Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a video conference terminal, a server and an upgrading system and method of the video conference terminal, which solve the problem that the video conference terminal needs to be connected with the server provided by a provider through the internet or needs to be upgraded by manual operation of a user in the prior art.
The invention provides an upgrading method of a video conference terminal, in one embodiment, the video conference terminal is accessed to a fixed telephone network; the upgrading method comprises the following steps: receiving an upgrade file sent by a server through a fixed telephone network, wherein the upgrade file is used for upgrading application software in a video conference terminal; and upgrading the application software by using the upgrade file.
Further, the above embodiment further includes: sending the current version information of the application software to a server through a fixed telephone network; the version information of the upgrade file is not lower than the current version information.
Further, the step of sending the current version information through the fixed telephone network in the above embodiment includes: judging whether an upgrading request needs to be initiated or not; if yes, sending an upgrading request carrying the current version information to the server through the fixed telephone network; or, receiving a version detection request sent by a server; and sending the current version information to the server through the fixed telephone network.
Further, the above embodiment further includes: sending verification information through a fixed telephone network, wherein the verification information is used for verifying the identity of the video conference terminal; and receiving the upgrade file sent by the server after the verification is passed through the fixed telephone network.
Further, the step of sending the authentication information through the fixed telephone network in the above embodiment includes: judging whether a verification request needs to be initiated or not; if yes, sending a verification request carrying verification information to the server through the fixed telephone network; or receiving an identity detection request sent by a server; and sending the verification information to the server through the fixed telephone network.
The invention provides an upgrading method of a video conference terminal, in one embodiment, a server is used for providing an upgrading file, the server is accessed to a fixed telephone network, and the upgrading method comprises the following steps: detecting whether an upgrade file needs to be sent to a video conference terminal; and if so, sending the upgrade file to the video conference terminal through the fixed telephone network.
The invention provides a video conference terminal, which is accessed to a fixed telephone network in one embodiment and comprises a receiving module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving an upgrading file sent by a server through the fixed telephone network, and the upgrading file is used for upgrading application software in the video conference terminal; the processing module is used for upgrading the application software by using the upgrading file.
The invention provides a server, in one embodiment, the server is used for providing an upgrade file, and the server accesses to a fixed telephone network; the server comprises a detection module and a sending module, wherein the detection module is used for detecting whether an upgrade file needs to be sent to the video conference terminal; and the sending module is used for sending the upgrade file to the video conference terminal through the fixed-line network when the checking result of the detecting module is positive.
The invention provides an upgrading system of a video conference terminal.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the video conference terminal, the server and the upgrading system and method of the video conference terminal, the video conference terminal is accessed to the fixed telephone network, the upgrading file sent by the server is obtained through the fixed telephone network, the upgrading file can be obtained without connecting the video conference terminal with the server provided by a provider through the internet, after the upgrading file is obtained, the video conference terminal can upgrade the application software of the content of the video conference terminal, upgrading operation is not needed by a user, upgrading complexity is reduced, the problem that the video conference terminal needs to be connected with the server provided by the provider through the internet or manually upgraded by the user in the prior art is solved, and using experience of the user is enhanced.
Detailed Description
The invention will now be further explained by means of embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
The invention is mainly applied to the upgrading of the internal application software of the video conference terminal with a fixed telephone network interface, the video conference terminal provides a mode of pure audio access to the video conference, and the video conference terminal can be directly accessed to the fixed telephone network through the fixed telephone network interface; of course, for a video conference terminal without a fixed telephone network interface, the video conference terminal can also access a fixed telephone network through a device such as a modem (modem); therefore, the technology provided by the invention can be applied to the upgrading of the application software in all the video conference terminals.
