一种在料仓上使用的电动闸阀，它是在料仓的底部有排料口，在排料口的中间有阀片，与阀片相连接的是气缸阀杆，气缸阀杆的另一端是活塞，气缸通过气压管与气压电磁阀相连，气压电磁阀与操作按钮相连，工作时，按动操作按钮，气压电磁阀关闭，气压断开，阀杆和阀片退回，排料口开启，当需要关闭时，再按动操作按钮，气压电磁阀就能打开，气压通过气压管进入气缸，推动活塞和阀杆移动，与阀杆连接的阀片也向前移动，将排料口关闭。

背景技术
目前，电脑配料系统在由料仓向螺旋给料机供料的过程中，出现料仓阀门密封不严，导致漏料和粉尘溅出，造成原料浪费和环境的污染，增加了生产成本。
发明内容
为克服现有情况下，电脑配料系统在由料仓向螺旋给料机供料的过程中，出现的料仓阀门密封不严，导致漏料和粉尘溅出，造成原料浪费和环境污染的不足，本发明提供了一种在料仓上所使用的电动闸阀，它可以有效地减少漏料和粉尘溅出，减少粉尘污染，减少原料浪费，降低生产成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在料仓的底部有排料口，在排料口的中间有阀片，与阀片相连接的是气缸阀杆，气缸阀杆的另一端是活塞，气缸通过气压管与气压电磁阀相连，气压电磁阀与操作按钮相连，工作时，按动操作按钮，气压电磁阀关闭，气压断开，阀杆和阀片退回，排料口开启，当需要关闭时，再按动操作按钮，气压电磁阀就能打开，气压通过气压管进入气缸，推动活塞和阀杆移动，与阀杆连接的阀片也向前移动，将排料口关闭。
本发明的有益效果是，可以有效地减少漏料和粉尘溅出，减少粉尘污染，减少原料浪费，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中，在料仓(1)的底部有排料口(3)，料仓(1)中装有物料(2)，在排料口(3)的中间有阀片，与阀片相连接的是气缸(4)，气缸(4)通过气压管与气压电磁阀(6)相连，气压电磁阀(6)与操作按钮(5)相连。
在图2中，在料仓底部的排料口(3)的中间有阀片(7)，在气缸(4)里面有阀杆(8)和活塞(9)，与阀片(7)相连接的阀杆(8)，气缸(4)通过气压管(10)与气压电磁阀(6)相连，气压电磁阀(6)上还有导线及气压管(11)，当工作时，按动操作按钮(5)，气压电磁阀(6)关闭，气压断开，阀杆(8)和阀片(7)退回，排料口(3)开启，当需要关闭时，再按动操作按钮(5)，气压电磁阀(6)就能打开，气压通过气压管(10)进入气缸(4)，推动活塞(9)和阀杆(8)移动，与阀杆(8)连接的阀片(7)也向前移动，将排料口(3)关闭。
在图3中，在排料口(3)的中间有阀片(7)，在气缸(4)里面有阀杆(8)和活塞(9)，与阀片(7)相连接的阀杆(8)，气缸(4)通过气压管(10)与气压电磁阀(6)相连，气压电磁阀(6)上还有导线及气压管(11)。
