Abstract
一种快速冷冻系统包括用于将冷空气吹向其中放置食品的隔室的风扇和适于改变空气通道的横截面积以增加或减小空气流的速度的至少一个可调式挡板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包括用于朝其中放置食品的隔室吹冷风的风扇的快速冷冻系统。本发明还涉及制冷器具,特别是无霜冷冻机,其中安装有上述快速冷冻系统。
背景技术
快速冷冻或速冻是冷藏机领域所熟知的,并且它是其中蒸发器(通常为翅片蒸发器)下游的冷空气被风扇以某种方式施力以围绕待冷冻食品流动的过程。
大量已知的速冻机/急冷机系统将整个隔室专用于执行诸如急冷的多个食品保藏过程。考虑到今天许多人从超市购买约3cm厚和约8-12cm长的冷冻肉并且市场上销售的现有系统容积在10-20升之间的事实,存在大量浪费的开放空间需要在冷却食品之前被冷却。由于隔室的较大尺寸和食品(通常为肉)的较小尺寸,急冷任何食品的时间可能过长,从而也产生良好保存的问题(众所周知,冷冻时间越短,冷冻的食品在冷冻机中能储存的时间越长)。虽然这种冷冻时间增加,但系统本身不太高效并且还存在大量浪费的能量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以上所述类型的快速冷冻系统,该系统不存在上述缺点并且简单且批量制造成本不高。
该目的因所附权利要求中列出的特征而实现。
根据本发明的快速冷冻系统的主要优点之一是冷却食品所需的总时间减少约10-30%。为了实现这个优点,可根据食品尺寸调整空气流的横截面积,从而在必须冷冻小食品时增加空气速度(并因此增加热交换系数和减少冷冻时间)。根据本发明的第一实施例,使用搁架形挡板,该搁架具有预定的高设置和低设置。当搁架处于其高位置时,隔室处于其最大容积,从而增加冷却/急冷食品的时间。在顾客需要时,他/她可以翻转搁架,从而减少系统的冷却时间。
根据第二实施例,使用伸缩式搁架。此类伸缩式搁架将允许顾客容易地改变冷空气在其中流动的隔室的总容积或空间。该搁架为柔性的并可根据顾客偏好调整。当它处于关闭(回缩)位置时,隔室的总容积处于其最大值。当搁架在其完全打开位置(伸展)时,由于其预定斜坡,隔室的总容积减小,从而提高了冷却性能并减少了食品的冷冻时间。
可调式搁架将有助于通过减小隔室的总容积/空间和将冷却速度增加10-20%来提高系统的冷却性能。顾客将有机会保持隔室的恒定容积或减小容积以最终加速食品的冷却过程。这将显著减少冷却食品的时间并使系统更加高效。

具体实施方式
参照附图,其中10表示具有无霜冷冻机12和鲜食隔室14的制冷器具。在冷冻隔室12中,设置有由底壁16a、后壁16b和两个侧壁16c限定的子隔室16。转门18铰接在子隔室16的前开口上,以允许从前面进入子隔室。在后壁16b上存在两个风扇20,其将空气流吹向子隔室16的内部。在风扇20的上游,在如图1中的箭头所指方向上,设置有翅片蒸发器22。
例如橡胶或类似材料的柔性挡板24被用作子隔室16的顶壁,挡板24在其端部固定到前杆24a和后杆24b。后杆24a在固定位置紧固在风扇20上方,而前杆24a在图2和图3中所示的至少两个不同的位置处可移动。在图2所示配置(上位置)中,柔性挡板24为待速冻的大食品限定子隔室16中的最大容积。在该配置中,空气通道的横截面积从邻近风扇(20)的位置至远离风扇(20)的位置增加。在图1和图3所示配置中,柔性挡板24的前杆24a被紧固在较低位置,以便减小容积以及用于空气流的横截面积。在该配置中,空气通道的横截面积从邻近风扇(20)的位置到远离风扇(20)的位置减小。这样,在子隔室16中围绕食品的空气速度增加,从而减少速冻的时间。为了将柔性挡板24保持在正确位置,侧壁16c均设有轨26(图3),在轨26上可搁置挡板24的边缘部分。
在图4至7所示实施例中(其中类似的部件用相同的附图标记指示),子隔室16在其侧壁16c上提供两个斜轨28,伸缩挡板30的边缘可在斜轨28上滑动。在图4和图5中,伸缩挡板30处于其对应于第一实施例的图1和图3所示配置的伸展位置,其中可获得子隔室内部的空气流的最大速度。在图6和图7中,伸缩挡板示出为处于其回缩位置,其中挡板30的不同件30a彼此上下堆叠。显然,可调式挡板可以以不同方式实现,例如通过使用能在邻近风扇的辊上滚动的柔性挡板,或者通过使用具有能伸展或折叠的多个件的一种闸板;并且附图中所示仅作为示例给出。
还应当清楚,利用根据本发明的可调式挡板,可修改用于速冻的隔室的形状,以便赋予顾客灵活性以通过更好的方式朝食品驱动冷空气流,从而改善冷冻过程。
Claims (10)
1.一种包括风扇(20)的快速冷冻系统,所述风扇(20)用于将冷空气吹向其中可放置食品的隔室(16),其特征在于,所述隔室(16)至少包括适于改变空气通道的横截面积和隔室的容积的可调式挡板(24, 30), 所述可调式挡板(24, 30)为搁架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述可调式挡板(24)由适于呈现第一配置和第二配置的柔性材料制成,在所述第一配置中,空气通道的横截面积从邻近所述风扇(20)的位置到远离所述风扇(20)的位置增加,在所述第二配置中,所述空气通道的横截面积从邻近所述风扇(20)的位置到远离所述风扇(20)的位置减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述可调式挡板(30)为可伸展的伸缩壁,所述伸缩壁适于在所述隔室(16)中的倾斜的导向器(28)上滑动并且适于呈现邻近所述风扇(20)的堆叠配置和限定具有减小的横截面积的空气通道的伸展配置。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述隔室(16)包括设有至少一个风扇(20)的后壁(16b)和前转门(18),所述可调式挡板(24, 30)介于侧壁(16c)之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述可调式挡板固定到横向安装在所述隔室(16)中的前杆和后杆(24a, 24b),所述前杆(24a)在不同的预定位置中可调。
6.根据权利要求4所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述可调式挡板固定到横向安装在所述隔室(16)中的前杆和后杆(24a, 24b),所述前杆(24a)在不同的预定位置中可调。
7.根据权利要求3所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述导向器(28)设置在所述隔室(16)的侧壁(16c)上,使得这样的导向器(28)的高度在所述隔室(16)的前部区域比所述隔室(16)的后部区域中更低。
8.根据权利要求4所述的快速冷冻系统,其特征在于,所述导向器(28)设置在所述隔室(16)的侧壁(16c)上,使得这样的导向器(28)的高度在所述隔室(16)的前部区域比所述隔室(16)的后部区域中更低。
9.设有根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的快速冷冻系统的制冷器具。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制冷器具,其特征在于,所述制冷器具是无霜冷冻机。