The first embodiment:
fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an upgrade system for a video conference terminal according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 1, in this embodiment, the upgrade system 1 for a video conference terminal according to the present invention includes a video conference terminal 11 and a service end 12, where the video conference terminal 11 is connected to the service end 12 through a fixed telephone network, and wherein,
the video conference terminal 11 is accessed to a fixed telephone network, which mainly provides video conference service for users, and the video conference service generally transmits data through internet, so that the video conference service is not affected by upgrading, and the video conference terminal 11 is upgraded only when no video conference/pure audio conference is available; it mainly obtains the upgrade file to upgrade through the fixed telephone network;
the server 12 mainly provides an upgrade file for upgrading each application software in the video conference terminal 11, which is generally a computer device, accesses a fixed telephone network through a modem (modem) and other devices, and sends the upgrade file to the video conference terminal 11 through the fixed telephone network;
because the upgrade file is generally data in a digital format, and the fixed-line network is mainly used for transmitting data in an audio format, in order to realize that the upgrade file between the server 12 and the video conference terminal 11 is transmitted through the fixed-line network, it is necessary to define information such as a transmission protocol, a data packet parameter (such as a data packet type, a length, a content, a verification manner), and the like, but this is not a key point of the present invention, so the present invention only provides a better implementation manner, the server 12 and the video conference terminal 11 adopt an ITU v.22 protocol to transmit data, at the server 12 side, a modem (modem) and other devices convert the upgrade file in the digital format into the upgrade file in the audio format, and transmit the upgrade file in the audio format to the video conference terminal 11 through the fixed-line network, at the video conference terminal 11 side, the modem (modem)/video conference terminal 11 and other devices convert the upgrade file in the audio format into the upgrade file in the digital format, and upgrading the application software therein.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the video conference terminal 11 provided by the present invention includes: a receiving module 111 and a processing module 112, wherein,
the receiving module 111 is configured to receive an upgrade file sent by a server through a fixed-line network, where the upgrade file is used to upgrade application software in a video conference terminal;
the processing module 112 is configured to upgrade application software by using an upgrade file, and after receiving the upgrade file, the processing module 112 performs protocol conversion on the upgrade file, converts data in an audio format into data in a file digital format, performs sorting, and upgrades application software inside the upgrade file package after sorting.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the server 12 provided by the present invention includes a detecting module 121 and a sending module 122, wherein,
the detection module 121 is configured to detect whether an upgrade file needs to be sent to the video conference terminal;
the sending module 122 is configured to send the upgrade file to the video conference terminal through the fixed-line network when the check result of the detecting module is "yes".
Second embodiment:
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an upgrading method for a video conference terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 2, in this embodiment, the upgrading method for a video conference terminal according to the present invention mainly includes the following steps at a video conference terminal side:
s201: receiving an upgrade file sent by a server through a fixed telephone network, wherein the upgrade file is used for upgrading application software in a video conference terminal;
s202: and upgrading the application software by using the upgrade file.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the embodiment shown in fig. 2 further includes, before step S201: sending the current version information of the application software to a server through a fixed telephone network; the version information of the upgrade file is not lower than the current version information.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the step of sending the current version information through the fixed telephone network in the above embodiments mainly includes two ways:
mode 1: judging whether an upgrading request needs to be initiated or not; if yes, sending an upgrading request carrying the current version information to the server through the fixed telephone network; or,
mode 2: receiving a version detection request sent by a server; and sending the current version information to the server through the fixed telephone network.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the embodiment shown in fig. 2 further includes, before step S201: sending verification information through a fixed telephone network, wherein the verification information is used for verifying the identity of the video conference terminal; and receiving the upgrade file sent by the server after the verification is passed through the fixed telephone network.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the step of sending the verification information through the fixed telephone network in the above embodiments mainly includes two ways:
mode 1: judging whether a verification request needs to be initiated or not; if yes, sending a verification request carrying verification information to the server through the fixed telephone network; or,
mode 2: receiving an identity detection request sent by a server; and sending the verification information to the server through the fixed telephone network.
The third embodiment:
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an upgrading method for a video conference terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as can be seen from fig. 3, in this embodiment, the upgrading method for a video conference terminal according to the present invention mainly includes the following steps at a service end side:
s301: detecting whether an upgrade file needs to be sent to a video conference terminal; if yes, executing step S302, otherwise, ending the process;
s302: and sending the upgrade file to the video conference terminal through the fixed telephone network.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the embodiment shown in fig. 3 further includes, before step S301: acquiring current version information of a video conference terminal through a fixed telephone network; at this time, step S301 includes: and detecting whether the current version information is lower than the version information of the upgrade file, and if so, sending the upgrade file.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the step of acquiring the current version information of the video conference terminal through the fixed-line network in the above embodiments mainly includes two ways:
mode 1: receiving an upgrading request carrying current version information sent by a video conference terminal through a fixed telephone network, and extracting the current version information; or,
mode 2: a version detection request is sent to the video conference terminal; and receiving current version information sent by the video conference terminal through the fixed telephone network.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the embodiment shown in fig. 3 further includes, before step S301: acquiring verification information of the video conference terminal through a fixed telephone network, wherein the verification information is used for verifying the identity of the video conference terminal; at this time, step S301 includes: and detecting whether the verification information is legal or not, and if so, sending an upgrade file.
