Abstract

本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板(2)、设于背板(2)内的导光板(4)、于导光板(4)侧边设于背板(2)内的背光源(6)、设于背光源(6)与导光板(4)之间的量子条(8)及固定量子条(8)的固定架(10),所述固定架(10)固定安装于背板(2)上,该固定架(10)上对应量子条(8)设有槽部(102),所述量子条(8)的一侧通过粘贴的方式安装于该槽部(102)内。本发明的背光模组,通过设置固定架将量子条固定安装于背光模组的背光源与导光板之间,有效提升背光模组的色彩饱和度,且固定件结构简单,成本低,能有效保护量子条,避免在外力作用下量子条偏转、损坏等现象的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及平面显示领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlight module)。传统的液晶面板的结构是由一彩色滤光片基板(Color Filter)、一薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Array Substrate,TFT Array Substrate)以及一配置于两基板间的液晶层(Liquid Crystal Layer)所构成,其工作原理是通过在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶层的液晶分子的旋转,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将发光光源例如阴极萤光灯管(Cold CathodeFluorescent Lamp,CCFL)或发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)设置在液晶面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘处,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(Light Guide Plate,LGP)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,再经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
随着社会的发展,现在用户对液晶显示装所显示的画面的质量要求越来越高,为了提升画面的色彩饱和度,通过改善背光单元中灯条的色度,就可以提升画面的色彩饱和度,现有的技术是在背光模组中上安装量子条。
请参阅图1和图2,图1为量子条的立体结构示意图,图2为量子条的剖面结构示意图,如图2所示,量子条包括有效区100与玻璃封装外围300,量子条横截面呈椭圆形,因此在背光模组组装过程及运输过程中容易产生量子条翻转,导致出现光效果异常的现象,同时由于量子条是玻璃封装处理,容易破损,因此在模组结构设计中需要设计量子条固定支架,起到固定量子条、防止量子条弯曲偏转、对量子条进行隔热保护等成为一种必须。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组,其结构简单、成本低,且能有效提高色彩饱和度高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、设于背板内的导光板、于导光板侧边设于背板内的背光源、设于背光源与导光板之间的量子条及固定量子条的固定架,所述固定架固定安装于背板上,该固定架上对应量子条一侧的外形设有槽部,所述量子条的一侧通过粘贴的方式安装于该槽部内。
所述量子条的另一侧上设有反射片。
所述量子条的一侧通过双面胶粘贴于该槽部内。
所述背板包括底板及连接底板的侧板,所述底板与侧板围成一容置空间,所述导光板、背光源、量子条及固定架均容置于该容置空间内。
所述固定架固定安装于所述背板的底板上。
所述固定架通过螺钉锁合方式固定安装于所述背板的底板上。
还包括设于背板的底板与导光板之间的底反射片、设于导光板上方的光学膜片组及安装于背板上的胶框。
所述胶框上对应量子条设有挡靠部,所述挡靠部上设有开口,所述量子条的另一侧抵靠于该开口内。
在所述胶框与量子条之间设有缓冲部,所述量子条的另一侧抵靠于该缓冲部上。
所述背光源安装于所述侧板上,该背光源与侧板之间还设有散热片。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的背光模组,通过设置固定架将量子条固定安装于背光模组的背光源与导光板之间,有效提升背光模组的色彩饱和度,且固定件结构简单,成本低,能有效保护量子条,避免在外力作用下量子条偏转、损坏等现象的发生。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图3,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括:背板2、设于背板2内的导光板4、于导光板4侧边设于背板2内的背光源6、设于背光源6与导光板4之间的量子条8及固定量子条8的固定架10,所述固定架10固定安装于背板2上,该固定架10上对应量子条8一侧的外形设有槽部102,所述量子条8的一侧通过粘贴的方式安装于该槽部102内。通过在背板2上设置固定架10将量子条8粘贴固定于固定架10上,结构简单,成本低。
