Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物。该中药组合物选择中药过坛龙、辫子草根、蕨麻、还阳草根、刀豆、羽叶丁香、金雀花、杨梅树、锡叶藤、赤地榆。治成汤剂。通过我院临床试验,中医认为慢性溃疡性结肠炎属于“久痢、泄泻、肠风、肠癖”等范畴,多因外感湿邪、饮食不当、情志失调、禀赋不足所致。脾肾两虚是本,湿、寒、热、气滞、血瘀等为标。通过我院临床试验,治疗组痊愈率、总有效率分别54.3%、97.8%,明显优于对照组痊愈率、总有效率分别23.9%、73.9%,而且副作用小,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物,尤其涉及一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
慢性溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因不明的直肠和结肠炎性疾病,病程长,病情轻重不一,易反复发作。该病为临床较常见病,发病机制目前尚不清楚,可能与自身免疫和遗传因素有关,主要病理改变以黏膜充血、水肿、溃疡为主。西医内科常以服用柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)进行治疗,近期和远期疗效不甚理想,复发率高,而且长期用可引起胃肠道反应:恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、腹胀、腹泻等副作用。中医治疗把握病机,辨证施医,脾肾双补,标本兼治,取得了良好的治疗效果,另外中药治疗具有价格低,无副作用,不易复发等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物。中医认为慢性溃疡性结肠炎属于“久痢、泄泻、肠风、肠癖”等范畴,多因外感湿邪、饮食不当、情志失调、禀赋不足所致。脾肾两虚是本,湿、寒、热、气滞、血瘀等为标。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,该治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成:过坛龙15-25份、辫子草根25-30份、蕨麻16-22份、还阳草根15-25份、刀豆9-15份、羽叶丁香4-5份、金雀花3-9份、杨梅树9-15份、锡叶藤6-15份、赤地榆9-15份。
优选的,过坛龙20份、辫子草根27份、蕨麻19份、还阳草根20份、刀豆12份、羽叶丁香4.5份、金雀花6份、杨梅树12份、锡叶藤10份、赤地榆12份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中:过坛龙清热利湿、散瘀消肿;辫子草根清热利湿、止血通络;蕨麻益气补血、健脾益胃、生津止渴、利湿;还阳草根补益气血、健脾利湿;刀豆温中下气、益肝补元;羽叶丁香降气温中暖肾;金雀花滋阴、和血、健脾;杨梅树收敛止泻、止血止痛、消炎;锡叶藤收敛止泻、止血、生肌收口;赤地榆涩肠、止血、止痛、消炎。
临床资料
1、一般资料92例患者均符合慢性溃疡性结肠炎诊断标准,随机分成治疗组和对照组各46例。治疗组:男25例,女21例,年龄20~60岁,平均41.2岁,病程6个月~9年。对照组:男26例,女20例,年龄18~61岁,平均42.6岁,病程6个月~9年。两组在性别、年龄、病程、病情等方面无显著差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。
2、诊断标准具有慢性腹泻、粘液血便、腹痛,呈慢性反复发作性或持续性,伴有不同程度的全身症状;病史在3个月以上;钡灌肠见结肠管缩短,结肠袋消失,结肠呈管状外观,部分病例有多发性假性息肉表现;纤维结肠镜检查见受累结肠黏膜呈现多发性浅表溃疡,伴有充血,水肿;大便培养排除菌痢、阿米巴痢疾、血吸虫病、肠结核等特异性感染性结肠炎及肉芽肿性结肠炎。
3、治疗方法治疗组患者服用本发明所述的中药组合物,称取过坛龙20g、辫子草根27g、蕨麻19g、还阳草根20g、刀豆12g、羽叶丁香4.5g、金雀花6g、杨梅树12g、锡叶藤10g、赤地榆12g。水煎成汤剂,每日一剂,分早晚2次服用。对照组患者口服柳氮磺吡啶,一日2g,分3-4次服用。两周一疗程,两组疗程均为4个疗程。
4、疗效标准治愈:临床症状消失,大便常规检查连续3次正常,结肠镜或钡灌肠肠黏膜恢复正常。停药后观察6个月无复发。显效:临床症状基本消失,结肠镜或钡灌肠检查肠黏膜轻度炎症反应及部分假息肉形成,大便常规正常或见红细胞、白细胞在5个以下。有效:临床症状、结肠镜或钡灌肠检查肠黏膜病变有所好转,大便常规正常或见红细胞、白细胞在5个以上、10个以下。无效:临床症状和结肠镜等检查无改善。
5、治疗结果治疗4个疗程后,两组治疗两个疗程后疗效比较,治疗组46例,其中治愈25例(54.3%),显效11例(23.9%),有效9例(19.6%),无效1例(2.2%),总有效率97.8%;对照组46例,其中治愈11例(23.9%),显效7例(15.2%),有效16例(34.8%),无效12例(26.1%),总有效率73.9%。两组比较,治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组,具有可比性(P<0.05)。
具体实施方式
实施例一:称取过坛龙20g、辫子草根27g、蕨麻19g、还阳草根20g、刀豆12g、羽叶丁香4。5g、金雀花6g、杨梅树12g、锡叶藤10g、赤地榆12g。将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例二:称取过坛龙25g、辫子草根25g、蕨麻16g、还阳草根15g、刀豆15g、羽叶丁香4g、金雀花9g、杨梅树9g、锡叶藤15g、赤地榆9g。将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例三:称取过坛龙15g、辫子草根30g、蕨麻22g、还阳草根25g、刀豆9g、羽叶丁香5g、金雀花3g、杨梅树15g、锡叶藤6g、赤地榆15g。将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物,其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成:过坛龙15-25份、辫子草根25-30份、蕨麻16-22份、还阳草根15-25份、刀豆9-15份、羽叶丁香4-5份、金雀花3-9份、杨梅树9-15份、锡叶藤6-15份、赤地榆9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药组合物其特征在于过坛龙20份、辫子草根27份、蕨麻19份、还阳草根20份、刀豆12份、羽叶丁香4.5份、金雀花6份、杨梅树12份、锡叶藤10份、赤地榆12份。
