置有与F型左榫头相互配合的右榫头;所述左连接头、右连接头分别沿周向均匀开设有左连接孔和右连接孔,且所述左连接孔和右连接孔相对应;所述左连接管、右连接管通过螺栓组件穿过左连接孔和右连接孔相连接,且所述左榫头与右榫头之间设置有防漏垫圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述油管接头,其特征在于:所述左连接孔和右连接孔的个数均为8个。
3.根据权利要求2所述油管接头,其特征在于:所述防漏垫圈为铜垫圈。
