一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,由水龙头、控制模块、水泵、电磁阀、电机、出水头、一号传感器、二号传感器组成,其特征是:二号脚和三号脚与水泵连接,四号脚和五号脚与电磁阀连接,六号脚和七号脚与电机连接,八号脚与一号传感器连接,九号脚与二号传感器连接。有益效果,运用本发明可根据人脸或手的位置自行改变出水头的方向,并根据人脸与出水头的距离自动调节出水量和出水压力的作用。<u/>

感应水龙头旋转控制装置
技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴出水龙头的控制装置,具体的讲是一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置。
背景技术
目前水龙头的出水感应控制已经相当普及,但是在水盆上的水龙头,因为在冲洗脸时,必须用手接住水再往脸上擦,实属不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,可根据人脸或手的位置自行改变出水头的方向,并根据人脸与出水头的距离自动调节出水量和出水压力的功能。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,由水龙头、控制模块、水泵、电磁阀、电机、出水头、一号传感器、二号传感器组成,其特征是:二号脚和三号脚与水泵连接,四号脚和五号脚与电磁阀连接,六号脚和七号脚与电机连接,八号脚与一号传感器连接,九号脚与二号传感器连接。
控制模块的一号脚和十号脚与市电连接。
当所述的二号传感器感应到人手在出水头的下方时,控制模块导通电机的电能,电机旋转带动出水头朝下,
所述的出水头在正下位置时,控制模块导通电磁阀开启二分之一,水流流出;
当所述的一号传感器感应到人脸在出水头的上方时,控制模块导通电机的电能,电机旋转使出水头向上,
并且所述的控制模块检测到一号传感器与人脸的距离在15公分以内,控制模块导通电磁阀开启二分之一,水流流出;
若所述的控制模块检测到一号传感器与人脸的距离在15~30公分之间,控制模块导通电磁阀使其全部开启,水流增加;
若所述的控制模块检测到一号传感器与人脸的距离超过30公分,控制模块导通电磁阀使其全部开启,并运行水泵使其加压,出水压力增加;
有益效果,运用本发明可根据人脸或手的位置自行改变出水头的方向,并根据人脸与出水头的距离自动调节出水量和出水压力的作用。

具体实施方式
一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,由水龙头1、控制模块2、水泵3、电磁阀4、电机5、出水头6、一号传感器7、二号传感器8组成。
在图1中,在水龙头1进水位置依次安装有水泵3和电磁阀4,控制模块2安装在水龙头1的外侧,在水龙头1的出水位置安装有一个出水头6,出水头6与水龙头1交接处的上面安装一个一号传感器7,下面安装一个二号传感器8,二号传感器8的后面安装有一个电机5,电机5的齿轮与出水头6的齿轮连接,出水头6向下。
在图2中,零件的安装和位置与图1一致,但是出水头6向上,水可以直接冲在脸上。
所述的出水头6可以360°旋转。
在图3中,控制模块2的一号脚和十号脚为电源的输入线,二号脚和三号脚与水泵3连接,四号脚和五号脚与电磁阀4连接,六号脚和七号脚与电机5连接,八号脚与一号传感器7连接,九号脚与二号传感器8连接。
所述的一号传感器7不仅可以检测人脸在出水头6的上方,还能检测人脸与出水头6的距离。
所述的电机5与出水头6的转动还可以为皮带连接。

Claims (9)

1.    一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,由水龙头、控制模块、水泵、电磁阀、电机、出水头、一号传感器、二号传感器组成,其特征是:二号脚和三号脚与水泵连接,四号脚和五号脚与电磁阀连接,六号脚和七号脚与电机连接,八号脚与一号传感器连接,九号脚与二号传感器连接,
控制模块的一号脚和十号脚与市电连接,
实现了根据人脸或手的位置自行改变出水头的方向,并根据人脸与出水头的距离自动调节出水量和出水压力的作用。
2.    根据权利要求1所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,在水龙头进水位置依次安装有水泵和电磁阀,控制模块安装在水龙头的外侧,在水龙头的出水位置安装有一个出水头。
3.    根据权利要求2所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,所述的出水头与水龙头交接处的上面安装一个一号传感器,下面安装一个二号传感器。
4.    根据权利要求3所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,所述的二号传感器的后面安装有一个电机,电机的齿轮与出水头的齿轮连接。
5.    根据权利要求4所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,所述的出水头可以360°旋转。
6.    根据权利要求1所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,所述的电机与出水头的转动为皮带连接。
7.    根据权利要求1所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,所述的一号传感器不仅可以检测人脸在出水头的上方,还能检测人脸与出水头的距离。
8.    根据权利要求1所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,当所述的二号传感器感应到人手在出水头的下方时,控制模块导通电机的电能,电机旋转带动出水头朝下,所述的出水头在正下位置时,控制模块导通电磁阀开启二分之一,水流流出。
9.    根据权利要求1所述的一种感应水龙头旋转控制装置,其特征是,当所述的一号传感器感应到人脸在出水头的上方时,控制模块导通电机的电能,电机旋转使出水头向上,
并且所述的控制模块检测到一号传感器与人脸的距离在15公分以内,控制模块导通电磁阀开启二分之一,水流流出;
若所述的控制模块检测到一号传感器与人脸的距离在15~30公分之间,控制模块导通电磁阀使其全部开启,水流增加;
若所述的控制模块检测到一号传感器与人脸的距离超过30公分,控制模块导通电磁阀使其全部开启,并运行水泵使其加压,出水压力增加。
