Abstract

本发明提供一种灯条及用该灯条的背光模组,所述灯条包括:电路板(2)、固定安装于电路板(2)上的量子条(4)及于电路板(2)与量子条(4)之间安装于电路板(2)上的灯源(6),所述灯源(6)电性连接于所述电路板(2)。本发明灯条及用该灯条的背光模组,通过在灯条的电路板上设置卡合件,将量子条直接卡合于电路板上,在提高色彩饱和度的同时简化了固定结构,有效降低了生产成本,同时,将卡合件设置为弹性部件,能有效保护量子条,避免量子条在外力的作用下损坏,同时,简化了安装制程,进一步降低了生产成本。

灯条及用该灯条的背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及平面显示领域,尤其涉及一种灯条及用该灯条的背光模组。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlightmodule)。传统的液晶面板的结构是由一彩色滤光片基板(ColorFilter)、一薄膜晶体管阵列基板(ThinFilmTransistorArraySubstrate,TFTArraySubstrate)以及一配置于两基板间的液晶层(LiquidCrystalLayer)所构成,其工作原理是通过在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶层的液晶分子的旋转,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将发光光源例如阴极萤光灯管(ColdCathodeFluorescentLamp,CCFL)或发光二极管(LightEmittingDiode,LED)设置在液晶面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Lightbar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘处,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(LightGuidePlate,LGP)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,再经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
随着社会的发展,现在用户对液晶显示装所显示的画面的质量要求越来越高,为了提升画面的色彩饱和度,通过改善背光单元中灯条的色度,就可以提升画面的色彩饱和度,现有的技术是在背光模组中上安装量子条。然而安装量子条需要设置特定的安装件,这就增加了背光模组的结构的复杂性,增加了生产成本和组装成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种灯条,其将量子条安装于电路板上,有效提升画面的色彩饱和度,且结构简单,成本较低。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种背光模组,其色彩饱和度高,有效满足用户需求,且结构简单,易组装,有效降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种灯条,包括:电路板、固定安装于电路板上的量子条及于电路板与量子条之间安装于电路板上的灯源,所述灯源电性连接于所述电路板。
所述电路板上设有数个卡合件,所述量子条卡合安装于所述卡合件内。
所述卡合件通过表面贴装技术固定安装于电路板上。
每一卡合件包括固定安装于电路板上的安装部及设于安装部自由端的卡合部,所述卡合部上设有卡合槽,所述量子条卡合于所述卡合槽内。
所述卡合部由弹性材料制成。
本发明还提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、安装于背板内的导光板及安装于背板内的灯条,所述灯条包括电路板、固定安装于电路板上的量子条及于电路板与量子条之间安装于电路板上的灯源,所述灯源电性连接于所述电路板。
所述电路板上设有卡合件,所述量子条卡合安装于所述卡合件内。
所述卡合件通过表面贴装技术固定安装于电路板上。
所述卡合件包括固定安装于电路板上的安装部及设于安装部自由端的卡合部,所述卡合部上设有卡合槽,所述量子条卡合于所述卡合槽内。
所述卡合部由弹性材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明灯条及用该灯条的背光模组,通过在灯条的电路板上设置卡合件,将量子条直接卡合于电路板上,在提高色彩饱和度的同时简化了固定结构,有效降低了生产成本,同时,将卡合件设置为弹性部件,能有效保护量子条,避免量子条在外力的作用下损坏,同时,简化了安装制程,进一步降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明提供一种灯条,其包括:电路板2、固定安装于电路板2上的量子条4及于电路板2与量子条4之间安装于电路板2上的灯源6,所述灯源6电性连接于所述电路板2。本发明中将量子条4之间安装于电路板2上,在增加灯条色彩饱和度的同时,简化了安装结构,降低了生产成本。
请参阅图1,所述电路板2上设有数个卡合件22,所述量子条4卡合安装于所述卡合件22内。在本实施例中,所述卡合件22通过表面贴装技术(SurfaceMountTechnology,SMT)固定安装于电路板2上。所述量子条4通过卡合的方式固定安装于电路板2上,安装简易,有效降低了组装成本。
具体地,在本实施例中,每一卡合件22包括固定安装于电路板2上的安装部222及设于安装部222自由端的卡合部224,所述卡合部224上设有卡合槽226,所述量子条4卡合于所述卡合槽226内。进一步地,在本实施例中,整个所述卡合件22由弹性材料制成。在其它实施例中,也可以只有卡合部224由弹性材料制成。
组装时,将量子条4由电路板2的一端插入卡合槽226内,由于卡合部224由弹性材料制成,使得该卡合槽226的开口大小可变,进而使得量子条4较易插入,当量子条4完全插入该些卡合槽226时,在弹力作用下,卡合槽226紧紧卡住量子条4,使得该量子条4稳固地安装于电路板2上,避免在运输过程中量子条4脱落,而对量子条4造成损坏。
请参阅图3,并参考图1及图2,本发明还提供一种背光模组,包括:背板20、安装于背板20内的导光板40及安装于背板20内的灯条60,所述灯条60包括电路板2、固定安装于电路板2上的量子条4及于电路板2与量子条4之间安装于电路板2上的灯源6,所述灯源6电性连接于所述电路板2。本发明中将量子条4之间安装于电路板2上,在增加灯条色彩饱和度的同时,简化了安装结构,降低了生产成本。
请参阅图1,所述电路板2上设有数个卡合件22,所述量子条4卡合安装于所述卡合件22内。在本实施例中,所述卡合件22通过表面贴装技术固定安装于电路板2上。所述量子条4通过卡合的方式固定安装于电路板2上,安装简易,有效降低了组装成本。
具体地,在本实施例中,每一卡合件22包括固定安装于电路板2上的安装部222及设于安装部222自由端的卡合部224,所述卡合部224上设有卡合槽226,所述量子条4卡合于所述卡合槽226内。进一步地,在本实施例中,所述卡合部224由弹性材料制成。
组装时,将量子条4由电路板2的一端插入卡合槽226内,由于卡合部224由弹性材料制成,使得该卡合槽226的开口大小可变,进而使得量子条4较易插入,当量子条4完全插入该些卡合槽226时,在弹力作用下,卡合槽226紧紧卡住量子条4,使得该量子条4稳固地安装于电路板2上,避免在运输过程中量子条4脱落,而对量子条4造成损坏。
值得一提的是,所述背光模组还包括设于导光板40下方的底反射片80及设于导光板40上方的光学膜片组90,所述底反射片80用于将灯条60发出的光线反射回导光板40,提高背光模组的光照强度,所述光学膜片组90用于均匀化所述光线,进而提高背光模组的光照均匀性。
综上所述,本发明灯条及用该灯条的背光模组,通过在灯条的电路板上设置卡合件,将量子条直接卡合于电路板上,在提高色彩饱和度的同时简化了固定结构,有效降低了生产成本,同时,将卡合件设置为弹性部件,能有效保护量子条,避免量子条在外力的作用下损坏,同时,简化了安装制程,进一步降低了生产成本。

