本发明公开了一种低温PPR管,由如下原料制成:1-2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,8质量份无机粒子碳酸钙,31质量份聚乙烯,82质量份PPR树脂,4质量份丙橡胶,3质量份滑石粉,2质量份三元乙丙橡胶,7质量份乙烯-辛烯共聚物,1质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。本发明低温PPR管,其具有优异的低温韧性。

本发明涉及低温PPR管。
背景技术
现有PPR管的耐低温能力差,一般在5℃以下的环境下常容易出现爆裂等现象,这就严重影响了该管材在低温环境下的使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低温PPR管,其具有优异的低温韧性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种低温PPR管,由如下原料制成:
1-2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
8质量份无机粒子碳酸钙,
31质量份聚乙烯,
82质量份PPR树脂,
4质量份丙橡胶,3质量份滑石粉,
2质量份三元乙丙橡胶,
7质量份乙烯-辛烯共聚物,
1质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。 
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种低温PPR管,其具有优异的低温韧性。

2质量份三元乙丙橡胶,
7质量份乙烯-辛烯共聚物,
1质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
实施例2
一种低温PPR管,由如下原料制成:
2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
8质量份无机粒子碳酸钙,
31质量份聚乙烯,
82质量份PPR树脂,
4质量份丙橡胶,3质量份滑石粉,
2质量份三元乙丙橡胶,
7质量份乙烯-辛烯共聚物,
1质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
