目前,生物颗粒制粒机的成本很高,其中的滚筒内壁光滑,容易粘接颗粒,而且制粒的效果也不好,容易造成颗粒不均匀完整,加工效率低。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种制粒机构滚筒。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种制粒机构滚筒,包括滚筒本体,所述滚筒本体内壁设有多个均匀分布的圆形凹槽,所述圆形凹槽内设有切割刀片。
优选的,所述圆形凹槽直径为18-23mm。
优选的,所述切割刀片为金属陶瓷制成。
本发明的有益效果:本装置结构简单,制粒效果好,颗粒均匀,不易粘接在滚筒内,提高了加工效率。

图 1所示为一种制粒机构滚筒,包括滚筒本体1,所述滚筒本体1内壁设有多个均匀分布的圆形凹槽2,所述圆形凹槽2内设有切割刀片3。所述圆形凹槽2直径为18-23mm。这样便于颗粒成型加工。所述切割刀片3为金属陶瓷制成。减少了磨损,提高了加工效率。
