本发明公开了一种高强度耐高温电缆绝缘材料,由以下重量份的成分组成:乙丙橡胶60~70;氢化丁腈橡胶20~30;增塑剂5~10;氢氧化铝3~5;氯铂酸5~10;阻燃剂6~8;润滑剂5~10。在常温下其具备了普通硅橡胶的性能,在高温火焰的烧蚀后形成坚硬的壳体,保护被烧的物体不受损坏;用本发明的高强度耐火电缆绝缘材料做成的电线电缆,被烧蚀后形成的坚硬壳体保护着电线电缆,从而保证了电力、通讯的畅通,为火灾情况下人员的疏散和抢救赢得了宝贵的时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆绝缘材料,具体的说,涉及一种高强度耐高温电缆绝缘材料。
背景技术
防火( 耐火) 电缆是指在发生火灾时,能保证线路完整性的一类电缆;这种电缆在火灾高温时,能够保证电缆在较长时间内继续正常地提供电力和传输各种信号,从而为控制火灾和救生提供保障;尤其是对于剧院、地铁、机场、核电站等人员密集的公共场合或重要场所非常有意义。按照所用耐火材料的不同,现有的耐火电缆分为云母带耐火电缆和矿物绝缘耐火电缆两类。这两类耐火电缆都能够达到A 类( 试验温度为950 ℃~1000 ℃) 耐火标准,保证火灾时线路的完整性,但这两种电缆质量大,生产速度慢,成本高。硅橡胶阻燃的常用方法是向高聚物中加入阻燃剂,以降低燃烧物表面温度,稀释可燃物分子浓度,切断氧气的供给,在硅橡胶燃烧表面形成阻隔层,阻止热能向硅橡胶纵深传递,抑制温度升高来达到阻燃的目的的;但阻燃橡胶制成的电缆只能延缓橡胶被烧成粉末的时间,如果持续被火烧的话,橡胶就逐渐变成粉状脱落,失去了保护作用,电线电缆将被击穿而造成短路。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生产简单,成本低的可瓷化且防火的高强度耐高温电缆绝缘材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种高强度耐高温电缆绝缘材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:
乙丙橡胶                         60~70;
氢化丁腈橡胶                     20~30;
增塑剂                           5~10;
氢氧化铝                         3~5;
氯铂酸                           5~10;
阻燃剂                           6~8;
润滑剂                           5~10。
本发明高强度耐高温电缆绝缘材料的优点是:在常温下其具备了普通硅橡胶的性能,在高温火焰的烧蚀后形成坚硬的壳体,保护被烧的物体不受损坏;用本发明的高强度耐火电缆
绝缘材料做成的电线电缆,被烧蚀后形成的坚硬壳体保护着电线电缆,从而保证了电力、通
讯的畅通,为火灾情况下人员的疏散和抢救赢得了宝贵的时间。
