一种自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器,由一号三极管和发光二极管组成。其特征是:所述的一号三极管的集电极与一号三极管的触发端、二号二极管的阳极连接,发射极与发光二极管的阴极连接,发光二极管的阳极与负极线连接。所述的第三路的电压达到一定值时,一号三极管导通,发光二极管工作,此时,表明该触发头的长度过长引起电压上升,不能适应本自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器的工作条件,必须对触发头进行打磨。<u/>

自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器
技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车的点火器信号自诊断检测装置,具体的讲是一种自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器。
背景技术
摩托车触发器的触发头的长度是与该车匹配的点火器的点火提前角相匹配的一个信号装置。该触发头的长度有15mm、17mm、22mm、36mm、54mm和64mm之多。
特别是对于维修市场,车辆繁多,而不同车型所匹配的又不相同,导致维修师傅在维修当中的麻烦是:点火器损坏,而又没有该车的点火器或着该车的点火器本身存在性能隐患,想要改用市场上其它厂家的点火器,但是,车辆的触发头又安装在发动机箱体内,给维修造成麻烦。
同时,因为触发器的长短不一,导致触发信号的持续信号不同,引起点火器与触发器的信号处理不一致,致使发动机无高速或启动困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器,具有快速测量触发头的长度,以利于选择所匹配的点火器。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器,由一号三极管和发光二极管组成。
其特征是:所述的一号三极管的集电极与一号三极管的触发端、二号二极管的阳极连接,发射极与发光二极管的阴极连接,发光二极管的阳极与负极线连接。
所述的负极线与车辆蓄电池的负极线连接,所述的正极线与车辆蓄电池的正极线连接,所述的触发线与车辆的触发器输出线连接,所述的熄火线与电源开关的初级连接,所述的高压点火线与火花塞连接。
车辆触发器产生的脉冲电压经二号二极管整流后,一路向二号三极管发送脉冲信号,二号三极管工作,变压器次级电压经二号二极管整流后向二号电容器充电;第二路向提前角处理器发送信号,提前角处理器根据信号处理器的信号适时的导通可控硅,二号电容器的电能经可控硅由提前角处理器借助负极线对地导通,高压包的次级产生高压电,发动机工作;第三路到一号三极管的触发端和集电极,当第三路的电压达到一定值时,一号三极管导通,发光二极管工作,此时,表明该触发头的长度过长引起电压上升,不能适应本自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器的工作条件,必须对触发头进行打磨。
所述第三路的电压低于2V时,一号三极管关闭;    
所述第三路的电压高压2V时,一号三极管导通。
所述的提前角处理器的熄火线对地导通后,信号处理器整形后的电流丧失,信号处理器的六号脚没有等距波长导出,三极管停止工作,发动机熄火。
有益效果,具有快速测量触发头的长度,以利于选择所匹配的点火器,或根据已知的点火器对触发头的测量与实现对触发头的有效改进。

具体实施方式
一种自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器,由正极线1、触发线2、负极线3、熄火线4、发光二极管5、一号三极管6、一号电容器7、二号二极管8、高压包9、可控硅10、变压器11、二号电容器12、一号二极管13、提前角处理器14、二号三极管15组成。
在图1中,本发明的主要零件由一号三极管6和发光二极管5构成,其余零件均属点火器的标配。
所述的提前角处理器:
一号脚引出一根熄火线4,二号脚与一号电容器7和发光二极管5的阳极并联并引出一根负极线3,三号脚与一号二极管13的阳极、一号电容器7的另一端、一号三极管6的触发端、二号三极管15的触发端并联,四号脚与变压器11的公共端连接,五号脚与可控硅10的A极连接,六号脚与可控硅10的G极连接。
所述的二号三极管15的放电极与变压器11的初级连接,可控硅10的K极与二号二极管8的阳极和二号电容器12的一端并联,二号二极管8的阴极与变压器11的次级连接,二号电容器12的另一端与高压包9的初级连接,高压包9的次级引出一根高压点火线。
所述的一号二极管13的阴极引出一根触发线2。
所述的一号三极管6的集电极与一号三极管6的触发端连接,发射极与发光二极管5的阴极连接。
所述的二号二极管8为高效率整流二极管。
所述的一号二极管13为普通硅整流二极管。
所述的一号电容器7和二号电容器12为涤纶电容器。

Claims (2)

1.    一种自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器,由一号三极管和发光二极管组成,其特征是:所述的一号三极管的集电极与一号三极管的触发端、二号二极管的阳极连接,发射极与发光二极管的阴极连接,发光二极管的阳极与负极线连接,
所述的负极线与车辆蓄电池的负极线连接,所述的正极线与车辆蓄电池的正极线连接,所述的触发线与车辆的触发器输出线连接,所述的熄火线与电源开关的初级连接,所述的高压点火线与火花塞连接,
车辆触发器产生的脉冲电压经二号二极管整流后:
第一路向二号三极管发送脉冲信号,二号三极管工作,变压器次级电压经二号二极管整流后向二号电容器充电;
第二路向提前角处理器发送信号,提前角处理器根据信号处理器的信号适时的导通可控硅,二号电容器的电能经可控硅由提前角处理器借助负极线对地导通,高压包的次级产生高压电,发动机工作;
第三路到一号三极管的触发端和集电极,当第三路的电压达到一定值时,一号三极管导通,发光二极管工作,此时,表明该触发头的长度过长引起电压上升,不能适应本自诊断触发头长度匹配标准的点火器的工作条件,必须对触发头进行打磨。
2.    根据权利要求1所述的一种触发信号同步处理点火器,其特征是,所述第三路的电压低于2V时,一号三极管关闭;高于2V时导通。