具体地,所述背板2包括底板22及连接底板22的侧板24,所述底板22与侧板24围成一容置空间224,所述导光板4、背光源6、量子条8及固定架10均容置于该容置空间224内。在本实施例中,所述量子条8的横截面呈椭圆形,所述槽部102为弧形槽。
所述固定架10固定安装于所述背板2的底板22上。所述量子条8的一侧通过双面胶粘14贴于该槽部102内。在本实施例中,所述固定架10通过螺钉锁合方式固定安装于所述背板2的底板22上。
组装时,可以先将固定架10安装于背板2内,再将量子条8粘贴于固定架10上;也可以先将量子条8粘贴于固定架10上,再将固定架10与量子条8一起安装于背板2内。
进一步地,所述量子条8的另一侧上设有反射片12。以防止光线从量子条8的另一侧射出,进而在提高背光模组色彩饱和度的同时保证了背光模组的光照强度。
值得一提的是,本发明的背光模组还包括设于背板2的底板22与导光板4之间的底反射片16、设于导光板上4方的光学膜片组18及安装于背板2上的胶框20。所述背光源安6装于所述侧板24上,该背光源6与侧板24之间还设有散热片62。
请参阅图4,为本发明背光模组第二实施例的剖面结构示意图,在本实施例中,所述胶框20’上对应量子条8设有挡靠部202,所述挡靠部202上设有开口222,所述量子条8的另一侧抵靠于该开口222内。通过在胶框20’上设置挡靠部202,进一步定位固定量子条8,有效避免在外力作用下量子条偏转、损坏等现象的发生,进而有效提高背光模组的品质。
请参阅图5,为本发明背光模组第三实施例的剖面结构示意图,在本实施例中,所述胶框20’’与量子条8之间设有缓冲部26,所述量子条8的另一侧抵靠于该缓冲部26上。通过设置缓冲部26,以缓冲量子条8,有效避免在外力作用下量子条偏转、损坏等现象的发生,进而有效提高背光模组的品质。
综上所述,本发明的背光模组,通过设置固定架将量子条固定安装于背光模组的背光源与导光板之间,有效提升背光模组的色彩饱和度,且固定件结构简单,成本低,能有效保护量子条,避免在外力作用下量子条偏转、损坏等现象的发生。

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板(2)、设于背板(2)内的导光板(4)、于导光板(4)侧边设于背板(2)内的背光源(6)、设于背光源(6)与导光板(4)之间的量子条(8)及固定量子条(8)的固定架(10),所述固定架(10)固定安装于背板(2)上,该固定架(10)上对应量子条(8)设有槽部(102),所述量子条(8)的一侧通过粘贴的方式安装于该槽部(102)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子条(8)的另一侧上设有反射片(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子条(8)的一侧通过双面胶粘(14)贴于该槽部(102)内。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板(2)包括底板(22)及连接底板(22)的侧板(24),所述底板(22)与侧板(24)围成一容置空间(224),所述导光板(4)、背光源(6)、量子条(8)及固定架(10)均容置于该容置空间(224)内。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述固定架(10)固定安装于所述背板(2)的底板(22)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述固定架(10)通过螺钉锁合方式固定安装于所述背板(2)的底板(22)上。
7.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设于背板(2)的底板(22)与导光板(4)之间的底反射片(16)、设于导光板上(4)方的光学膜片组(18)及安装于背板(2)上的胶框(20)。
8.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述胶框(20’)上对应量子条(8)设有挡靠部(202),所述挡靠部(202)上设有开口(222),所述量子条(8)的另一侧抵靠于该开口(222)内。
9.如权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述胶框(20’’)与量子条(8)之间设有缓冲部(26),所述量子条(8)的另一侧抵靠于该缓冲部(26)上。
10.如权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光源(6)安装于所述侧板(24)上,该背光源(6)与侧板(24)之间还设有散热片(62)。
