本发明公开了一种油田污水处理剂及其制备方法,处理剂包括以下重量份计的原料:碳酸氢钠10~20份、三氧化二铝20~35份、薄荷酮22~25份、聚丙烯酰胺30~40份、炭黑10~20份、氢氧化钙9~18份、丁烷20~30份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚40~50份、月桂醇硫酸钠40~60份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10~15份、丙二醇25~30份、过氧化还原酶15~25份、碳酸钠20~22份、表面活性剂10~30份。其制备方法是将碳酸氢钠、三氧化二铝、薄荷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、炭黑、氢氧化钙、丁烷、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,加入剩余组分混合均匀。本发明能够有效去除油田污水中的COD,基本上清除所有的氨氮和油。

Description

一种油田污水处理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种污水处理剂,尤其涉及一种油田污水处理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
    油田污水是指在采用注水开采的油田,从注水井注人油层的水,其中大部分通过采油井随原油一起回到地面,这部分水在原油外运和外输前必须加以脱除,脱出的污水中含有原油。随着油田开采年代的增长,采水液的含水率不断上升,有的区块已达到90%以上,这些含油污水已成为油田的主要注水水源。油田污水主要包括油污泥堆放场所的渗滤水、洗涤设备的污水、油田地表径流雨水、生活污水以及事故性泄露和排放引起的污染水体等。油田污水难以处理,对环境造成危害。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种油田污水处理剂,能够有效去除油田污水中的COD,基本上清除所有的氨氮和油,效果显著。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种油田污水处理剂,包括以下重量份计的原料:碳酸氢钠10~20份、三氧化二铝20~35份、薄荷酮22~25份、聚丙烯酰胺30~40份、炭黑10~20份、氢氧化钙9~18份、丁烷20~30份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚40~50份、月桂醇硫酸钠40~60份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10~15份、丙二醇25~30份、过氧化还原酶15~25份、碳酸钠20~22份、表面活性剂10~30份。
作为优选,表面活性剂是烷基苯磺酸盐或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐。
作为优选,烷基苯磺酸盐是烷基苯磺酸钠或烷基苯磺酸钾。
作为优选,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铜或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸镁。
本发明还提供了上述油田污水处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳酸氢钠、三氧化二铝、薄荷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、炭黑、氢氧化钙、丁烷、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯、丙二醇、过氧化还原酶、碳酸钠、表面活性剂混合均匀,即可。
    本发明对于油田的污水具有很好的净化作用,能够有效去除油田污水中的COD,基本上清除所有的氨氮和油,效果突出。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种油田污水处理剂,包括以下重量份计的原料:碳酸氢钠10份、三氧化二铝20份、薄荷酮22份、聚丙烯酰胺30份、炭黑10份、氢氧化钙9份、丁烷20份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚40份、月桂醇硫酸钠40份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10份、丙二醇25份、过氧化还原酶15份、碳酸钠20份、表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸钠10份。
上述油田污水处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳酸氢钠、三氧化二铝、薄荷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、炭黑、氢氧化钙、丁烷、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯、丙二醇、过氧化还原酶、碳酸钠、表面活性剂混合均匀,即可。
实施例2
一种油田污水处理剂,包括以下重量份计的原料:碳酸氢钠20份、三氧化二铝35份、薄荷酮25份、聚丙烯酰胺40份、炭黑20份、氢氧化钙18份、丁烷30份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚50份、月桂醇硫酸钠60份、单硬脂酸甘油酯15份、丙二醇30份、过氧化还原酶25份、碳酸钠22份、表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸镁30份。
    上述油田污水处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳酸氢钠、三氧化二铝、薄荷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、炭黑、氢氧化钙、丁烷、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯、丙二醇、过氧化还原酶、碳酸钠、表面活性剂混合均匀,即可。
实施例3
一种油田污水处理剂,包括以下重量份计的原料:碳酸氢钠15份、三氧化二铝30份、薄荷酮23份、聚丙烯酰胺35份、炭黑15份、氢氧化钙15份、丁烷25份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚45份、月桂醇硫酸钠50份、单硬脂酸甘油酯12份、丙二醇28份、过氧化还原酶20份、碳酸钠21份、表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铜20份。
    上述油田污水处理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碳酸氢钠、三氧化二铝、薄荷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、炭黑、氢氧化钙、丁烷、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯、丙二醇、过氧化还原酶、碳酸钠、表面活性剂混合均匀,即可。
性能测试
化学需氧量(COD):根据国标GB11914-89 中规定的重铬酸盐法测定。
氨氮:根据国标GB7479-87 中规定的纳氏试剂比色法测定。
油:根据国标GB/T16488-1996 中规定的红外分光光度法测定。
将实施例1~3中所得到的油田污水处理剂用于处理油田污水,然后按照上述性能测试中测试COD、氨氮和油的方法对处理前和处理后的油田废水进行采样分析测试,结果如下。
结论:本发明对于油田的污水具有很好的净化作用,能够有效去除油田污水中的COD,基本上清除所有的氨氮和油,效果突出。

Claims (5)

1.一种油田污水处理剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份计的原料:碳酸氢钠10~20份、三氧化二铝20~35份、薄荷酮22~25份、聚丙烯酰胺30~40份、炭黑10~20份、氢氧化钙9~18份、丁烷20~30份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚40~50份、月桂醇硫酸钠40~60份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10~15份、丙二醇25~30份、过氧化还原酶15~25份、碳酸钠20~22份和表面活性剂10~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油田污水处理剂,其特征在于:表面活性剂是烷基苯磺酸盐或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油田污水处理剂,其特征在于:烷基苯磺酸盐是烷基苯磺酸钠或烷基苯磺酸钾。
4.根据权利要求2所述的油田污水处理剂,其特征在于:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铜或烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸镁。
5.权利要求1所述的油田污水处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将碳酸氢钠、三氧化二铝、薄荷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、炭黑、氢氧化钙、丁烷、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合均匀,然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯、丙二醇、过氧化还原酶、碳酸钠、表面活性剂混合均匀,即可。
