Abstract

一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布,由顶面层、背面层,及夹装于顶面层与背面层之间的纤维棉层构成,所述的顶面层、背面层采用无纺布材料,所述的无纺布由下列重量份的原料通过熔喷法制成:等规聚丙烯100、纳米级高岭土2-3、蒙脱土7-9、硫代硫酸钠1-2、硅酸铝2-3、柠檬酸1-2、磷酸钙1-2、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)12-15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、对苯二甲酸二辛酯12-15、蚕砂7-9、桑白皮1-2、川芎2-3、白芷1-2、鱼腥草2-3、助剂4-5。本发明无纺布具有耐热、耐腐蚀、耐撕裂强度高的特点;具有芳香气味和杀菌的作用;通过使用蚕砂进行碳化处理,能够吸附有害气体和异味。

一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、价格低廉、可再生利用的特点,被广泛地应用于壁纸、手提袋、医疗卫生、建筑装饰、服装、汽车内部装饰等领域。
目前的无纺布还有一些不尽如人意的缺点:如释放有害的有机物,危害人体健康;粘结度不够,易散,抗拉强度差;阻燃效果有限等。针对不同用途研究不同性能的无纺布是无纺布进一步发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布及其制备方法,该无纺布具有强度高、健康环保的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布,由顶面层、背面层,及夹装于顶面层与背面层之间的纤维棉层构成,所述的顶面层、背面层采用无纺布材料,其特征在于所述的无纺布由下列重量份的原料通过熔喷法制成:等规聚丙烯100、纳米级高岭土2-3、蒙脱土7-9、硫代硫酸钠1-2、硅酸铝2-3、柠檬酸1-2、磷酸钙1-2、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)12-15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 1-2、对苯二甲酸二辛酯12-15、蚕砂7-9、桑白皮1-2、川芎2-3、白芷1-2、鱼腥草2-3、助剂4-5;所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制得:粘土10-12、纳米碳1-2、聚四氟乙烯粉3-4、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1-2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-3、没食子酸丙酯3-4、薏仁油2-3、二硼化钒1-2、茶多酚2-3、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3、纳米三氧化二铝1-2、氰尿酸锌2-3、环氧油酸丁酯3-4;其特备方法是将粘土放在煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时后,粉碎,与其它剩余物料混合,研磨1-2小时,即得。
所述无纺布的制作方法包括下列步骤:
(1)、将桑白皮、川芎、白芷、鱼腥草合并粉碎250-300目粉末,然后,向所得的粉末鼓风使其翻腾,向翻腾的粉末中喷雾状铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411,使二者充分混合;
(2)、将蚕砂送入送入炭化炉中,在560-670℃下炭化处理3-4小时,取出,粉碎成粉末;
(3)、将等规聚丙烯加热至熔融状态,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料,充分搅拌均;
(4)、向步骤(3)物料中加入其它剩余成分,充分搅拌,混合均匀,通过喷嘴喷丝制成无纺布。
本发明的有益效果
本发明无纺布使用了等规聚丙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),具有耐热、耐腐蚀、耐撕裂强度高的特点;通过使用桑白皮、川芎、白芷、鱼腥草等中草药,具有芳香气味和杀菌的作用;通过使用蚕砂进行碳化处理,能够吸附有害气体和异味;本发明无纺布生产操作简单、可规模化、绿色环保且易于控制。
具体实施方式
一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布,由顶面层、背面层,及夹装于顶面层与背面层之间的纤维棉层构成,所述的顶面层、背面层采用无纺布材料,所述的无纺布由下列重量份(公斤)的原料通过熔喷法制成:等规聚丙烯100、纳米级高岭土2.5、蒙脱土8、硫代硫酸钠1.5、硅酸铝2.5、柠檬酸1.5、磷酸钙1.5、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)14、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 1.5、对苯二甲酸二辛酯13、蚕砂8、桑白皮1.5、川芎2.5、白芷1.5、鱼腥草2.5、助剂4.5;所述的助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:粘土10、纳米碳1、聚四氟乙烯粉4、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2、没食子酸丙酯4、薏仁油2、二硼化钒1、茶多酚2、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯3、纳米三氧化二铝1、氰尿酸锌3、环氧油酸丁酯3;其特备方法是将粘土放在煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时后,粉碎,与其它剩余物料混合,研磨1-2小时,即得。
所述无纺布的制作方法包括下列步骤:
(1)、将桑白皮、川芎、白芷、鱼腥草合并粉碎280目粉末,然后,向所得的粉末鼓风使其翻腾,向翻腾的粉末中喷雾状铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411,使二者充分混合;
(2)、将蚕砂送入送入炭化炉中,在630℃下炭化处理3.5小时,取出,粉碎成粉末;
(3)、将等规聚丙烯加热至熔融状态,加入步骤(1)、(2)物料,充分搅拌均;
(4)、向步骤(3)物料中加入其它剩余成分,充分搅拌,混合均匀,通过喷嘴喷丝制成无纺布。
经测试,所得的无纺布拉断力为75g/100g≥30N,穿透力为75g≥1.0J,100g≥1.5J,氧指数为34%。

Claims (2)

1.一种LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布,由顶面层、背面层,及夹装于顶面层与背面层之间的纤维棉层构成,所述的顶面层、背面层采用无纺布材料,其特征在于所述的无纺布由下列重量份的原料通过熔喷法制成:等规聚丙烯100、纳米级高岭土2-3、蒙脱土7-9、硫代硫酸钠1-2、硅酸铝2-3、柠檬酸1-2、磷酸钙1-2、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)12-15、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 1-2、对苯二甲酸二辛酯12-15、蚕砂7-9、桑白皮1-2、川芎2-3、白芷1-2、鱼腥草2-3、助剂4-5;所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制得:粘土10-12、纳米碳1-2、聚四氟乙烯粉3-4、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1-2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌2-3、没食子酸丙酯3-4、薏仁油2-3、二硼化钒1-2、茶多酚2-3、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3、纳米三氧化二铝1-2、氰尿酸锌2-3、环氧油酸丁酯3-4;其特备方法是将粘土放在煅烧炉中在700-730℃下煅烧3-4小时后,粉碎,与其它剩余物料混合,研磨1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LLDPE改性等规聚丙烯无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述无纺布的制作方法包括下列步骤:
(1)、将桑白皮、川芎、白芷、鱼腥草合并粉碎250-300目粉末,然后,向所得的粉末鼓风使其翻腾,向翻腾的粉末中喷雾状铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411,使二者充分混合;