Claims (2)

1.一种灯条,其特征在于,包括:电路板(2)、固定安装于电路板(2)上的量子条(4)及于电路板(2)与量子条(4)之间安装于电路板(2)上的灯源(6),所述灯源(6)电性连接于所述电路板(2);
所述电路板(2)上设有数个卡合件(22),所述量子条(4)卡合安装于所述卡合件(22)内;
所述卡合件(22)通过表面贴装技术固定安装于电路板(2)上;
每一卡合件(22)包括固定安装于电路板(2)上的安装部(222)及设于安装部(222)自由端的卡合部(224),所述卡合部(224)上设有卡合槽(226),所述量子条(4)卡合于所述卡合槽(226)内;
所述安装部(222)连接所述卡合部(224)的背部与所述电路板(2);
所述卡合部(224)由弹性材料制成;所述卡合槽(226)的开口大小可变。
2.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板(20)、安装于背板(20)内的导光板(40)及安装于背板(20)内的灯条(60),所述灯条(60)包括电路板(2)、固定安装于电路板(2)上的量子条(4)及于电路板(2)与量子条(4)之间安装于电路板(2)上的灯源(6),所述灯源(6)电性连接于所述电路板(2);
所述电路板(2)上设有数个卡合件(22),所述量子条(4)卡合安装于所述卡合件(22)内;
所述卡合件(22)通过表面贴装技术固定安装于电路板(2)上;
每一卡合件(22)包括固定安装于电路板(2)上的安装部(222)及设于安装部(222)自由端的卡合部(224),所述卡合部(224)上设有卡合槽(226),所述量子条(4)卡合于所述卡合槽(226)内;
所述安装部(222)连接所述卡合部(224)的背部与所述电路板(2);
所述卡合部(224)由弹性材料制成;所述卡合槽(226)的开口大小可变。