Preferably, in other embodiments, the step of acquiring the verification information sent by the video conference terminal through the fixed-line network in the above embodiments mainly includes two ways:
mode 1: receiving a verification request which is sent by a video conference terminal through a fixed telephone network and carries verification information, and extracting the verification information; or,
mode 2: an identity detection request is sent to the video conference terminal; and receiving the verification information sent by the video conference terminal through the fixed telephone network.
The invention will now be further explained by way of specific examples.
The fourth embodiment:
fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an upgrade system of a video conference terminal according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the server 12 is a computer (PC) that is connected to the fixed-line telephone network through a modem (modem) device, the server 12 is connected to the modem (modem) device through a serial port or the like, and writes an ATA command to the serial port first, sets the modem to accept a call without waiting for a ring, and performs a call, and then writes an ATB0 command to the serial port, sets the modem to transmit data using ITU v.22 protocol and 1200BPS, so as to make the computer (PC) connectable to the video conference terminal 11, in this embodiment, a telephone number, such as "11111111111", is assigned to a combination of the server 12 and the modem (modem); the video conference terminal 11 directly accesses to the fixed telephone network, and the telephone number of the video conference terminal 11 is assumed to be "22222222"; then, the way of establishing communication between the video conference terminal 11 and the service end 12 includes two ways:
mode 1: if a user of the video conference terminal 11 wants to upgrade application software therein, the video conference terminal 11 is operated to initiate a call to the number "11111111", or the video conference terminal 11 periodically initiates a call to the number "11111111", or the video conference terminal 11 initiates a call to the number "11111111111" when idle, and then a modem (modem) automatically connects the call, so that the video conference terminal 11 and the service end 12 are connected through a fixed-line network;
mode 2: when the application software provided by the service end 12 has an update change (i.e., version upgrade), a call to "22222222" is actively initiated through a modem (modem), and the video conference terminal 11 automatically receives the call, so that the video conference terminal 11 and the service end 12 are connected through a fixed telephone network.
Fifth embodiment:
fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an upgrade method for a video conference terminal according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment is described in conjunction with the upgrade system shown in fig. 4, where: the version of the application software of the server 12 is updated, and the application software actively initiates a call to the video conference terminal 11; as can be seen from fig. 5, in this embodiment, the method for upgrading a video conference terminal provided by the present invention includes the following steps:
s501: the server initiates a call to the video conference terminal;
the server initiates a call to '22222222222' through a modem (modem);
s502: the video conference terminal receives the call and establishes connection through a fixed telephone network;
s503: the server side sends a version detection request to the video conference terminal;
the server side judges whether an upgrade file needs to be sent to the video conference terminal with the number '22222222' for the first time;
s504: the video conference terminal sends current version information to the server;
s505: the server detects whether the current version information is lower than the version information of the upgrade file, if so, the step S506 is executed; if not, the process is ended;
s506: the server side sends an identity detection request to the video conference terminal;
the server side judges whether an upgrade file needs to be sent to the video conference terminal with the number '22222222' for the second time;
s507: the video conference terminal sends verification information to the server;
the verification information is used for verifying the identity of the video conference terminal, for example, whether the video conference terminal with the number "22222222" purchases the application software automatic update service, and the like;
s508: the server detects whether the verification information is legal, if so, the step S509 is executed; if not, the process is ended;
s509: the server side sends an upgrade file to the video conference terminal through a fixed telephone network;
s510: and the video conference terminal upgrades the application software by using the upgrade file, and the process is ended.
In summary, the implementation of the present invention has at least the following advantages:
the video conference terminal is accessed to a fixed telephone network, and acquires the upgrade file sent by the server through the fixed telephone network, the upgrade file can be acquired without connecting the video conference terminal with the server provided by a supplier through the internet, after the upgrade file is acquired, the video conference terminal can upgrade the application software of the content of the video conference terminal, the upgrade operation of a user is not needed, the upgrade complexity is reduced, the problem that the video conference terminal is required to be connected with the server provided by the supplier through the internet or the upgrade is manually operated by the user in the prior art is solved, and the use experience of the user is enhanced;
furthermore, the video conference terminal is verified at least once at the server side, and the upgrade file is sent to the video conference terminal only after the verification is passed, so that the waste of network resources caused by sending the upgrade file to the video conference terminal which is not verified is avoided.
